Please book somewhere else! - - The pool was good - we had three bad rooms - The parking Please do your self a favor and book somewhere else! - the kitchen window is completely damaged. It's open the whole time. Anybody can steal your belongings! It's definitely a burglary damage, but it's not getting fixed. - a lot of dead insects! - WiFi password is not mentioned in the apartment. - you can not close the shower door completely, whole bath was flooded. - dirty towels with a lot of stains! - lamp over the dining table is not working - the couch is smelly - one power outlet is broken - no can opener - Toaster was completely dirty - no space for your belongings in the bathroom The host doesn't care about his apartment!

- Susana (9/5): We enjoyed our stay in Condominio en ZH - Very good location, easy access to the bus stop, taxis, ferry terminal to Isla Mujeres and the beach. I didn’t like the way the way Cancun roads doesn’t take care of the pedestrians. Vehicles does not even stop for people. Please be very careful, it’s very risky to cross the busy road on the hotel zone.
- Michael (9/5): Superb - It was very secure with locked gate and security on site 24/7. The condo is spacious and clean. It has an independent laundry room. It is in a good location, right across the road from the ferry to Isla Mujeres by Xcaret. There are small markets and restaurants within a few minutes walk. It's nice to sit next to the lagoon and watch the yacht passing by. The KulKulcan Blvd is right in front of the condo and there is no pedestrian cross walk. In order to access the beach and the ferry you have to ran across the busy road and risk being hit by cars. The check in instruction is not clear either, especially for English speaking travelers like us.
