• Jean François (10/5): - Le propriétaire très sympathique. On devait arriver à 22h on a eu 1h de retard il nous a attendu. Très a l écoute des locataires. Je recommande cet appartement.

• ramiro (10/5): 3 dias de descanso y tranquilidad en Cancun - La ubicación, limpieza y tranquilidad del departamento, la comodidad y que tenía todo me refiero a que la cocina bien equipada, habitaciones amplias, etc,etc, realmente disfrute la estadia y por supuesto espero regresar. Pues solo si quizas la alberca hubiera estado disponible aunque no lo requerimos.

Todo super limpio. El barrio tranquilo, con restaurantes , lavandería y el shopping a metros de la casa.La pileta a nuestra disposición! Gracias por todo! Súper recomendable!!!!!

• Gabriela (9/5): Excelente alternativa! - Está bien ubicado, cerca de un mall con todos los servicios y dos supermercados. Es una zona donde nos sentimos seguras y las comodidades del departamento eran todo lo que necesitábamos. El anfitrión nos dio todas las indicaciones para llegar y nos respondió cada vez que le pedimos algo. Es una excelente alternativa si van a Cancún!

• Donald (8/5): Very good - We liked the secure parking and the quiet location. Although we didn't use the pool, it was private and looked nice. The apartment itself is well equipped and feels very secure. It's in a quiet street with controlled gate access so there is no traffic or noise. The beds were very comfortable too! There are plenty of shops, a huge mall and restaurants within a few minutes walk. Yes it's a little far from the hotel zone and beaches of Cancun, but if you want a quieter area to stay which still has access to plenty of places to shop and eat then this is perfect.

• Judy (10/5): I been 6 times in Cancun downtown areas, this is the best in the best compared other we ever been,well equipped living n - Very clean,walk across to the big mall ,supermarket and Walmart express very close ,well equipped kitchen and lot of bottles water,this is very important in Mexico living,and clod air conditioning make sleep very comfortable 😁😁😁 Can’t think about it.

• Karen (8/5): A comfortable quiet stay, I would recommend it but can’t really judge the location as we didn’t find much to do - The beds were so comfortable I slept really well. The shower was fab, plenty of hot water. Everything was lovely, a traditional Mexican home stay with air con. I couldn’t fault the apartment and the owner was lovely. He explained how to use everything and even spoke to the taxi driver guiding him to the property. Not sure about the location is was perfect for shopping and a gym really close by. A couple of bars and restaurants but we didn’t find much else. We didn’t look too hard though we were really tired and needed a couple of days rest so this was fine for us.
• Chris (10/5): Great place and location, would definitely come back! - Great location, comfy bed, easily accessible, equipped kitchen area, Netflix and wifi worked well. The room and bathroom were quite spacious, plus there is no parking fee* There was a sewer smell in the bathroom every now and then, but we got some scents from the store nearby and it wasn't a biggie there after.

Sandor is a great host, and the maid was wonderful. Great walking to Plaza Las Americas, movie theatre at Urban Center: we enjoyed walking in the park in the Sandor's gated neighborhood towards Costco.

• Ondrej (10/5): We were surprised at how well we chose our first stay in Mexico. The ratio Value/Price was perfect. - The apartment and the host were really perfect. Everything was clean and well-prepared (water banks, dishes, etc.). We arrived before midnight and it wasn't any problem waiting for us. The shopping mall is just across the street, where you can find all you need (money exchange, ATMs, restaurants). Despite the fact it is "downtown" we felt really safe. After check-out, the host offered us a ride to the ADO bus station - really appreciated. N/A - not related to accommodation but mosquitos were awful

• Sim (10/5): cute and comfy apartment - we only stayed for a night. owner was very friendly and the apartment looks really cute. renovated, clean and very comfortable beds! it has everything you need - full kitchen (you can cook), TV (YouTube, Netflix etc), toilet (shampoo, bath, hair dryer, towels) good location- near collectivo bus stop and shopping malls. note: apartment is 10-15 min drive from ADO bus stop, we paid 150 peso to get to the apartment with a taxi. there are 4 beds / 2 rooms, 1 room is connecting to the toilet- which means that you have to pass through that room to go to the toilet.
• Jolanta (8/5): Amazing hosts and very good, comfortable stay. - Air conditioning was very helpful with the hot weather, excellent coffee maker - I love it, very quiet and safe neighbourhood,comfortable beds, Netflix on a big TV was a plus, cleaning during our stay - we stayed for 10 days and during the 5th day the cleaner came and cleaned everything, changed sheets, gave new towels etc. The hosts were very lovely - they even offered us a lift on a rainy morning and offered pizza, always helpful when we had any queries or problems. Near the property, there is an amazing restaurant- Ninfa’s Cafe - serving different, tasty breakfasts and lunch. Also, the property is close to many shops e.g Oxxo, 7/11, Walmart Express, and a nice bakery as well. When it was very windy during the night, all the windows and closed doors rattled, a bit far from any buses that take you to the Zona Hotelera - or maybe we just didn’t find any nearby ;)

• Robert (9/5): Excellent, can recommend! - Location is safe and convenient for trips, close to the highway, mall and good restaurants. Parking spot in front of the house which is behind a private gate. Very comfortable, well-equipped and spacious apartment. Good price. Owner is very nice and helpful (fixed our problem with the toilet and even let us stay a couple extra hours at the end of our stay). The owner was kind of hard to reach and didn’t reply to our messages (even though he speaks some English and in the end everything worked out). The toilet had problems with flushing but the owner fixed it.
