• Isabel Moreno Serrano (7/5): Localización espectacular. Apartamento básico aunque limpio. Se puede mejorar. - La ubicación excepcional. En el centro mismo del centro histórico de Málaga. Si lo que quieres es centro es perfecto. Todo cerca y a mano caminando cerca buses y transporte público. La chica muy amable. Apartamento limpio, baños, tallas y sabanas limpias. Necesita un cambio de colchones (sería un plus), una persiana no bajaba. Alguna cafetera que funcionará estaría genial. El apartamento no es el de las fotos ya. Necesitaría que le dieran una vuelta y lo arreglarán un poquito. Lógicamente es un A. Turístico y hay personas que no cuidan nada donde estan.

• Elena (8/5): ottima posizione! - l'appartamento è complicato in centro e ogni luogo è raggiungibile con pochi minuti di cammino. le attività di ristorazione sottostanti l'appartamento sono talvolta rumorose
• MCLSavoie (8/5): - la propreté de l'appartement, sa géolocalisation en plein centre historique ! et le propriétaire est très arrangeant quant à la remise des clés à l'aller et au départ. une belle chambre parentale la seconde chambre un peu petite avec des difficultés pour fermer la porte. un petit coin douche supplémentaire avec un wc mais dommage que ce dernier ne soit pas utilisable car on ne pouvait pas jeter les papiers dans les toilettes ! mais tout ceci n'est pas dérangeant. nous sommes restés 4 nuits.

• LUCIA (7/5): - Posizione centralissima, appartamento spazioso, pur trovandosi al 6 piano per fortuna presenza di ascensore, materassi comodo Appartamento sicuramente da sistemare, odore di fogna sul bagno più piccolo, su quest'ultimo l'acqua della doccia e del lavandino faceva fatica a scendere. La camera più grande con letto a una piazza e mezza con un unico cuscino lungo, sicuramente scomodo in quanto usato da due persone. Cucina non utilizzata.Appartamento con ottimo potenziale ma consiglio di effettuare un restailing. Non presente il self check in ma noi siamo arrivate in piena notte (verso le 01.00) abbiamo comunque incontrato la proprietaria che gentilmente ci ha aspettato e ci ha consegnato le chiavi
• Stefan (7/5): - The location is excellent in the very middle center of Malaga. Apartment has enough space for 5 people. Getting key and return key was quick and easy. Washing machine and hanger for drying available. Most disappointing is that the apartment is listed with parking, but doesn't have one and no parking even nearby possible because it is in the middle of pedestrian shopping area. The closest parking are parking houses in 5min walking distance and cost around 30€ per day. Walking with suitcases from parking to apartment is easy as the street (shopping street) is very even with very smooth surface. So parking is ok, but listing the apartment as having parking spots is not ok! We used the apartment with 5 people, 1 bedroom and living room had A/C while one bedroom didn't have A/C. Bathrooms pretty tiny and narrow with broken shower curtain. Beds are shorter than standard, like around 1,80 to 1,90m which were way too short for me. As the living room (with sleeping couch) is next to outside restaurant plaza and the windows don't damp noise very well, it is quite noise until around 1am when the restaurant owners clean up and scratch their chairs over the cobble stones. The 2 bedrooms are quieter.

• Doina (10/5): - The apartment is very well located, you can easily do 3 in 1. 1. It is on a central pedestrian street, with many restaurants and shops. There are also restaurants on the ground floor, but it is only noisy in the living room; the bedrooms are quiet. 2. It is about a 20-minute walk to La Malagueta beach. 3. If you want to visit and you are a traveler, the train station is about a 15-minute walk away. Trains and buses run perfectly and you can go to Gibraltar, Caminito del Rey, Granada, Cordoba, etc. I recommend buying tickets from the train station, they are cheaper than on the internet. Regarding the apartment, I want to add that it is very clean and well equipped. We didn't cook, even though we stayed for many days, but we saw that there were utensils. There is also a microwave, stove, and electric oven. It has air conditioning, but we didn't use it. There was no need. There is a washing machine. I recommend this apartment, the owner is very nice and friendly.

• Alan (8/5): EXCELLENT LOCATION AND WITH SOME BETTER FURNITURE THE APARMENT WOULD BE EXCELLENT TOO. - SUPERB LOCATION, IN THE HEART ON THE CITY. MANY RESTAURANTS WITHIN EASY WALK. SHORT WALK TO THE SEASIDE AND MORE RESTAURANTS. THE PLAZA WAS VERY BUSY AND NOISY AT NIGHT BUT THE BEDROOM WAS AT THE BACK AND QUIET. THE FURNITURE NEEDED UPDATING AND THERE WASN'T MUCH ROOM TO WORK IN THE KITCHEN.
• Maria (4/5): Disappointing - The location was the best thing about the apartment, right in the center with plenty of bars and restaurants. Where to start......Was told the cleaner would be there to let us in, only after a phone to the owners we were told to collect from the restaurant next door. We booked because it said it was a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom with air conditioning. The master bedroom en-suite had a badly smashed bidet, which the owners notified us of, later in the day after arrival....The aircon in this room worked!! The 2nd bedroom did not have air con but a stand fan, which would have been acceptable if it worked. The air con unit in the lounge, blew out hot air !! There were plenty of other issues like the fridge hadn't been cleaned properly, pedal bins broken etc etc The apartment is very tired and needs a major overhaul.

• Kayleigh (7/5): Excellent location! - The location of this flat is excellent, very central, close to many bars, restaurants and discotheques all with a 5 minute walking distance. The host is lovely and informed us we could check out late on the day if we so wished. The apartment is spacious but outdated, could do with a revamp, but most places seem to be like this after covid I guess.
