• Seçil (8/5): - Tesisin konumu çok merkeziydi her yere ulaşım rahattı ama söz konusu Malaga olduğu için bu avantaj maalesef büyük dezavantaja dönüşüyor. Çünkü Malaga’da sabaha kadar hayat devam ediyor ve çok gürültü oluyor. Uyumak oldukça zor. Asansör yoktu. Valizleri erken bırakmak istediğimizde bize hiç yardımcı olmadılar.

• Louise (8/5): Nice apartment in the old town that’s a great base for the city. - Good location, spacious 2 bathroom apartment which is ideal for exploring city Access was fine initially upon arrival, but then had a slight issue as someone had locked an internal gate to the main door and we hadn’t realised we needed to take an extra key out with us. The instructions on this could have been a little clearer, also the gate wasn’t always locked. Had to call upon someone in one of the other apartments to gain access late on 1st evening.

• Paulina (9/5): Ogólnie oceniam bardzo dobrze. - Apartament zadbany i czysty. Dostęp do wielu udogodnień: prywatne dwie łazienki, kuchnia w pełni wyposażona, suszarka, WiFi. Lokalizacja super - wszędzie blisko. Do samego wnętrza obiektu nie mam zastrzeżeń. Wszystko na plus. Lokalizacja też była super. Minus jedynie za hałas. Obok budynku co chwilę jeżdżą jakieś śmieciarki w dzień i w nocy co wpływa na komfort spania, ale to też zależy jaki ktoś ma cel pobytu :) Hałas niezależny już od gospodarza obiektu.

• Sara (6/5): Good location geographically but would probably not stay in this apartment again. - It's a good location in terms of where it is in the city, but is right next to some street bins. When rubbish is collected it is very noisy in the apartment and I suspect its position next to said bins means that rubbish is collected very frequently. Bring earplugs! Was clean enough. We didn't cook in the apartment so can't comment on if there is enough pans, crockery, cutlery etc for occupancy. It was difficult to open the door to the apartment. Seems to be some kind of trick to get it to open - this isn't ok. Should be easy to open whenever the code is entererd. Instead sometimes it took several attempts to get in. As above, is very noisy. It is situated right next to some street bins. When rubbish is collected it is very noisy in the apartment and I suspect its position next to said bins means that it means it has bin collection trucks etc more frequently. The rooms are quite unequal in size including one that has no external window and is very small. The ensuite bathroom provides no privacy to the bedroom - even for the toilet which is kind of gross. Why not at least put privacy screens/doors on that? There are no mirrors in the other two bedrooms and no full length mirror in the whole apartment. The cleaner came before check out time which made us feel awkward when packing up.

De locatie was boven een afval verzamel plaats die snachts om 12 en 3 uur werden geleegd. We hebben 2 nachten zeer slecht geslapen. Geen brandmelders en het automatische slot van de voordeur werkte erg slecht.

En el corazón se la ciudad en un edificio antiguo con unos maravillosos ventanales. Es amplio,luminoso y limpio.Las camas son muy cómodas y los baños están muy bien. Estuvimos 7 personas y la verdad que muy agusto. Lo peor de todo fue que al estar en el centro se oye todo. A las 7 de la mañana pasa el camión se la basura,ya que justo enfrente del portal están unos contenedores de basura tanto soterrados como no. A las 7:30 pasa el camión de la limpieza baldeando las calle con un estruendo importante. Se oye como todos los negocios colindantes tiran los envases de cristal arrastrando sus carritos .Si lo que quieres es dormir hasta tarde no lo vas a poder conseguir te lo aseguro,ya que la animada vida de la calle se te cuela en la casa. A la casa le faltarían unos espejos más en las habitaciones ya que solo hay en los baños y uno en el salón que está pelin alto.

