• Andres Enrique (6/5): Gran ubicacion y relacion precio calidad! - La ubicacion del departamento es excelente, esta cerca de la estacion y del centro. En la publicacion no aclara que en realidad son dos departamentos. Como eramos un grupo grande las puertas estaban abiertas ya que habia una segunda puerta que manteniamos con llave, en 3 ocasiones ingreso la chica de limpieza sin pedir permiso ni saludar ya que se encontraba dentro un armario que habia en este espacio en comun entre los pisos. Si la puerta esta con llave, deberia tocar la puerta y esperar ya que entro antes de que abra la misma. En ninguna parte aclara que no es un solo piso asi que a tener en cuenta por un tema de seguridad en caso de ser una familia. Las mascotas tienen un plus de 17€ por estadia lo cual fue informado al segundo dia de estadia a pesar de haber reservado dos meses antes.

• Ascensión (8/5): Alojamiento muy bueno, repetiremos! - Apartamentos muy amplios, cómodos y limpios. Con aire acondicionado en dormitorios y salón, genial para los días tan calurosos de verano. El portero automático no funcionaba, llegamos muy tarde y tuvimos que esperar a que algún vecino pasase para que nos abriesen la puerta del portal. Por lo demás, todo genial!

• Brenda (7/5): The apartment was perfect once we got in but access was very complicated. - Location & size of apartment. Access was difficult.
• M (7/5): Good - Mix bag - overall a positive family friendly accommodation and location. Location is central and really handy. We booked both apartments and could see the difference between the two. Good size, layout and efforts in facilities. The shop near the apartment is a massive lifeline - enabled us to feel at home. The apartment does offer a homely feel with great potential but it does need some TLC and updating. Inconsistencies in both apartments and things missing. The issues highlighted by the other users of damp and loose sockets are still evident. Not sure why there are no locks on bathroom doors. Limited amenties including no kettle - why? The thought process behind this space is great and effort has gone in to creating a family space. However, it is evident that maintaining this has not been possible. The bathroom design doesn't work - shower is too small and the shower heads don't hold in place. The pipework gets too hot that it burns. It's a shame as it has great potential and is in a great location.
• Jacqueline (1/5): Very disappointing request some kind of compensation. - Location Was sent an email asking what time I would be arriving so that I could meet someone at the property for the keys. I said 4pm which is the time we arrived nobody there. It took me six attempts to get an answer to the emergency number. When someone finally answered there was a language barrier. She was trying to tell me how to access the property but we just couldn’t get in. So after about half an hour she agreed to come to the property. She let us in with no apology. We were told there was parking on the street but there wasn’t so ended up costing us €80 to park. The apartment, kitchen no tea towels or small spoons. Bathroom door doesn’t close and there was no lock on the door. Electric socket on bathroom wall was hanging off exposing wires. Bedroom pillows lumped duvet to think no mirror. Bedding was very old and bobbly. Towels hard, smelling of damp. In the longe area the ceiling was covered in damp patches and flaking paint. Photo evidence available. I booked a two bedroom apartment and this was confirmed in the booking as my friend and I prefer separate bedrooms.
• Zdravko (9/5): Good apartment and helpful hosts. - Nice and spacious apartment with good furnishing and equipment. No toiletries in the bathroom and not enough towels lack of basic consumables in the kitchen, such as oil and vinegar

• Aleksandr (7/5): Good - Great location - 10 minutes walk to most attractions. Comfortable beds and fully equipped kitchen. Completely clogged drains in bathroom - you use water for 1 minute and then have to wait for another 2-3 minutes for water to go away to prevent overflows. Overall interior is a bit shaggy, it has seen better days.

The travel cot was great. Sergio also great! If your looking for somewhere to stay in Malaga I 100% recommend this apartment Maybe when being sent check in instructions provide the building number. We was a little confused about where the building was. This wasn’t a problem as Sergio replied to our message instantly.

• Caragea (7/5): apartment for transit - The location is good. Many cafes in the area. There was dust on the furniture, a lot of noise from the street (the windows don't seal well). Parking is a big problem in the area...there are no parking meters to pay!

• Robert (9/5): Great stay with very helpful staff to answer any questions. - Very spacious and had all the facilities you need and more. Very easy to access and very good value for money. Very near old town so in a good location for nights out. The apartment is a 20 minute walk from the main beach area which became a bit tedious but was not the end of the world.
