• noelia (6/5): Buena ubicación pero poco aislamiento al ruido - Me gustó la ubicación tan céntrica y la cocina. En general las camas eran cómodas y estaba limpio. La casa no está aislada del ruido y se escucha cualquier ruido de la calle . Aparte que la habitación de arriba sea abierta al salón es incómodo ya que no son instancias separadas y se queda el olor si cocinas y obliga al resto a no molestar.

• Kera madjouba (4/5): Bonito en fotos, decepcionante en la realidad - El apartamento es grande y amplio. El apartamento nos ha decepcionado bastante. Lo reservamos con la intención de pasar un fin de semana agradable en pareja, pero la experiencia no fue la esperada. Aunque en las fotos el alojamiento se ve bonito y bien cuidado, la realidad fue muy diferente. Encontramos moho en las paredes y las escaleras tenían partes rotas, lo que supone un riesgo de seguridad. Además, en las normas se indica que las toallas deben dejarse limpias o se aplica un cargo adicional, pero al llegar las toallas ya estaban manchadas, lo cual resulta incoherente. El sofá cama estaba roto y no se podía abrir, las duchas se encontraban sucias y mal limpiadas, y la cocina no pudo utilizarse correctamente, ya que la vitrocerámica no funcionaba con las sartenes disponibles, obligándonos a comer fuera pese a haber hecho la compra. En general, fue una estancia decepcionante. Es una pena, ya que el apartamento es amplio y tiene potencial, pero la falta de mantenimiento y limpieza afecta gravemente a la experiencia. No volveríamos a reservar este alojamiento.

Muy nuevo y moderno. - Ubicación, amplitud, decoración La poca luz, la falta de aparcamiento cercano, el estado de algunos enseres que requieren mantenimiento. Había humedades, los cerrojos de los baños no funcionaban. Faltaba menaje de cocina cómo paños, lavavajillas, poco papel higiénico para la estancia etc.

• O KEEFFE (8/5): Great area. - Location. So close to shops. Spacious. Before and during our stay very quick to answer any question I had. My bedroom was open plan. Luckily it was my daughter in attached room- she had door for her room. But had to come through our room to go downstairs to kitchen/living area. Sound travelled!Prob should've spotted this from photos of it. Showers were too hot. Reported it but still not working properly after they looking at it. I guess not real problem for the week as we out alot.

• Martin (7/5): Prima voor een groep van 4 tot 6 man - Prima locatie voor een bezoek aan Malaga. Dichtbij alle bezienswaardigheden, met een supermarkt vlakbij Geen daglicht, wat beschadigingen hier en daar en vooral geen pannen die werken op een inductieplaat. Best onhandig als je een eitje wil bakken

• Tinja (3/5): Good location but moldy apartment - The location of the apartment was very good, locating in the old town. All the important places were walkable distance away. The reality of the apartment didn’t match the nice photos we saw beforehand. There was a significant amount of mold covering the wall. This was very disappointing to notice, as one of us is pregnant, and two has asthma. In addition, we noticed that there was water on the second floor when we arrived, and the floor panels were raised. Moreover, there were some loose wall and floor pieces just laying around the apartment. We tried to explain this to the host, but they told us that the mold was just paint coming off the walls and that there was nothing wrong with the apartment. Host told us they would later just paint over the spots. This is unacceptable.

• Melanie (8/5): Great value and location - The location was excellent and the apartment was lovely. 2 bathrooms but only one person could shower at a time or they would not work properly. The kitchen and furnishings were lovely. There was slight damp in one corner of the sitting room.

• Miguel (8/5): Good option for a stay in Malaga - Very central location. Easy to reach the centre of city but without being in a very busy and noisy zone. Supermarkets and restaurants near by. Self check-in is definitely a plus. Everything needed was disposal There was almost no natural light in the apartment, as it is in the atrium of a building and the is the sun doesn't shine there. Also, the shampoo that was provided was not very good. An improvement is suggested.

• Richard (8/5): Nice and clean, central location good - Lovely spacious apartment in a secluded street but very central to historic attractions Hot water issue. Two bathrooms in property, but could only use one at any time because water pressure was lost on the hot supply whenever both in use.

• Sophie (10/5): Exceptional - Very clean, exactly as shown in pictures. Kitchen was fully stocked for our group of 6. Kitchen appliances were modern and easy to use. Not much natural light however we knew this before arrival. Shower was slightly old and occasionally temperature dial didn’t work properly.

• Lisa (10/5): would highly recommend this property. - great location close to shops, museums, restaurants, bars but out of the way so you don’t get the night time noise. clean tidy and very comfortable. Fernando was fabulous. great communication and sorting out our shuttle to and from the airport. I would definitely recommend this property and would stay again. no complaints.

• Christian (10/5): All in all we had a great time, we felt very welcome and the host/owner is awesome! - very spacious, modern and light in a perfect location right around the corner of the central square and nearby plenty of supermarkets and the city center. the host/owner really helped us a lot by putting some groceries in the appartment on request (due to our late arrival) and providing us with a well priced taxi service from/to the airport. even though well maintained and clean, some furniture or bathroom equipment has had it’s best time but nothing serious

Really positive experience and would love to go back to Malaga again Some more kitchen items such as glasses would be helpful & maybe spare towels if staying more than a couple of nights (although there is a washing machine but I refuse to do washing on holiday, lol!)