Nice, comfortable appartment with 2 very good rooms - Excellent location (in the middle of the central/historic area) and comfortable appartment for a family or 2 couples (2 great rooms, one of them with a own bathroom + a smaller, inner room with no windows to the exterior). Easy access and clear instructions. Good wi-fi + Netflix TV access. Very poor insonorization (inside the appartment, between rooms and from the outside, with strong noise all night long from the street). There were 2 excellent rooms but the other room was not appropriate and our friends could only sleep there one night and went away to a hotel in the second night. This third room has no window to the exterior but has a roof window that project the light (and noise) coming directly from the appartment above us. This room also had the largest concentration of mosquitos I ever seen. The house should have some electric or chemical repellent.

Surrounded by cafes, restaurants, bakery Catch on door of master bedroom needs fixing, had to wedge shut with cardboard particularly as it is also a bathroom, should have lockable catch. Also hairdryer broken: does not heat. These were the only problems
• Barb (8/5): Very good - We loved the location and the easy check-in and out system. The beds were very comfortable and the apartment was large and modern. Lots of great restaurants close by and of course the fantastic Christmas lights just outside, a lovely break. We liked everything apart from the heavy swing doors on the toilet in the main bathroom. It was slightly awkward getting up to the apartment with the hand rail and stair walls still being wet after recently being painted.

• Cheryl (4/5): Could be a nice apartment - if you’re deaf - The apartment is right in the heart of Malaga Centro Historica so everything is in easy reach. When you get into the apartment it does have an initial wow factor especially the lounge area with its big windows and high ceilings. The kitchen was well equipped and had a kettle, microwave, fridge, hot plate and plenty of crockery and utensils for basic meal preparation, no toaster or colander though. The apartment was generally clean and well maintained. The mattresses were comfortable and there were plenty of towels/toiletries/toilet paper. First off, the owners instructions were written by someone who knows the place, not written from the perspective of someone new who has just arrived, tired, juggling bags and holding a phone. For example, the first instruction you read is the code for the inside apartment door, NOT how you enter the building itself - the key box by the door is not what the instructions are referring to. The instruction for the main door later in the description didn’t even work so I didn’t know if I was reading it right - the owner told me to ‘read again - slowly’ . It’s a link to an app and multiple attempts to open the door failed because it just didn’t work and I had to wait for someone to get sent out with keys to let me in. A key box would be simpler! There is a big main door, then a gate, then stairs, then a coded door - all with different methods of entry. Yet it was only mentioned there was an (unmarked) switch for the gate inside when we were leaving which would have saved us at least one key fumble. The owner was quite patronising at my confusion over the instructions but I would advise they get a professional to write them and be sure someone can get there quickly if the door app fails. Secondly, the apartment itself: as written above it has some plus points but here are the negatives, many of which have been pointed out by others and I can confirm they are correct - - I’d seen some comments about noise but thought it might be that some people expect absolute silence in a city centre, which I don’t. I’d also noted that the apartment description mentions ‘soundproofing’. No. I’ve never heard anything like it. The apartment is positioned right next to an alleyway where all the bins from all the local restaurants and shops appear to be emptied almost continuously from 7am until way past midnight every single day. The streets seem to amplify the sound and it honestly sounds like they’re in the room.

• Francesca (9/5): A lovely appartment in perfect location! - Nice and spacious appartment with a cute conservatory area, big living room and nice balcony overlooking the busy streets of Malaga. There is no full length mirror in the apartment. For 7 girls getting ready this was difficult as there was only one mirror in each of the bathrooms. One of the bathrooms has clear walls see through to the bedroom so if you’re not comfortable with people seeing you showering etc then do not stay here.

No wine glasses so drinking wine from tumblers was not ideal.

The bins outside got emptied every day and it could be loud. Small bits here and there that need to be fixed up but nothing that effected our stay.

