Theodore (10/5): Pleasant stay in centrally located apartment near Durres Beach. - Wonderful apartment with everything that I wanted/needed for a few weeks. The apartment is centrally located on Durres Beach (a few minutes walk) and easily accessible via bus line (40lek/40 cents fare Sept 2023), located on the 9th floor of the building. The elevator worked great except one day was held up by someone upstairs, so I got to get my leg exercise in that day. Can't say enough good things about the apartment - I would DEFINITELY stay there again. It's located on the 9th floor and the elevator is not super fast. It doesn't affect the apartment at all, though.
Pira (8/5): Very good - Recommended, good price and the apartment is new, a 9th floor with a balcony. Modern, Netflix, beautiful and fully equipped, fiber optic Wi-Fi and very good air conditioning. It is clean and the landlord is very kind and flexible, she let us check in before and check out after. He speaks Russian, English and Albanian. double bed and sofa bed. But the building is new and is under construction, on the last day, the top floor at 8:30 in the morning began to drill a wall. The elevator got stuck but there is a written help phone number. We got out fast. the double bed does not have proper bedding and pillow. I would come back later.
