• Emma Angelica (10/5): Vistas espectaculares - La ubicacion es excelente para trasladarse a varios puntos importantes,, la playa marlin es hermosa, la instalacion muy bonita, las vistas excelentes. Que no es un hotel como se menciona es un residencial, que no es problema pero hacia falta que alguien hiciera aseo diario. La habitacion no tenia vista al mar.Pero en general todo muy bien.

• florencia (10/5): - Está dentro de la zona hotelera y tiene un Soriana cerca. Además, a pocas cuadras está el shopping la isla que es muy lindo para recorrerlo en un día nublado. La playa marlin tenía un poco de sargazo pero te podías meter igual. El hospedaje cumple con todo. Nada.

• Debora (8/5): Exelente - La ubicación, el complejo, las personas de seguridad muy amables. Por suerte tenia un juego Scrabble el apartamento ya que un día llovió todo el día, excelente forma de pasar la tarde.

• Amélie (10/5): Super résidence ! - Appartement comme sur les photos ! Propre et avec tout ce qu’il faut ! Il y a même des serviettes de plage ! Il se trouve dans une résidence très sécurisé avec place de parking. 3 piscines et accès plage + douche + transats. Check in et Check out avec petit coffre donc très pratique ! Je l’avais lu dans les commentaires précédent, le séjour donne directement sur l’ascenseur, cela ne nous a pas vraiment gêné et du coup je n’ai pas eu la surprise car je l’avais lu !

• VANESSA (7/5): Excelente ubicación - La ubicación La seguridad de las puertas. Pensé que tenía vista al mar. La sartén estaba guardada sin lavar bien, con residuos de aceite y jabón. Me hizo falta lavadora de ropa que claro, yo ya sabía que no disponía. Reservé primero 2 días que resultó más económico que reservar 1 día adicional.
• ENRIQUE oyente (10/5): Entrada a zona común - Las instalaciones están excelentes para la relación costo/precio, creo que deberían dar más difusión a la zona Me habría gustado convivir con amigos externos en las instalaciones de la zona común y alberca, así como la zona de playa ya que la parte pública estaba llena de sargazo

• June (4/5): Disappointing - Pros - good location, nice beach. The unit is on far street side so you need to walk around to it. - beach towels, a boogie board and cooler provided - Carla and the people in the security office are nice -owner allowed a later checkout- we left at 1pm - lock box was convenient Cons - filthy bedding on sofa bed - used beach towels on the first night for a blanket - no blanket provided for sofa bed next night even after request for clean sheets -Glass sliding front door opens directly onto the elevator door so curtains need to be shut tight all the time - tv did not work. After telling the owner , they said it did work. It didn’t. Offered no info on how to fix it. -this is a condo in the Villa Marlin building. The owner did not tell us this so we had trouble finding it. On arrival, my name was not on the entrance list. - dirty, loud construction work falling plaster off building, right outside the door, plus entrance to beach closed off with warning tapers - condition of condo not as in pictures. Dirty walls, run down, needs a paint job desperately. Towels old and stained. Paid about 150usd+ per night, tried to save money by staying in this budget place but wish I had paid a bit more elsewhere.

• Paul (7/5): Good - The apartment is situated in a very good location, right on the beach (no sea view) so it is very practical to take a sunbed by the pool and go swim in the ocean (or the pool) It offers some useful equipment such as a small tent, playing cards or beach towels. It is very quiet on the bedroom side. The surrounding area offers lots of possibilities (restaurants, shopping malls, entertainment, etc). During our stay the shower kept on dripping which was driving us crazy. The owner came to have a look ( promised to come around 1 and came at 4) and offered to bring a plumber after the second night but since we were staying only 4 nights we let it be. However, we had to turn on and off the main water pipe every time. The safe was not working and even the owner didn't manage to open it. For some it may not feel very private since the lift it just outside, but there were window blinds. Wouldn't recommend for more than a couple. There is no cupboard so you must get creative with where to put clothes. The residence is very strict and the safeguards will not allow you to break any of the felt 1000 rules (some of them a bit ridiculous).
