• john (8/5): Mooi , goeie plek leuke restaurants en barretjes om de hoek . - Het was een mooi groot appartement waar alles aanwezig was . Het was een beetje misleiding van Booking.com. Je denkt dat je een appartement huurt vlak bij de hoofdstraat . Maar het plekje waar je op klikt op de kaart krijg je niet . We waren achteraf heel blij met de plek die we hadden gekregen. Maar voelde me alsnog toch een beetje belazerd.
• Peter (1/5): Terrible, very Hot Apartment - Great location and very clean Air conditioning didn't work properly, and could not cool the apartment down. The air conditioning unit is very old and needs replacing. My wife and I were sweating all the time. We complained to the company, and asked for a fan. They just kept telling me I had it on the wrong setting. They finally set someone to look, and all he did was clean the filters. The air con was only blowing slightly cool air, not enough to cool the apartment. They said the problem was fixed, but the temperature in the apartment never got below 29 degrees C even at midnight. After 2 days they finally dropped off a fan, that helped to sleep, but still the temperature was about 29 degrees C . It was cooler outside the apartment than inside Terribly uncomfortable, I would not recommend this place at all

• Andrew (9/5): I would stay there again . - The flat was a good size , nicely laid out and equipped,clean and in a good location . The agents where very good and easy to contact .. The Christmas lights in Málaga are the best I've ever seen ,simply stunning and the atmosphere during the evenings is fantastic .
• Margaret (6/5): brilliant location - The situation was really good, right in the middle of the old city, surrounded by restaurants and cafes. The apartment was clean. The bed comfortable. The shower worked well. Plenty of hanging space. Ample crockery, glassware and cutlery The maintenance man even turned out on Christmas Eve! Taxi's were easily available (not that we used them as the bus system is easy to use). Bus service to and from Airport so easy and a mere €4 Finishing touches :- a cupboard with doors hanging off their hinges, remotes not working, one a/c not working, light in kitchen flickering badly, dreadful kettle with badly fitting lid which poured boiling water everywhere. More worrying was the fact that I had phoned the office - twice - and left a message on ansafone, but never received a reply. On going there in person however, they said they would do something quickly - hence the maintenance man turning up on Christmas Eve!
• Judith (9/5): Great place for a short stay in Malaga. - The location was great, very central. The bed was comfortable and the layout was good. There is an excellent cafe called Julieta very close to the front door. It was very noisy at night due to being located very close to several late night bars. However the central location means there is noise and I felt the advantages outweigh the disadvantages. I was also a bit cold at times as the heating wasn’t the best.

• Natalie (8/5): Central, clean, helpful staff. - The location was very central. The apartment itself was good, starting to get a little tired in places but clean and a comfy bed. Very quiet with the windows closed. Elevator was helpful. It’s a little noisy if you have the windows open. The WiFi box was by the front door which was at the other end of the apartment than the living/sleeping area - I wasn’t working on this trip but it would have been inconvenient if i was.

Thanks! - Excellent location, right in the middle of the historic centre. -Well enough equipped kitchen. - Large enough for 2 persons, possibly 3 - the beds are a bit too soft for my taste - big noise coming from the street, but that was to be expected given the location (there are several restaurants right below). the first batch of towels was not properly dried and had a bed smell. After their exchange no problems

Our stay was very uncomfortable as it was very hot and the water dripped the whole night which made it impossible to sleep. They send the maintenance but nothing could be done. We feel a refund is appropriate but they have ignored the request.
• Marilyn (7/5): The visit was enjoyable with the exception of not being able to sleep in such a noisy environment - The staff and communication through WhatsApp was very efficient. The apartment needed some maintenance on certain items which were mentioned to the staff. The location was good for historical sites and restaurants. The location of the apartment was very noisy. In fact we did not get any sleep for the whole time we were in the apartment. The apartment would not be big enough for more than two people.

