- Susie (1/5): TERRIBLE WE GOT RIPPED OFF - !!!! WARNING DONT BOOK !!!!! WARNING DONT BOOK we arrived in the evening and I was a very DANGEROUS area our taxi driver called and called the property but no answer , he said he didn’t want to leave us there a it was next to the most dangerous area of cancun WE WERE SCARED. We have to pay a lot for a last minute hotel in by the bus station . The owner are refusing to talk booking.com has asked them to refund me but they have gone quiet. I am travelling it children this situation as bad . This is not acceptable.

- Sylvia (9/5): Superb - the hostess a handbook about the property being more aware that it is the only nice gates community I. the area. as women travellers I did not feel safe out side the gates areas and was glad we had a car. it's definitely in a more remote part of Cancun. we had 1 towel each. there is a pool so two towels each would have been appreciated the bathroom and kitchen sink do not have hot water. it is a very basic unit with supplies, kitchen appliances (not even a kettle or coffee machine)
