• Ova (10/5): Loved Malaga and would stay there again if I come back because of proximity to beach, park and city center. Weather was - Location was great and apartment was fully equipped with everything I needed. Neighbors were very noisy so I had to wear earplugs.

• Angelika (4/5): Leider enttäuschend - Das einzige was uns an der Unterkunft gefallen hat, war die Lage. Die ist wirklich perfekt. Die Ausstattung war gut. Leider hat uns alles andere kaum bis gar nicht gefallen. Der Check-in erfolgte später als besprochen und wir mussten warten. Dann gab es wohl ein Wasserleck in der Wohnung über uns.. den Geruch fanden wir nicht so toll. Es war zwar sehr nett, dass uns viele Infos über Malaga mitgegeben wurden aber der Rest des Service war nicht zufriedenstellend. Am schlimmsten war, dass es super hellhörig war und um 22/23 Uhr das Restaurant nebenan Mega laut war. Wir konnten teilweise nicht einschlafen. Nochmal würden wir hier nicht übernachten.
• Petra (9/5): - Vynikající lokalita. Ubytování je čisté a útulné. Velice malá koupelna, ale naprosto dostačující. Hostitel na úvod poslal výborně tipy už na cestu z letiště a pak i kam se podívat. Úžasný přístup.

• colin (9/5): Highly recommended for a low cost stay with a good host, in a great location in Malagain - Great location near the beach, some local bars, shops and eateries, 2 mins walk from the harbour side, and just 10-15 min walk to the historic centre. The apartment was small but had everything we needed for a short break. Ramon, our host, was always available on WhatsApp with information, and gave us clear check in/out details and loads of very useful local information. A bit noisy in the local area in the evenings (we were there 4 nights over a long weekend) - the local bars etc seem popular with the locals, and both the walls and the windows are thin. Bit of internal noise too from other residents in neighbouring rooms, but to be expected in this type of building and didn’t spoil our stay.

• Małgorzata (10/5): - Apartament dobrze usytuowany, blisko morze, port gdzie znajduje się mnóstwo lokali z jedzeniem ,w pobliżu są również atrakcje do zwiedzania. W apartamencie dostępny parasol na plażę co nas milo zaskoczyło. Łatwe i sprawnie zameldowanie i wymeldowanie. Dostaliśmy również mnóstwo instrukcji na WhatsApp co zwiedzać,co i gdzie zjeść ,to nas naprawdę miło zaskoczyło . Gorąco polecam .

Kuchnia w pelni wyposazona. Duzy plus. Bardzo wygodny twardy materac, swietne poduszki. Klima swieza i czysta. Swietna lokalizacja przy samej plazy i promenadzie, blisko centrum. Przy wejsciu do budynku knajpka ze swietnymi sniadaniami. Apartament czysty ale ma juz swoje lata. Kabina prysznicowa najmniejsza jaka widzialem w zyciu. Jak masz w klacie wiecej jak 130 to sie nie obrocisz ;) Prysznic odpadal ze sciany. Widok z okna na budynek po drugiej stronie uliczki. Nie widac morza.
• Olga (1/5): Awful! Do not ever book this - Nothing!!! It is the worst place I have ever stayed at! It’s extremely small, smell is terrible, the apartment block is terrible. There was a huge cockroach and the aircon flooded everything including our suitcases.

La ubicación es fantástica, salías del portal del apartamento y te encontrabas de frente con la playa de la Malagueta, el Puerto y el centro Pompidou a poco más de cinco minutos y a unos 9 minutos estabas en el centro histórico osea de 10 y por último Ramón que ha sido un Grandisimo anfitrión, nos ha informado y ayudado en todo momento y es un digno embajador de su tierra y obviamente un grandisimo profesional, simple y llanamente gracias por todo y tienes nuestra ENHORABUENA Nada

• Melanie (9/5): Entspannung pur! - Die Ferienwohnung ist zwar kompakt, aber sehr gemütlich und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der sehr nette Gastgeber, der jederzeit mit einem guten Rat zur Seite steht. Die Ausstattung ist durchdacht – sogar ein Sonnenschirm ist vorhanden. Ideal für einen entspannten Aufenthalt!

• Lee (10/5): Perfect small apartment in a great location - The property was exactly what we needed for our 7 night stay. It had everything we required and was very clean There was nothing we didn’t like
• Miglė (6/5): Very good location but very small apartment - Location is very good, just right to the beach. Apartment is too small. You can't open a luggage there. No place to put your things. Bed is very uncomfortable. Shower is too small it is almost impossible to wash yourself. No tea/coffee in the kitchen. There are bars downstairs so in the evening it is very noisy. We managed to sleep only with A/C noise on. Host tries to be nice, sends a lot of information but is too annoying asking too many questions.