Responsive host in WhatsApp. Broken shower head, broken night stand, entrance is in a small smelly alley, have 2 coffee capsules for 2 days and 2 people, having to go to a separate place for keys

• Andrea (7/5): Malaga a great small city for a weekend away - Brilliant location right in the centre. One of the bathrooms was not working so sharing one bathroom with two teenage girls was a problem but not a deal breaker and was just a temp issue. Lovely old city apartment, brilliant value for money. However because of the location, right in the centre and the age of the building (beautiful large single pained windows) it was very noisy especially early morning. Bring some earplugs. The noise didn’t stop my family enjoying our early spring break in Malaga. A beautiful city with lots to do easy access to the airport also a bonus for a short city break. Age, location and decor

• Nina (9/5): Superb - Málaga is a great city, wonderful place to visit with nice atractions, beach and surroundings. Has an outstanding atmospehere and day-night party life, restaurants and clubs full of people, sometimes overcrowded. Very comfortable to walk or travel by metro or bus. Most of the Malagueños speak english, no problem to order the food or ask for more informations. City is very clean, with spectacular fauna and flora. We had a great time there, only weather was not so much co-operating but great food and drinks compensated our broken hearts :) We also traveled more out od the city, to Ronda, to Caminito del Rey and to Gibraltar and I am giving 5/5 to our trips. Apartment was located in the historical centre, about 8-10 minutes by walk to the Cathedral or market Mercado Central de Atarazanas, also around 10-15 minutes to the promenade Muelle Uno and beach Playa de la Malagueta. Apartment was clean, comfortable, and solidly equiped. Only the double bed was small for 2 people. The communication with the provider of the apartment was fine, check-in was online, which was bit annoying, but at the end ok. The way how to get the keys from an apartment is totally uncomfortable. You come to the city /after traveling XY hours, tired or hungry/ BUT you need to find and go to their main office, registrate there /even you already have an online check-in/ and after this procedure, finally, you can go to the apartment. Before this, you actually dont know what kind of apartment you will get and where it is located. We also needed to pay a deposit 150€, but 1-2 days after the check-out they returned our money. If you want to stay in the historical centre, do not expect, that you will sleep great, especially if you have a night club/restaurant downstairs and no breathtaking views.

• Ahmed (8/5): Malaga stay - Apartment comfort, space/size and location Staff was difficult in giving us the keys. We waited till 3 p.m. , we had requested early check-in as the apartment was not rented for 2 nights before our arrival. We had long flights from Canada. We sent several messages before the arrival date requesting early check-in. We found out later that the apartment was cleaned and ready for us a day before our arrival. I was handed the keys at 3 pm only when I requested to speak to the manager. Terrible customer service.
• Adrian (8/5): Central, well appointed apartment, but noisy - Amazing location. 3 bed apartment with Kitchen/living area. Two of the rooms with 4 poster beds. Very good accommodation for the price. Collecting keys from an office a good 10 minute walk from the actual apartment. The lock on the front door broke upon entering, but was fixed immediately. The location is amazing, but does come at the price of being so central. A stage was dismantled in the square 50m away on our first night from 10pm till at least 4AM and then at 5AM delivery vans arrived to stock local restaurants. Not recommended for light sleepers, but all the reviews do state this
• Dragana (2/5): Never again - worst experience in last 15 years - Only location was good , in the middle of the shopping streets. But be prepared for the noise in the evening and in the morning every day it’s not only weekend. We stayed from Wed to Sunday. 1. Service - first of they did not tell us that we need to pay deposit of 150 eur on top of room rate you paid in advance. They send us info few hours before our arrival, just before we take off - so you can image it was stressful! They wanted to charge us 50 eur to bring us key in person !!!! Since we arrived after 21pm. We needed to go Ang pick up a key at the office key box that was not close to our stay. They did not share our address since on booking said “ multiple locations” , so we need to call them at midnight. They send info morning after our first night, a bit too late ? They told us that we need to clean appartment and throw the garbage. Why we are paying services ? This is my worst stay by using booking.com in last 15 years ! 2. Flat is not luxury at all. It’s so old , with mole on the walls , bathroom has corrosion ! I was afraid to stay in that apartment, I m 8 months pregnant!!! Bads are very bad , and I had back problem so needed to go to massage. Pillows are so dirty ! I will post photos further in the comments. 3. Noise is all the time in the morning around 6am they start moving deliveries with to the shops (cars can pass) so you hear all different kind of noises! In the night it’s a lot of noises of parties and drunk people screaming on the streets . And yes Malaga is very touristy place !

