• Christa (7/5): Insgesamt hat es uns dort sehr gut gefallen. Besonders die tolle Lage an dem schönen Strand. Strand befindet sich eine S - Direkt am Pool gelegen und wenige Schritte zum Strand. Klimaanlage sehr laut und hat nicht richtig funktioniert. Der Kühlschrank war so laut, dass wir ihn über Nacht abstellen mussten. Die Ausstattung ist ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen….

Chegamos no quarto, estava em reformas!!! pedreiros com tijolo, cimento, tinta, uma sujeira absurda no banheiro. ficamos 2 dias com cheiro de tinta no quarto com crianças.

• MELANIE (8/5): Je recommande pour les personnes qui ne souhaitent pas se balader autour ou pour faire du shopping ou aller au restauran - Le logement est très agréable et bonne communication avec les propriétaires. Plage jolie et agréable à quelques mètres, et bar de plage très sympa également. Magnifique lever du soleil sur la plage devant. Nous nous sommes fait livrer des courses pour cuisiner tout le séjour, la cuisine est équipée correctement. Pas bien insonorisé lorsque des personnes sont bruyantes au bord de la piscine qui est juste devant. Cela n’est pas lié au logement en lui même, mais la résidence est dans une zone longée d’hôtels en bord de mer, à une vingtaine de kilomètres de la ville, animations et des commerces. J’ai pris un petit déjeuner au restaurant de l’hôtel à 15€ et de mauvaise qualité.

Que era vieja y picaba La refrigeradora no enfríaba, se arruino mi comida.

La casa è un po’ piccola per una famiglia di 5 persone, bagno senza finestra, c’è un accesso ad area verde poco utilizzabile. Eccessivi controlli ad ogni entrata ed uscita.

• Yevheniia (10/5): Exceptional - I rated our experience in this hotel as 10 because of incredible location - right beside the amazing blue Caribbean sea, beautiful small garden in front of our patio, clean swimming pool, smiling staff😊 The communication with the owner of this condominium was good although we didn't have a chance to meet in person. The next information and suggestions for the owner of this condo. In general the suit is OK taking into consideration the reasonable price. BUT definitely needs the renovation or at least some updatings: 1. The sofa is not suitable fir sleeping at all, it's old and squashed!!! I suffered a lot while sleeping all our 9 nights, unfortunately 2. The kitchen pots, cutlery, plates are too old and definitely have to be changed to the new ones, there is no cutting board either. The tap in the kitchen have to be changed as well. 3. Some towels have to be changed - some of them were torn and not so white they should be. Making the conclusion I would recommend this place especially for the families taking into account my comments above

The apartment hadn't been cleaned rom previoys uests when we arrived. This was after the advertised check-in time. We had to wait a couple of hours until the cleaner came back to do this.. the WiFi only worked in the apartment and the hotel wouldn't allow you to use the WiFi in the public areas. If you don't have a Sara package, this is most unhelpful. This wasn't clear when booking.
• Rita (10/5): Exceptional - Easy to find, keys exactly where instructions informed us they'd be. Beach is fabulous. Pool section for kids is wonderful. Had all we needed from property. Very safe, access was limited to people in the property. Had cleaning staff at the door at 11 am on departure day. Our departure was a little faster than expected. Maybe checking out at noon would have been easier.

• Kajsa (8/5): Very good - Great with the little patio. The apartment was right next to the ocean which was fantastic. Nice pool and the apartment is spacious. It was easy to take the local bus higher up in the hotel zone for restaurants and shops. Nothing much nearby, but other than that the apartment is what you can expect for the money you pay, compared to the rest of the area.
• Tim (4/5): No recommendation, but Pool & beach are nice - Good Pool, beach bar, showers by the beach. AC worked, parking available. The room was not in good shape. Overpriced, not clean, power and water outage, sleeping on sofa and bed not comfy, kitchen was unhygienic, no sound insulation. Be aware that it's not a hotel but a "condominium". Bath not in a good state. Room is dark, even at daytime. It's not garden view but view onto the parking lot at ground level.

• Nancy (8/5): Very good - Location was perfect. We were able to catch the city bus outside the hotel. The stove is small only 2 burners other than room was good.

Small bugs in the kitchen area, little privacy through the door so that we could hear every tenant coming in and out around us. No patio as promised. Uncomfortable beds.
