• Raffaella (7/5): Tutto sommato niente male - La posizione era ottima, con il parcheggio privato a pagamento ma si paga veramente poco. Abbiamo fatto tutto in autonomia ma la reception era sempre attiva a qualsiasi ora rispondeva subito alle mail, molto gentili e cordiali La struttura era sporca, dotata di poche finestre (abbastanza inutile poiché si trovavano nelle scale dove la gente poteva vederti ) il terrazzo era al centro dei condomini e la gente dei piani di sopra ci buttano le cose da sopra

• Oleksiy (10/5): Отлично подходит для кратковременного проживания в Малаге. - Хорошее расположение, планировка помещения, душ и ванная комната, наличие небольшой террасы. При заезде был небольшой запах грибка в спальне. После проветривания он пропал.

• José Adolfo (5/5): regular - esta ubicado cerca del centro es muy difícil acceder al apartamento, esta varios pisos arriba y se sube por escaleras, o se debe de acceder por el elevador de otro edificio, aun así también de debe de pasar por escaleras. El lugar solo tiene un AC en la sala, los cuartos no tienen. y la limpieza es regular

• Nina (4/5): Šváby! Kdyz jsem si stezovala, prisla mi odpoved ze je to bezne pro Malagu. Neni! Byla jsem tam uz 3x a nikdy drive a ji - Blizko centra Šváby!!! Hluk z ulice! Apartman jinde situovany nez mi bylo potvrzeno ze bude. Hluk od kyvajici se zaluzie celou noc. Zadna terasa jako na fotce pri objednani, jen maly balkon na hlavni ulici nad vchodem do domu, kde je 80-100aparmani= neustale nekdo vchazel, vychazel.

O apartamento é anunciado com varanda térrea, porém a varanda fica praticamente inacessível porque fica pingando água todo o tempo dos andares superiores. Também não havia máquina de lavar como anunciado no booking.

• Sara (7/5): Muy bien ubicado pero la limpieza deja mucho que desear... - La ubicación. Está muy cerca del centro y de numerosos restaurantes y supermercado, y aún así no se oía nada por la noche. La limpieza. Nada más entrar me encontré con un chicle pegado en la pared, junto al sofá. Tenía pinta de que llevaba allí varias semanas y era bastante desagradable. Luego en la ducha había pelos... Nada más llegar estaba el suelo recién fregado (y eso que llegué 2 horas después de lo esperado) y tuve que tener cuidado al pasar porque se quedaban las marcas de mis zapatillas en el suelo. Para el precio que se me cobró por una sola noche, me esperaba un mínimo de limpieza más alto.

• Maria Angeles (8/5): Hasta el infinito... - La terraza, una pena no poder estar más que hasta las 23 h. El apartamento estaba limpio y bien. Las escaleras que debíamos subir o bajar, cada vez que salíamos. Estábamos en el tercer piso y eran infinitas.

• mijares (5/5): Estuvo bien pero creo que por algunas cosas no volveríamos a repetir - Muy limpio bien ubicado muy cerca del centro plaza y de la playa malagueta La cama de una de las habitaciones fatal no nos podíamos ni mover por el ruido que hace, falta de alfombras para salir de la Ducha ya que la Baldosa es muy lisa y casi nos caemos.

• Paredero (2/5): - Mucho ruido en el edificio, mucho olor a mariguana, los colchones super blandos, con humedad y suciedad, piden fianza y el piso está muy regulero, por no hablar de la zona el la que se encuentra

El balcón no se puede utilizar debido a los aires acondicionados que desprenden agua. Sin embargo prefiero estar fresco dentro de mi piso, que poder salir a un balcón.

El patio trasero olia fatal, no se podia estar ahi, las camas muy malas, hasta el punto en que tuvimos que poner los cojines del sofa debajo para que no se hundieran los colchones, ruido de los vecinos de los pisos superiores...

Environnement très bruyant, les cloisons ne sont pas du tout épaisses, séjour entre potes, oui , en famille à éviter. Des nuisances sonores toutes la nuit, sur 4 nuits, Aucunes de bien dormi faute du bruit.
• Lori (4/5): Disappointed - Spacious. Extremly expensive for the position of apartment and conditions!! As we walked in, the apartment smelt like sewage. It was horrible. Told the owner. They didn't care too much about it, said the cleaners didn't complain about it. But by the evening, the toilet was blocked with sewage we couldnt flush the toilet anymore it was disgusting. Told the owner and sent pictures. Never heard from them again as they knew we were checking out that day. Disappointed.

• Emiel (1/5): Geen prettig verblijf - Niets wij hebben meteen nadat ze zogenaamd hadden schoongemaakt. Een andere appartement geboekt. Alles, klopt niet met foto’s op de site. Zag er mooi uit wij kwamen in een vieze en stinkende kamer terecht

Acceptable for short stays - Cheapest place to stay close to the center with two bedrooms It’s a bit grimy and not that well maintained. It seems to attract guests that are rather noisy and messy as some leave trash bags into the hall way

El Barrio da un poco de inseguridad y los alrededores muy sucio, y luego la vivienda presentaba diversas deficiencias: ventilador de techo de una de las habitaciones descolgado, duchas con poca presión y la zona comunitaria/ escaleras muy sucias ( no pasa una escoba/fregona hace semanas).

