• Chhogyel (3/5): It is not an expensive hotel but I feel the compnaynhas to review it - Once you enter the room, it looks okay, looks average 1. The location is so uninviting. 2 it actually doesn't look like a hotel or family suite 3. It's totally a residential low cost dwelling and doesn't even have a proper address. 4. We struggled to reach or locate the hotel and as the actual address that we see during the booking is different from the actual hotel apartment..that's why the taxi that we hired had a tough time to locate and had to make several calls

• Jasmine (5/5): Passable - Clean and spacious room Room is located in a very old and rundown condominium and not a hotel. The outside and downstairs of the condominium smells like urine. It doesnt feel safe as there are all sorts of people going in and out of the condominium.
• Magnus (9/5): Superb - Cool location in large building among Thai families. In a busy area, but still silent in the apartment. Just one key for the five of us.

Check-in process need to improve. Need more utensils and kitchen ware, as family like mine prefer to cook instead of eating outside

• Sharp (4/5): Tricky location and broken air-conditioning hampered an otherwise comfortable apartment - Staff were welcoming and tried to adress concerns One air conditioning unit was broken and couldn't be fixed. Location tricky to find and difficult for vehicles to enter

• Antoinette (5/5): In general it was ok - The room itself is clean, the bathroom was ok. Thanks I read the infos about check in so I went to an other boutique hotel to get the key. We had one staff showing us the way and the room. The building is old and a bit scary.
• Apel (6/5): Good for family stay. - Good for small family to stay together. Asked a security deposit in addition to my paid room rent. Shower and push shower is not well maintained. They did not provide anything in the room, I had to go a 10 minutes walking distance to buy the drinking water. Hotel is at the end of hihgly crowded narrow road.

• Dr (10/5): great for family with children to stay and if u want to cook . - very good place for a family with children to stay clean spacious rooms with 2 double beds and a small kitchen a little congested place for taxi to arrive view from outside seems unclean but when we enter d room it was very clean n spacious
