• Samir (9/5): Great week-long vacation - Very comfortable apartment for our trip (2 young kids), it had pretty much everything we needed for some basic cooking and relaxing. WIFI worked really well. This was a ground-level unit so we had a very nice backyard patio where we could just sit and enjoy the sound of waves in the back (beach is very close) while having a drink/reading. On-site pool was clean and not very crowded so we spent a lot of time there. Our host, Lidia, was very helpful and even arranged for a kid life jacket which really made our 5 year-old daughter's swimming so enjoyable. We had the bad luck that the time of the year had our beach (and pretty much all of the Zona Hoteliera really) with fairly strong waves which were bringing a lot of sea weed (Sargassum) so that made beach access a little less ideal but it seems that the Cancun tourism folks try to clean this up etc. Luckily the pool was there and worked great as a backup.

• Bryzela (10/5): - la ubicacion es exelente ! fue muy facil trasladranos a todos los lugares que queriamos ir , el lugar es agradable, no hay mucho ruido , se puede descansar muy bien , todos son muy amables, la vista a la playa es Hermosa, accedes muy rapido . sin duda nos volveriamos a hospedar ahi!!

• Claire (7/5): Nice quiet location and steps to a very pretty beach. - The owner was helpful, and the suite was as advertised. Secure and quiet, which was appreciated. Slightly musty smell, which is very common in this area for suites that are closed for stretches. The beds were very firm, which is not my preference. Otherwise comfortable.

A portata di pochi km la zona più vivace di Cancun dove fare cena o serata Il mare di fronte alla struttura soffre della presenza di alghe nel periodo di agosto, a parte qualche sprazzo di chiarore caraibico, per il resto si è rivelato poco/niente fruibile

• Maria Julieta (9/5): - Ubicación excelente Las toallas son algo antiguas pero limpias, el sillón de la sala algo incómodo, y no hay mucho espacio en los closets para guardar la ropa, me quedé 7 noches entonces no tuve espacio para ordenar nuestras cosas bien, por lo demás todo es excelente, había hasta botiquín de primeros auxilios que nos salvó en dos ocasiones:)

• Andrea (8/5): Perfect location, beatiful beach - The apartment was nice, although the furnishings show that it is a little used. The location of the accommodation is perfect. It is right on the beach, and the beach is beautiful. The whole complex was very nice, nice pool, restaurant. The host was mostly available, although she was abroad, so we couldn't reach her upon arrival, so getting in wasn't so easy, but we managed it finally. The bed linen and towels could use a change, we did not feel them very clean due to the stains on towels and the smell of the pillows. Parking is listed as free on booking, but this is only the case if you don't want to park near the apartment, but outside the complex. If you want to park close by inside the complex, it's 200 pesos/day.

• Zahra (10/5): Exceptional - We very much enjoyed our stay. Cooking our own meal is very important for us and all necessary tools were available. The property is close to the sea and we slept with the terrace door open listening to the sound of the waves. The host, Lidia was very kind and she reacted immediately to the messages. She also provided information on sightseeing and others. Thank you Lidia for hosting us.

• Rebecca (8/5): Highly recommend! - Superb beach and pool. We felt very secure throughout our stay due to the security, it is also a very peaceful area. The local shop staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. We would highly recommend this place! The WiFi wasn't great through in the bedroom but apart from that it was a fantastic apartment.

We enjoyed the stay and had a quality family time spent at this location. Though it does not impact directly the quality but house interior and show pieces need a bit of work. that will add value to the overall feel of the property. Just a suggestion !

• Mladen (9/5): Superb - The location is on the south side of Zona Hotelera. It is a guarded appartment community with private beach and pool. The location we had was ground floor and had a terrace with sea view. Appartment was well equipped with all ammenities needed. Great selection of books in different languages. The staff spoke good english. Zofas in living room are a bit outdated and could be changed eventualy.

• Dora (9/5): Very relaxing and nice place. - The condo is very comfortable, with a nice patio, very close to the beach. It is a spacious and very nice marine decorated place, fully equipped with everything that could be needed for a summer vacation. Close to the airport. Lidia, our host, was very responsive and supportive. The early check out at 11 am was not so suitable when you have a late flight, but still we managed to leave the luggage packed and have a walk and last cocktail at the near beach bar.

• Norm (10/5): Definitely would love to stay again! - The condo was clean and comfortable. Lidia communicated very well and everything was as she said. The complex is very safe and quiet at night, which was great. The location is perfect and we were able to simply catch a bus in front of the complex and go along the hotel zone. Also, there's an OXXO convenience store right down the road, that provides all the supplies that one would need. This place I would highly recommend for anyone wanting to go to Cancun. Everything was great. Maybe the wifi could be a little better, but not a big deal.

• Daniel (7/5): Nice beach and good price for Cancun. But globally it’s overpriced. - Good location and beach. Nice terrace facing other building. Apartment and overall complex is older without visible update. Towels could be new or more fresh.
• Hannah (9/5): A comfortable stay in a large, clean, traditionally decorated apartment - The apartment was lovely and clean. The furniture is older/more traditional but it matches the style of the apartment. There’s a great grass space right outside where the kids could play while I sat on the veranda. Very big kitchen with everything you need. Amazon Fire for all the TV streaming you need. Right behind the beach (we had a small view of the sea) and it was relaxing to hear the waves crashing at night. The Amazon Fire TV kept on disconnecting but I was able to fix it. The bed in the second room is quite small.
