- Hector Alejandro (9/5): Nice place to base your moves around Cancún - Next to the main Avenue Bonampak. Close to everything. ( Next door there is a servicar , yes cold beer) Great value for money. Close to the airport also . Close or next to avenue Kukulcán so you can go quick to the Zona Hotelera of Cancún and their Beautiful Beaches. It's has a big fridge, microwave, coffee maker. Nice A.C. just missing a fan at the open living room . Oh they have a plunge pool , small but it's for everyone. Parking lot small, So make sure to request it in advance. Since there it's only 2 or 3 spots . Plunge pool way to small and it's for everyone. Since it's next to Avenue Bonampak could be a little noisy at night due to Bikers.

- Sébastien (2/5): A fuir si vous voulez vous reposer . Le prix ne justifie pas tout - Lieux proche du centre commercial et proche du Marathon . La douche . Hyper bruyant , impossible de dormir, comme ci vous étiez sur un circuit auto ! Pas de wifi malgré 2 demande , pas de terrasse. Lumière salle de bain grillée, chasse d’eau HS que j’ai dû réparer . Ne même pas imaginer cuisiner, il n’y a qu’une lavette. Piscine devant les chambres et j’oserai pas m’y baigner.

- Malvina Narcisa (6/5): - The accommodation is very centrally located, close to bus line 2 and line 1, which goes directly to the hotel area. The room was spacious, and the price was quite low for the period we chose. Even though the room was facing the street, it was not noisy from traffic. The host was very kind and helpful, responding quickly to our questions and needs. There were many small ants in the room, which was quite disturbing, as any food left anywhere in the room was quickly invaded by ants. The room was rather dark, and a stronger light bulb would be necessary. The shower head is quite old, so the water does not flow evenly but only through a few holes. The neighbors have a large dog that barks at night, which can be disturbing; however, this is not the fault of the accommodation and was understandable.

Dice que limpian a partir del 4to día y nunca se ofrecieron a limpiar ni a entregar ropa de cama o toallas limpias. No hay cuchillo en la cocineta y no te prestan uno Malo. No lo volveré a rentar ahí

- Zoe Alín (3/5): Lo que ves en foto, pero más viejo - La cama era cómoda. La pileta estaba bien Demasiado ruido afuera en la calle, te despierta a cada rato. El aire acondicionado es viejísimo y hace mucho ruido. Encontramos cucarachas, una en la ducha, dos en el patio cerca de la piscina. Da mucho miedo desde que llegas a la reja, hasta que te vas. El shampoo y acondicionador estaba viejo, jabón de cuerpo no te dan. No hay enchufes cerca de la cama.

- Roy (10/5): Great stay at La GLoria - Great location. Bus stop to the hotel zone is super close. Host is super friendly and kind. Easy access to the building. Super quiet neighborhood. There are a few restaurants walking distance from La Gloria. Every penny spent was worth it.
- Aarin (7/5): It's a good stay if you like privacy, security, and somewhere close to hotel zone entrance and plaza - I've stayed here on and off since 2021 so it's been a favorite for mine. Very discrete, and you have your own privacy. I ended up breaking the key after only two uses and she provided me another one at no charge luckily I ended up paying her for the kind gesture. The room 106 was much to be desired. I would hope to get a better room this time around there were mosquitos which I don't know where they were coming from, and ants were getting in the bed.

They should know. But then the booking is done by Booking.com to advise the property.Location is good for locals but for tourists it’s off the main areas.

- Mariana (6/5): Pleasant - the appartement is ok, clean, easy access, quite far away from the tourist area, you will need to take a taxi/Uber or bus. The ferry for Isla Mujeres is also quite far away, I thought it would be a walking distance, that's why I booked this place but actually is few kilometres away so you have to take a taxi to get to the ferry. The price is correct for the facilities. The appartement/building is just near the highway, impossible to sleep if you are not very tired or very drunk :) It's ok for 1-2 nights or if you are between planes, buses, etc and need to take a nap. But I wouldn't recommand to stay there for a week leisure trip. The air conditionning was not working. The host doesn't speak english. This is a self-check in appartement, be careful, there is no reception desk. I hadn't noticed this when I made the reservation.

- David (5/5): It’s not a hotel, and don’t have high standards . - It was in the location I wanted to be in but little else positive to say . The room was spacious but the bed small . The noise . We had a ground floor room next to the front entrance . It was like sleeping in the street , it felt like the traffic was inside the room . Also spaces under the door etc so mosquitos entering the room when the light is on . The pool isn’t fit for use.

Self-checking with code, there is good internet, only the bed is a little high and the front door does not seem to be closed, but the place is protected by video surveillance. You have to ask for extra towels and toilet paper because they don't clean every day, it is possible for an extra charge.

- Romy (10/5): Thank you La Gloria! - La Gloria is the first place I stayed in Mexico. It is close to the bus station, mall, and many food options. The staff was so lovely & kind! The room was spacious and had everything we needed for our 3 night stay.
- Moonmoon (7/5): Okay for a night or two. - The size of the room was great. Shower had hot water. AC was working. Had utensils etc to make quick food. It’s good for a night stay. Restaurants around and right opposite had few good options. Parking is limited and first come first serve. Self check in option was easy. Close to Ado station and Isla Mujares Ultramar ferry. The furniture needs renovating. Curtains need to block light. First hotel where no blankets provided on bed. We finally turned off the AC and used the sheets to cover ourselves as it was chilly at night. Toilet flush needs about 20 mins to refill the tank.

- Sina (7/5): Great for a airbnb, but not a hotel - It was very clean and spacious. We could leave our luggage early which was really great. Hot shower. The location is really good to go by foot to the centre and to take the bus (R 1, R2) to the beach and to the Ado bus terminal (the stop is like 3 minutes by foot - 5-15 minutes ride). It says 24 hours reception which is not true. There is nobody there. We contacted the host several times from the beginning on in English and Spanish to know if we can leave our luggage there a few hours more the day of the checkout. No answer until it was too late… so we had to pay extra at the bus station to store our luggage for a few hours. Take a real hotel when you need this service. These ‘Airbnb’ hotels are not reliable at all. Be prepared, the room is very noisy, like really Highway noisy. The price to pay to be close to everything I guess. Also a comment for booking itself (nothing to do with the host), the taxes and fees included in the price are not clear. Note that after having clicked on pay, 50-100 additional pesos are added! (We had this issue every time payment was done by booking in Yucatan state)

The pillows on the bed were horrible. some form of fake leather very uncomfortable. but the main problem was when running the AC. I would wake up with symptoms of a sinus infection, more or less because it’s blowing mold. I had a check out two days earlier than what I booked because I couldn’t take it any longer.
