• Christopher (8/5): Wonderful view of the sea from the balcony. Decent location. - The view from the balcony was exceptional, and there are lots of restaurants nearby. It wasn't easy to find the location of the building, and it wasn't explained very well where the lock box was (there were four different ones).

• Brooke (8/5): Very good - Really good space for a group of 4 adults and amazing views of the ocean. The location is also great and we found parking pretty easy but we were there in the off season. The kitchen is pretty well equipped and the wifi works well in the common areas. The only drawback is the building itself- the elevator is a pretty scary experience and your only other option is 12 floors of stairs. If you do take the stairs, you can see the building is falling apart a bit and it’s a shame the residents of the building are not taking more care of the common space or replacing their elevator (only one was in service while we were there). We do also wish the apartment was a bit cleaner and more organized when we arrived. Many of the drawers are full with very random things like computer keyboard and mouse plus shoe boxes and other trash. Overall, it’s good value for money for the location and views but a few necessary improvements to the building and a good deep clean of the apartment will make it a great place!

• Michael (9/5): Superb - Condition of the apartment and the view from the balcony. Entrance to the block was dingy, though not the fault of the apartment holder. Also, some of the stairwell lights did not come on. Again, not the fault of the apartment holder.

• Oliwia (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment was huge and beautiful. The view from balcony was amazing and we watched sunset every day. The landlord was nice and helpful. I really recommend this apartment 😁 I think its the best district on Durrës.