• Andrea (7/5): Good value for money - The staff was very communicative and automated entry instructions were very detailed making it easy to entry the apartment. Having a parking space that you can rent at walking distance is a huge plus. Apartment is basic and could use a little TLC but it is a great value for money when traveling with family as it has 2b/2b. The bathrooms were clean and enough towels. There are no bars or restaurants near, the apartment is up a long flight of stairs (no elevator) and there is one a/c in the living and ceiling fans in the bedrooms. Also the couch needs a deep clean.

• Blanca Paloma (5/5): Leer todos los comentarios - La ubicación Tuve que coger el seguro algo que habitualmente no suelo hacer de tantas exigencias que leí demasiado tarde para como dejar la casa, recoger basura, no manchar toallas de maquillaje, dejarlo limpio, depósito de 250€ y mas , las fotos no son la realidad del apartamento . Tercero sin ascensor menos mal qué llevábamos equipaje para un finde solo. Una cama bastante comoda y la otra se hundía totalmente al medio

• Olgui.barrera (4/5): - La ubicación. El apartamento no era nada cómodo, una de las camas se hundía en el medio, el sofá aspecto de sucio, sólo te dejan lo esencial, cuatro tenedores, cuatro de todo, no te ofrecen ni un mantel . La foto de la terraza no es la real, es un patio de luces.
• Mollichella (6/5): - Ottima posizione dal centro e anche dal mare, raggiungibile a piedi. Presente box per bagagli, non lo abbiamo utilizzato però abbiamo visto che era presente. Molto poco pulito. Entrambe le finestre davano sul terrazzino di altri appartamenti. Il nostro terrazzo non era vivibile in quanto gocciavano i condizionatori. Non era presente nemmeno uno stendino, che credo sia indispensabile visto la vicinanza al mare. Il quartiere non è dei migliori.

• Verónica (7/5): Plaza - la plaza de garaje que nos dejaron la número 16 era muy pequeña y estrecha menos mal que llevábamos un coche pequeño si llego a llevar el mío no cabe, eso se podría avisar por lo demás todo bien
• Maree (8/5): Great location for a stay in the city. - The rooms were spacious. Two bathrooms were more convenient. Great location. Easy access. Parking available. Kettle for tea and coffee and the complementary water bottles supplied. The courtyard style lends itself to being noisy when other guests are entering and leaving. The chairs and dining table in the lounge area could have leg/floor protectors to stop noise when chairs are being moved across the floor from the apartment above. A few maintenance issues, both toilet seats need readjusting to align properly on the toilet bowl, the sink in one bathroom has a large crack, sealing of the shower units needs attention as water leaking onto the floor and the general decoration needs updating.

• Irena (7/5): Ubytování nedaleko centra, možnost odložení zavazadel před nástupem na ubytování, památky nedaleko - Velmi užitečné bylo, že jsme si mohli nechat zavazadla v uzamykatelných schránkách v objektu ubytování, i když jsme přijeli dřív, než jsme se mohli ubytovat. Lokalita byla nedaleko centra města, takže památky a muzea jsme měli nedaleko. Také pláž byla nedaleko. Apartmán nebyl příliš čistý a potřeboval by drobné opravy (např. nedoléhaly dveře ke sprše, takže po sprchování tekla voda po podlaze koupelny)

• Andrea (7/5): Barato en el Centro de Málaga - Está muy bien ubicado. Cerca del centro pero alejado del ruido. Tiene una terraza que se puede aprovechar bastante. Para un grupo de amigas de despedida de soltera está bien. Cumple su función. Relación calidad precio no está mal. Al no tener personal, imposible dejar las maletas antes de hacer el check in. Cogimos 3 apartamentos. Todos muy lejos los unos de los otros. El edificio es un laberinto. Uno de ellos tenía unas humedades horribles y estaba sucio cuando llegamos. Otro vino sin vasos, tazas, papel higiénico etc. Tuvimos que comprarlo nosotras. En general no están en buen estado. No entiendo para que hay una fianza si las paredes tienen golpes y las puertas están agrietadas.
• Antonius (7/5): Gute Unterkunft für ein Wochenende in Malaga - Gute Anbindung an die Altstadt von Malaga. Für ein paar Tage durchaus akzeptable, ich hatte mir etwas Deko vorstellen können. Die Wande waren sehr kahl.

• silvia (7/5): Se uno si sa adattare è un ottimo compromesso - Posizione centrale e ottima qualità prezzo Check-in molto difficile, al momento dell arrivo le chiavi non erano all’interno del lock e siamo state aiutate da gente del palazzo perché l’host era irreperibile. Non è mai stata ripulita la stanza e bagno molto piccolo per 4 persone. La via non è in un quartiere molto ben frequentato, però centrale.
