- Krisztina (8/5): Szívből ajánlom rövidebb tartózkodásra - Metróval és busszal is könnyen megközelíthető a város (kb. 20-30 perc), a tengerpart kb. 15 perc gyalogtávolságra fekszik, főleg helyiek látogatják.
Sok szupermarket található a közelben és gyógyszertár is.
Szépen, egyszerűen berendezett apartman, mosási lehetőséggel. Az ablakokon van redőny, nagyon tetszett, hogy teljesen be lehet sötétíteni.
Az ágy nagyon kényelmes volt (hason alvó vagyok), bőven elfér benne 2 fő is. Gyors az internet. A lakással szemben épp egy építkezés zajlik, ez értelemszerűen zajjal jár, de csak kicsit volt zavaró.
Az utca zaja is hallható, de abszolút elfogadható mértékben.
A fürdőszobában egy kissé állott szag volt, mikor belép az ember, továbbá a zuhanykabin egy picit szűkös.

- I. T. V. (6/5): The living place smaller than stated in the Booking profile - Keys were handed over by a parking owner, 10 mins walk from the property. Luckily, I could leave them right in the property without need to carry heavy luggage through the street. Overall, if you are planning to come to Malaga with a car - don't rely on street parking, the possibility to find a free spot is close to zero. It is overcrowded at every single point. We magically found a slot next to building one day, however, the next day we found a scratch on a rented car, so the offered parking garage is a huge advantage (ignoring the distance). When it comes to amenities, there is everything you need to prepare the food. There is a big refrigerator with ice cubes, it's nice to have a toaster onsite. The apartment is cosy, WiFi works well and there is Mercadonna in a walking distance. One of our main selection criteria was more than 50m². To our disappointment, after entering the property something was off, it was too tiny. After few sec we found out that there is an additional room taking 1/4 size of the property where an unused stuff is stored. There 2 ACs: one in bedroom, another in the living room - the one in the bedroom is not working. We were told, that the AC in the bedroom was replaced by the stronger one in the living room, even though it looks like they were purchased at the same time (both are Daikin 2MXS40H). The AC didn't cool the air, so the first night was a nightmare. The next day a person came to check on AC. At the end - the one in the living room had its filter totally filled up with dust. He cleaned it, the situation got better. The washing machine broke in the middle of our first wash, the water flooded the floor. The owner informed about the incident replied after 3 days and sent support person to check the incident's validity: the person came, made the flood and left, we had to clean all the mess again. There is construction work in two buildings on the same street. The windows are not soundproof and the noise starts every I-V morning from 7AM, advising you to take the earplugs. Daily there is a bad smell coming from the bathroom and we found a lot of pet's fur on the big pillows in the bedroom, thus if you are allergic - move them away immediately after entering the property.

- Margarita (5/5): Great location pity the weather makes the place stink. - Location with great access to public transport. In a well established mature neighbourhood with plenty of shops cafes and pharmacies. It has a lift as it's on the third floor. The neighbours in the building are quiet. On initial entry to the building on a Sunday evening there was an awful sewer smell. I did mention this but my Spanish is limited and the gentleman had little english. The Next day on my return the smell was overwhelming. I contacted the agent and was told it was due to the weather. No other place I visited that day was experiencing this issue. Something must have been done as the issue was subdued for two days but then returned the agent refused to reply to my WhatsApp messages and I was refused reimbursement as I would have gone else where. Unfortunately after spending over €580 for my accommodation I personally could not afford to just go elsewhere without some money returned. Thankfully I was out most of the time but had to leave the windows open all the time to try to eliminate the smell. Not easy in November. There is no balcony. The kettle was dirty I didn't use it. The shower runners need a good clean. There's no cleaning products left in the apartment. Sheets were left on the outdoor dryer which I brought in. There are two cups. The air conditioning didn't work in the bedroom at all and The living room one moves but doesn't heat.. it looks like a great apartment in the photos but it's like it's not finished and certainly lacking a homely touch. Pictures do not have smell attached thankfully. My first (and I hope only) bad experience with booking.com

- Bernadine (10/5): Perfect nest for city break. - Wonderful little flat, very comfy bed and we are tall people, all mod cons, very clean and in a quiet street, a perfect location for getting around Malaga, 10-15min slow walk to the beach, or to the metro, 5 min slow walk to the busstop into city and vialia terminus/shopping mall etc! Would definitely stay again. Thoroughly recommended. A towel rail in the bathroom would have been useful... but that's the only issue we had!

It was clean and had everything you need.
It is also close to bus and metro stations. Only that it did not have a balcony but that is a personal preference.

- Sebastian (7/5): With no car it’s very practical. For a quick stop. - The apartments is like how you can see in the pictures. The FREE PARKING was 1.2 KM BY CAR from the apartment. So not really practical at all. Air conditioner wasn’t cooling properly.
