• Carola (8/5): Ideal para gente saludable! - La ubicación, el equipamiento, algo antiguo pero suficiente y funcional. Que es un 3er piso sin ascensor y con escaleras bastante altas. Al ir con 1persona mayor esto condicionó nuestros movimientos.
• Vincenzo (1/5): Really needs improvement - Location was good - The smell coming from the bathroom was awful.  - I needed to move the bed back after dropping something, and was alarmed by the plug socket with wires hanging out of the wall - with the extension chord attached which seemed a major fire/health hazard.  - It was impossible to sleep Friday and Saturday night due to the street noise. The window shutters were not closing properly making it worse. Appreciate it's an old building but modernising or sound proofing would help with this.  - The waste bin was full of crud and other rubbish when I arrived.  - There was a fly problem, especially the first night.  - One lamp in the bedroom didn't work.  - No tea/coffee facilities.  - The air con in the bedroom blew out dirt/dust on the first night.  - General cleanliness was poor, e.g. floor and bathroom, smell, bins not being emptied

• Maryna (5/5): - The location is very good – everything is close and easy to reach. It was nice to have a washing machine and extra appliances like a toaster and a Turkish coffee pot. The biggest issue was cleanliness. The apartment felt like it hadn’t been properly cleaned at all: dirt, stains, and hair everywhere, including other guests’ underwear left behind. The furniture is in poor condition; the sofa clearly needs deep cleaning and the covers should be replaced regularly. The chest of drawers was partly disassembled, paint was peeling, and the wooden windows are very old and broken, with gaps letting in cold and hot air and a lot of street noise. There was also a strong sewage smell in the kitchen and bathroom. Toilet paper was very limited and dirty, and the hairdryer did not work. The fridge/freezer was not working properly – food in the fridge was freezing while everything in the freezer was defrosted.

• mark (4/5): Doesn't not have easy access with all of the steps. - The location was perfect and for most part apartment was comfortable. Not knowing keypad # when taxi dropped me off. Opening door to six flights of stairs(54 steps) without elevator when I have had 5 knee surgeries. A strong odor coming from water, and bathroom being all the way across apartment from bedroom 🤔 Also couldn't find bathroom light at first behind open door and no easy to find outlets to charge phone in living room or kitchen 🤷‍♂️
• Sissi (5/5): PAS TOP DU TOUT - La localisation. Centre historique ÉTAGE 3 SANS ascenseur - pas notifié Appartement sale , insalubre , odeur nauséabonde dans tout le logement surtout dans les WC . Invasion de fourmis dans la cuisine. - équipements défectueux. Les tiroirs sont cassés, la douche tellement petite . Il ne faut pas être de corpulence plus que la moyenne sinon on rentre pas dans la cabine de douche.
• Ljuljic (3/5): Terrible experience, not recommended at all. It’s not worth the money!! - The only thing that I liked was location. The historical center was very close. A lot of things. Let’s start with the apartment: dirty, smelly. The bathroom was in bad condition without ventilation. Terrible stench in whole apartment. Ants everywhere. Noise from the outside, we couldn’t sleep in the nights.

No se puede tal y como se encuentra actualmente y desde hace años otros clientes como yo, denunciamos - No compensada en precio y condiciones actuales ( y de hace años por las reseñas leídas de otros clientes, por desgracia después de estar ahí una noche). No es de gusto en nada, aunque tenga buena ubicación. Todo: estafada. Unos terribles escalones hasta un tercer piso sin ascensor, dos tramos de escalones por piso, sin comunicación previa. Un hedor insoportable en todo el apartamento procedente del baño, todo el tiempo. Insoportable. Unas sábanas amarillas y almohadas con marcas de sudor. Una ducha con la mampara descolgada con grave peligro. Encima cobro adicional por limpieza ¡que no existe! Ni higiene, ni confort, ni seguridad. Un robo.
• Matias (8/5): Nice location near the centre. - Comfortable, looks like on the pictures, nice location A little bit smelly bathroom, ants everywhere you left any food.
• Diego (3/5): Muy mejorable - Localización y aire acondicionado. Tercero sin ascensor. Nada más llegar te recibe un olor a desagüe permanente que se hace aún más insoportable según pasan los días. Las sábanas y la vajilla que había en la cocina, sucias. Del baño mejor no hablamos... ducha oxidada y minúscula (mido 1.75 y tuve dificultades para ducharme con la mampara cerrada). La decoración brilla por su ausencia... grietas en las paredes, el papel despegado y caído, cuadros en rincones porque algún día se cayeron y en el dormitorio una lámpara gigante que te impide incluso abrir el armario. Intimidad 0 porque no hay cortinas y los vecinos de en frente están a escasos 3 metros. Pero lo peor de todo, las ventanas... no solo no aislan del ruido sino que tampoco aislan de viento e insectos. El tercer día, pese a haber cerrado las ventanas, amanecimos con tres avispas dentro de la habitación porque se cuelan a través de los huecos. Tuvimos que rellenar las rendijas con papel de cocina porque estaban totalmente viejas y descuadradas. No volvería.

• Alistair (2/5): Avoid like plague - I shall explain in further detail, the sort of apartment which is being renting out as “Cosy”, and getting very good money for it. I shall not delve into aesthetics and the poor state of decor the place has, like the old cupboards of the kitchen which look right out of a haunted house, but I will stick to pure facts, which cannot be disputed, and because there are many these are just a few examples. 1. The very bad smells coming out of the bathroom are nauseating and disgusting. What sort of “cosy” feeling does the bathroom give me I wonder?! The bathroom smelled like a cow farm the entire time! I see, that there was an air freshener inside the bathroom to try and conceal the smell, but it was dry. 2. The toilet was dirty! I have used cleaner toilets in train stations! 3. The attachments of the hair dryer do not even fit the dryer, rendering the dryer unusable. 4. There was no cloth hanger inside the bathroom. Where was I supposed to hang my clothes when I get in the shower? 5. The is no lighting on the toilet sink. I don’t think it’s a lot to ask for. 6. The mattress in the bedroom was dirty and full of stains! 7. The pillow is bigger than the pillow cases! I had to sleep on pillows which were obviously not clean, put inside a pillow case which is smaller. 8. The lampshade inside the bedroom, has no bulb! Perhaps I was expected to buy a bulb to create a “cosy” feeling while I was there for a couple of days?! 9. The floor was dirty. Dirty to the extent that it was obvious that the floor was not cleaned before we entered. I always use my havaianas inside, which were spotless before I’ve entered the property. And... I will not mention that the property has no lift, so you would need to walk 3 flights of stairs to get to the property. 'C32 – Cosy Getaway in the Historical Centre of Malaga’ is a joke!

• Valentina (3/5): Unpleasant to say the least- they should refund us at least the cleaning fee - The location The first day we had no hot water, and the reception answered only a full day after. The cabinets and vanity were really dirty inside with left over open food from previous people. There were ants all over the sofa.

• Marlena (6/5): Overall good for the price but someone should inform about the construction site - The hotel was next to construction site, not enough sanitary products, not enough warm water for 4 people
