• Juan (7/5): - Las instalaciones y la ubicación En las fotos se veía utensilios, no traen, el aire acondicionado estaba sucio y el usarlo una noche nos generó dolor de garganta.
• Ana (7/5): Ubicación y seguridad, habitación no estaba limpia - Nos gustó la ubicación, frente a playa tortugas donde hay un terminal de ferry para isla mujeres. Tiene parking el edificio y seguridad 24h con personas en recepción. Abajo del edificio hay un oxxo y farmacia. El rooftop del edificio es genial, con piscina y área para descansar. La habitación en sí no estaba correctamente limpia, llegamos antes y nos dijeron que el check in era a las 15h porque estaban limpiando la habitación, cuando entramos había igual cabellos sueltos, el baño parece que lo limpian sin ganas, huele a humedad, la alfombra quién sabe cuánto sucio tiene acumulado, en fin limpio limpio no estaba. Estuvimos 5 días y 4 noches y no hacen ni un cambio de toallas ni mucho menos de sábana, tampoco incluye limpieza adicional. hay una cafetera que ni café de cortesía tiene. Adicional hay una puerta que conecta a la habitación de al lado, que si hablan o lo que sea se escucha. Da un poco rollo tener una puerta con otra.

• Maria (9/5): Great location, staff, amenities. Value for money - The location is exactly what I was looking for. An apartment away from Zona Hotelera and across the road from Playa Tortuga and the ferry to Isla Mujeres. There is a 24 hr shop behind the main entrance and a cash point a few yards away outside the first hotel you encounter as you walk left from this apartment building. The swimming pool is relaxing, there is plenty of sunbeds around it and the views are awesome. One morning the light went off in the room. This fault affected the rooms only and not the lights in the building corridors. This was fixed rather quickly but it still took them one hour or so.

Air conditioner stopped working in the middle of the night. No extra napkins

• Klaudia (10/5): I had a wonderful stay there, I highly recommend the place - I had a very short stay in Cancun. The host was very helpful and flexible, I could check-in hours earlier. The place is small but cozy, nice, clean and looked exactly like on pictures. The rooftop pool area and view is just fantastic. Location is great, Playa Tortugas beach and some shops are just right on the other side of the street.