• Stephen (7/5): Lovely but very noisy - The size of the apartment was fab. Everything you would need was there including a washing machine and a dishwasher . The location was brilliant. The noise. I understand that the apartment is in the centre of the old town and expected some noise. But the big problem was that one of the windows couldn't be closed properly. You could feel the breeze, and hear every sound from outside. Also you could smell cigarette smoke and food from local restaurants. The noise was 24/7. As the revellers were going till 4am. And in between the bins, street cleaning, deliveries were happening. The window needs to be fixed.

Great value for money. Good connection with public transport from the airport to the apartment. As the apartment is right in the centre where the shops are and a plaza, it is quite loud in the evenings and nights. Not suitable for someone who needs it quiet to sleep.

• Ragnhild (7/5): Good - Cosy and big flat with charm and style. Perfect location, but very close to the main streets so there will be some noise. The firm responds quickly when needed Some difficulties finding the office / house to pick up the keys. Lots of work filling in informations of every guests personal information prior to arrival. Nice flat, but curtains and some other interior has signs beeing used for a long time. Dishwasher out of order during our stay, but fixed as I gave notice. Close to main streets will some nights be a bit noisy, but the location of the flat is also very good.

• Damian (1/5): Bad - Initially this apartment appeared ideal. However, the presence of cockroaches scurrying about, even landing on the pillow when the lights were turned out at night, made this uninhabitable and we had to seek a change of apartment. It was little short of traumatic.

• Mark (6/5): Think twice before booking - Very spacious and great location Although, lovely apartment for the first night we arrived very late to no power and staff difficult to contact, the bed had lots of different types of hairs on it and in it. Minimal towels provided. For 2-3 nights continues power trips with the next door apartment which meant if either of us left then the other could not reboot it. Malaga stay did provide new towels and eventually refunded us the first nights stay and the cleaning fee. Such a shame because it is a lovely apartment, very spacious and location is great but this ruined the first few days of a short stay. I feel that the electric problem has happened before and needs sorting by a qualified electrician.
• Maciej (10/5): Exceptional - I don't think one can imagine better location if s/he like to be a part of an old city life. The apartament was really nice and big and there are all the machines, utensils and tools you would need to have in a house. The service provided by Michael, Santiago and the girls in a check-in place is very good. And Malaga is outstandingly beautiful with its beaches, parks, monuments and party nights. If I plan to come back one day, I will search for the room from Holidays2Malaga, for sure. I liked everything, but it is located in the centre of the Old Town, and you may not like the street noise as the city is really alive.

Very noisy in bldg at 7:30am they started hammering upstairs. at 12m street cleaner and garbage truck below woke me up. 6. Windows unable to close fully and curtains didn’t help!

Dated, cold (aircon not working),rather dirty, extremely noisy pedestrian street, could not sleep at night at all, big gaps between windows, don't be fooled by the nice pictures, no fruit, broken coffee maker, we left in midway and went to hotel !!!

Very noisy late at night and from 5am in morning with deliveries, work, etc. Consequently didn't sleep well. Office nowhere near apartment so 15 minute walk upon arrival around 9pm. En suite bathroom was not private being open around the top.

• Irfan (1/5): never staying with them again - we had a broken wash basin with no water coming through at all through out our stay and complained about it many times , made videos and sent it to their whats app number as asked. even after promising us many times that they will send someone over to fix the problem , no one came through out our stay. Main power kept going off again and again , when we complaint about it they said its connected to the adjacent flat and thats what is causing it. we had to go to main fuse board outside the property to keep turning it on again and again. which was very unpleasant They claim to be a big professional company who mange many properties around the area. Once we complaint about the problems they should have sent some one to fix them, especially after promising us.
