Good communication from the owners with clear instructions for key collection. Would highly recommend a stay here. The shower sprayed water over the floor when using it even with the shower curtain in the bath.

Постепенно к нему принюхиваешься и только при включенном на сильный обдув кондиционере. Постельное белье не выглядит свежим.

• Julia (5/5): Decepción - Como persona que reside en la ciudad, y siendo consciente de la tremenda inflación de los precios, creo que lo mínimo es tener las condiciones higiénicas básicas cubiertas, después de pagar el exceso que ya se ha dado por “normal”. Tuvimos que fregar el suelo al llegar, lástima no haber hecho foto a las enormes manchas (no es cosa de no haberle dado a un rincón, sino a no haber limpiado después de otro uso). Así mismo, las condiciones del cuarto de baño, de lo que sí puedo mostrar imágenes. Cómo puede verse, no es solo cuestión de no haber limpiado, sino de un mantenimiento deficiente de los utensilios. Las fotos del anuncio evidentemente no dan cuenta de esto. Por último, el descanso estaba comprometido por el hecho de que las ventanas no encajaban completamente y se escuchaba mucho ruido de la calle.

• Jakub (9/5): Excellent location. Nice apartment. - Excellent location. There are many shops and a local market nearby. Bus stops and metro station are just few steps from apartment.. Nice beach is a 10-15-minute walk away. The apartment has everything you need. There are few things that could be fixed or improved but they really don't affect the overall comfort. However bed was quite uncomfortable.

Perfect host who helps us anytime with any quetions (not only with apartamatment related). Super stay i can fully recommend, perfect for city break!
• Sonata (7/5): Good - Quite good appartment. Good location - bus stop right after the corner. After next corner - another line's bus stop, like couple of min away - underground station, so plenty of options to get to the center and airport. Both are like 15 min by bus. By metro even less to the center. IT WAS SO COLD in the apartment in December, and as much as we tried to increase the temperature using the control panel - no changes. It was very very cold to be there, to sleep there. Not nice smell in the bathroom.

Highly recommend it! - Very cosy apartment with great location - only 6 minute walk to the most beautiful beach (in my opinion) and various supermarkets (Lidl, Mercadona and Huelin mercado). Around 15 min walk to Maria Zambrano train station and shopping centre with another Mercadona supermarket. 3 min walk to the nearest bus stop that takes you to the city centre in 12 min. The apartment is clean, fully equipped and safe. 1 minute walk to a great local market with cheap and local fruit and veggies and new and second-hand clothing. Opened every Wednesday and Saturday. The host is super friendly and answers all messages quickly and immediately resolves any problems. Nothing comes to mind.