In the heart of Malaga old town . - the friendliness of the owner . *** the apartment is not suitable for the number of persons announced ( one bathroom is in the main bedroom without ventilation. which makes it impossible to use ) - ( one bedroom has no window but it overlooks the apartment ) - ( the apartment is not maintained which involves several problems: water leak, non-functional equipments … ) . *** the beds, sheets and towels were clean but the rest was dirty (sofa, floor, etc.), as if cleaning had not been done for several weeks. *** the windows, the floor, the walls without insulation, you can hear everything, really everything from the outside and the neighbour’s. *** the apartment is too expensive for what it offers, it does not deserve the 4 booking stars. *** the pictures are very misleading.
• Jan (8/5): Stylish, central apartment - Good location, walkable to everywhere including railway stations. Apartment can be noisy at times due to rubbish collection on the street nearby. My white noise app on phone meant that I wasn’t disturbed by occasional noise from outside! Stylish apartment, glass walls offering no privacy between main bedroom ensuite and bedroom may cause an issue for some. Enjoyable stay overall. There is no washing machine! Photos and write up show a washing machine in the 2nd bathroom. This needs to be amended. I think the apartment could achieve a higher rating if constructive feedback from previous guests was actioned. e.g. bins provided in bathrooms, basic condiments provided and of course provide a washing machine!

Brilliant location - - Amazing location, right in the centre of everything you would need - 10 minute walk to the train station which goes straight to the airport - Property was incredibly clean - Property was next to a lovely square - Could walk everywhere - Modern furniture and decor - Powerful showers - We loved everything. Nothing to not like.

However that is the only positive about our stay It was hard to get in contact with the owner before our stay. We had some questions we never got an answer to. Next to that we were falsely accused of throwing a cup out of the window of the apartment. We weren't even at the apartment during the complaints. When we asked for an explaination we again never got a response The pictures look way better than the apartment in real life. The beds are very small (for guys) According to the description there would be a sofa bed as well. However the couch is not even a place to sleep. Since the beds were very small one of the guys wanted to stay on the sofa bed. However this was just a normal couch without any availabele blankets.
• Margaret (7/5): Good - Location was great and the apartment was very spacious and clean. It is a great base to explore the old town and marina. It is close also to the train and bus stations. There was a slight odour from the bathroom sinks. Had to pour boiling water down the drain and plug the sink when not in use. Also when we returned to the apartment the first night the inside gate was locked and when we tried to contact the owner there was no answer. It took us 20 minutes to figure out that the e key had to be used to open the gate also. The e key only works with 1 phone which is awkward when travelling with a group.
• Adam (7/5): A great flat in a very central (and noisy) location - The flat is elegant, with high ceilings and good sized rooms. It's great to be right in the heart of the old city. The dining and sitting areas were nice, and the large windows and balcony were great. The cooking equipment could be better. It needs a large salad bowl, a colander/drainer (for pasta etc), and ideally a few more utensils. It has masses of bowls and plates and glasses - but it's hard to put together a meal with the equipment there. Given that the flat can sleep six or more, it's only reasonable to put a few more bits of equipment in the kitchen. There was a smell of sewage/drains in the flat, particularly at the entrance. One set of keys is insufficient for four people (or more). We did not always all go out at the same time, so it was more complicated to get back in. The ensuite bathroom has almost no privacy - you can see from the bed to the toilet, there is no door or wall. We didn't mind this but there are some people it would not suit at all. I think it should be mentioned in the description. There is alot of noise from the street at all times of day and night. Nothing can be done about this, but earplugs are a good idea.
• Jakob (8/5): if tou are not sensitive about the noise, we would definitely recommend it. - Perfect location, big appartment, modern furniture, check-in process. Noisy. Garbage trucks woke us up in the middle of the night. There was also a lot of noise from upstairs appartment and the stairway, but we probably just didn’t have luck with the guests (sounded like young crowd) above us.
• Immaculata (10/5): wonderful stay - property is very modern, comfortable and clean and right in the heart of Malaga, we traveled to see Malaga Christmas lights with children, apartment was a 2 min walk from Calle Larios. very central to shops, bars and restaurants. we would stay here again without a doubt there’s a gate as you come in front door from the street, my husband closed this but we didn’t have a key to open it, we did manage to get it opened, it was our own fault as there was no reason to close the gate, just mentioning it so others don’t do what my husband did.

The windows were not noise protected, it was very difficult to sleep as you could hear everything that was happening on the street, despite being a quiet area