• Muhammad (8/5): Very good - Excellent host. Very responsive and punctual. Flat was clean, basic and had most amenities we could imagine for a short stay. Host also offered us nearby car parking for 10 euros a night Curtains were not blackout so we struggled to maintain sleep due to sunlight coming in through the curtains. Walls of the apartment are thin so could hear noises from flat next door
• Magdalena (10/5): Great Stay in Malaga. - Perfect location, close to the beach, port, old town… Apartment has everything what couple might need. Hot shower, comfy bed, fridge, iron etc. You can find pharmacy, grocery shop, few coffee shops in just few steps. Owner (Ramón) is very kind and helpful. I can highly recommend this apartment. Bit loud, but I suppose that’s normal in big cities. Earplugs can solve the problem :)

• Sarah (10/5): Great for short stay - cosy and great value! - Very convenient location for visiting the beach and old town. The room is clean and has a very comfortable bed. The host is very friendly and made us welcome. Nothing - it’s just the job if you are looking for value and comfort in Malaga for a short stay.
• Lotz (10/5): Exceptional - The appartement was fantastic! 2 minutes to the main beach, 15 minutes to the old town, 1 minute to supermarket, harbour and restaurants. It was modern, clean and although well located, quiet. Roll curtain were a great extra. Ramon was the perfect host- I have never experienced such kindness. We had every information we needed beforehand, he organised the keys via keybox, gave us lot of local hints and even gave us access to a friends parking lot. In the end we forgot some things in the appartement- he met us again to hand them over - unbelievable. We only stayed one night and wished to stay longer. Recommendation without any doubt - you will be in perfect hands!

• Tim (9/5): Superb - The host Ramon is exceptionally helpful, welcoming and accommodating. He offered lots of tips and suggestions for our stay. The flat is located on a side street that leads to the seafront, with lots of nearby restaurants, a coffee shop, mini market and pharmacy at the bottom of the building. The check-in and check-out process is very smooth with a keybox. The flat itself was functional, comfortable, clean and well-equipped with everything a solo traveller or couple might need for a short visit. It is also very good value for money. Some other guests have pointed out that the bathroom is small, but we didn’t find that problematic. It is a minimalist studio apartment exactly as advertised in the listing. We really enjoyed our stay.
• Cathy (9/5): Totally relaxing ☺️ - Excellent location and the most comfy bed. Ramon is a super host with lots of ideas for places to go and things to do. Possibly a headboard so you don’t lean back on the curtain.
• Daniel (9/5): Great for couples and excellent host - Central location in Malaga. Private car parking available for a very good price. Very good comms with owner and family. Would recommend for singles or couples to explore the city. Lots of restaurants on the marina within 5mins walk. The showers hot water was very limited. Meaning my wife needed to stop, wait 10mins for it to reheat and then carry on. Air con heating mode takes a while to kick in but when on is excellent.

Always available on WhatsApp. Sharing directions, tips, and recommendations both before and during the stay. Perfect size and ALL amenities for a solo stay. Location right across the road from the beach. About 20 mins on foot to the old town. Just a few mins on foot to the port. Just that the shower is small and feels cramped.

The location is wonderful, in the immediate vicinity of the beach, direct pedestrian access to the historic center, and the owner is very attentive to the guests, providing them with all the information that is useful for a relaxing stay! The bathroom is a bit small

The apartment was small but cozy and the communication with Ramón was very good. He gave me very useful information and recommendations for Málaga. I would stay there again.

Self catering facilities really good, very clean. Toiletries and welcome pastries were a nice touch. Host was wonderful. Nothing as pretty much everything needed was provided including very handy beach towels and parasol.

The owner and his daughter were amazing and very helpful . Very knowledgable about the place and very responsive . They even found us a private parking for a cost . The apartment was neat .

Minutes from the beach, lovely bars & restaurants & the port. Parking was provided for a very small fee for the centre of Malaga. Easy short walk to the historic old town. Extremely clean, pleasant check in & wonderful & helpful host. We will definitely recommend to all our friends & hopefully book again for a longer stay! There was nothing we didn’t like. It was all good!

• Ekaterina (8/5): Recommended for location near the beach! - The location is right across the beach, and close to the city center. The apartment has everything you need, including beach towels and a beach umbrella. The host gave some useful tips about the city, was very friendly and although he doesn’t speak English, he did his best to communicate in WhatsApp. Although check-in time is listed as 12:00, we were informed by the host that there is some kind of Covid-protocol and check-in will be at 13:00. When we arrived, we were made to wait until 14:00. Check-out at 12:00 also required some additional discussion, as the host wanted us out at 11:00. It was a bit noisy during the night, but hey, this is Spain :)

Thanks ever so much. - The place was very clean, bed very comfortable, wifi very strong, easily accessible transport links, 100 metres from the beach. Owner was very helpful with directions to get there, with suggestions of things to do. Provided brolly and towels for the beach. Provided more tea bags when requested. On last day looked after my luggage for free so l could tour as my flight was evening. Location is great for beach, restuarants, town. Most enjoyable. Thank you. Would book it again in the future. There was nothing to dislike really

He shared all information (how to get to the apartment,how to get the keys,etc) before our travel and during our stay he regularly asked for our well-being, if we need anything to the apartment. Also he regularly sent us useful information about Malaga, e.g. what to visit,where to eat,what cafés and theatres are worth visiting and so on. The apartment is situated in an extremely good place,just a 2 minutes walk from the beach. There are also a lot of supermarkets, cafés and restaurants nearby. The apartment itself is small,but is well-equipped,the space is used very cleverly. What's more it was perfectly cleaned and fertilized before our arrival and I think I had such experiences only with 4-5 stars hotels before. All in all,I would recommend that apartment for everybody.
• Martin (10/5): One of a kind stay - The stay was absolutely perfect. I have never stayed anywhere where I felt so well taken care of. The host made sure everything is ok multiple times, sent up-to-date recommendations and was beyond helpful with everything. After years of traveling abroad I was genuinely surprised how much effort can one put into making you feel welcome. It was an absolute pleasure and if I ever visit Malaga again I would happily stay here again. One of a kind experience.
