• Lisa (9/5): Started with a very warm welcome by host who allowed us to leave luggage at the office and gave us restaurant recommenda - Great location, fully functioning kitchen, bright room, comfortable bed and good water pressure. A bit noisy at night

• Santiago (8/5): Muy buena estadía, increíble ubicación! - La ubicación es impresionante, mejor no se consigue. Excelente luz y ventanas, donde uno se puede sentar a leer con vista a la calle, muy chill. La cama es cómoda. La ducha es buena (aunque luego de unos 6 minutos el agua ya deja de salir caliente -quizás para economizar el agua que tengo entendido es un lujo en Andalucía?-) La cocina es buena también, tiene todo lo que uno necesita, incluyendo un lavarropas :). -agradecer a los administradores de Freshlanding que nos dejaron dejar las maletas con ellos unas horas después del check out. - el proceso de check in es súper fácil -las llaves estaban disponibles dos horas antes! :) gracias! Aunque esto no condicionó la experiencia, quisiera mencionar cosas a mejorar, que hubieran hecho que califique la estadía con un 9 o 10: -como principal, y esto es a excepción del departamento, sino de su ubicación: a partir de las 00:00hs en algunos días, aparecen camiones que limpian las baldosas de las calles y hacen MUCHO ruido. Por suerte fueron solo en dos de las 5 noches. Para el administrador/ dueño del departamento: -dejarnos más papel higiénico de reserva disponible. -arreglar los mecanismos de cierre/ apertura de los roperos, y algunos muebles de cocina :muchos o no están, o están rotos. Y es una molestia tener que abrirlos agachándonos y abriéndolos desde el piso. -Me llamó la atención no encontrar disponible ningún detergente de lavarropas disponible. Es caro comprar uno nuevo (15 euros) y no podría creer que todos los turistas que pasan por el departamento acabaron el suyo en una estadía menor a 10 días! (Nosotros dejamos el nuestro para el siguiente huésped 3/4 lleno). -Estaría bueno dejar un juego de toallas extra (no excluyente) - las griferías del baño necesitan un recambio, se las ve gastadas y necesitan mucho giro para poder abrirlas.
• Olena (8/5): Good and cozy for it's price. - Thanks for an early check-in (we arrived at 11:00). I like the apartment, it's extremely cozy, I like the colors, the sofa, small kind of balcony and full windows, hairdryer, kitchen and all needed was present (except the dishwasher tablet). The location is amazing, the view from window is incredible. Lack of hot water in the shower - it's extremely inconvenient especially if you have long hair. Some furniture require renovation (like not closing door in cupboard).

• christian (9/5): Bel appartement dans quartier agréable. - Literie confortable. Décoration belle et sobre. Beaucoup d'équipements pour cuisiner, dont un presse-agrume et une cafetière italienne (il y a aussi une machine Nescafé Dolce Gusto pour les amateurs de capsules). Les informations concernant les poubelles devraient être améliorées. Le jour du départ, on est censés déposer les poubelles dehors. Le matin du départ, j'ai sillonné une partie du quartier à la recherche des conteneurs pour le tri sélectif (emballages en plastique, en métal, en carton, en verre), or ils ne sont pas tous situés au même endroit. Contacter Freshlanding par Whatsapp a été une perte de temps, les réponses semblant émaner d'une intelligence artificielle qui au final m'a conseillé de jeter le verre dans la poubelle générale, comme dans les années 1970 ! Freshlanding devrait donner l'emplacement précis des conteneurs.
• Nina-Bianca (8/5): Nettes Appartement für einen Kurztrip nach Malaga - Die Lage ist super, die Ausstattung der Küche ist sehr gut. Insgesamt wirklich nett für einen Kurztrip. Doppelbett mit durchgehender Bettdecke. Die Jalousien waren defekt. Die Regulierung des Wassers im Badezimmer funktionierte nicht.

Good value for the money. The bathroom needs renovation. Also, there is no ventilation in the bathroom. For 4 nights they could give us extra towels.

Everything was very straightforward Our hairdryer wasnt working, so staff provided us with another and extra towels.. apartment ideal for our stay.

• Iris (8/5): We had a great stay in Malaga😍 - We stayed the 3rd time in this appartement, because of the really good location. It is central and only a 5-10 min.walk to the beach. The communication is very friendly and quick and the entry to the appartement is easy. The appartement is a bit too pricy for it could need a little renovation, especially the bath room, and also the bed could be larger, but that doesn't outweigh the pefect location in our opinion. And it is also very quiet. So all in one we propably would come back for another stay.😁

• Valentina (5/5): It's a Studio, not apartment! - Only the location Cheap furniture, old refrigerator, old fawcets in the bath, low water pressure, no personnel, zero hosputality! The excuse "we don't work on Saturday" is not acceptable when you charge 120 euros per night! A false thin and partially open wall divided the studio in "bedroom" and living room" - small spaces and no intimacy if you have children
