Niestety w połowie pobytu ktoś wszedł do apartamentu podczas naszej nieobecności i ukradł dwa telefony naszych dzieci mimo, że apartament był zamknięty. Nie było żadnych śladów włamania. Jedyna pomoc właścicieli polegała na wyrażeniu, że jest im przykro i pokierowaniu przez whats up do komisariatu policji. Nikt nie przyjechał, nikt się z nami nie spotkał nikt nie pomógł załatwić tego na policji. Sprawa została zgłoszona na policje. Na szczęście wszystkie bardziej wartościowe rzeczy i dokumenty mieliśmy przy sobie. Zmarnowane całe popołudnie. Do tego stres i pozostała część pobytu mało komfortowa. Byliśmy z dziećmi i czuliśmy się dalej w tym miejscu po prostu mało bezpiecznie. Sytuacja ta przysłoniła wszystkie plusy i zalety tego apartamentu. Jest nam zwyczajnie przykro.

• Katerina (10/5): - Lovely place! The apartment is located in the historic center, so all the bars, shops, and restaurants are nearby. It’s also close to the Alcazaba and the Roman Theatre. The apartment is cozy, with a very comfortable bed and sofa. It had everything I needed — a hair dryer, plenty of towels, an iron with an ironing board, and a nicely equipped kitchen with everything you need for some light cooking. Communication with the owner was excellent — very kind people!
• Magdalena (7/5): At a little side street inches away from all the action - Location was great, in an easy distance to everywhere we planned to go. Nice side street, just off from Alcazaba square. Good and clear check-in instructions. WIFI sufficiently good. There is a lift, so no problem with carrying your luggage upstairs. Bed was comfortable, but it was 2 single beds, so they were sliding away from each other a little. Very nice and comfortable pillows. Place was very clean. Conversation with the property was not always straightforward. Sometimes there were no responses to questions until chased. They use also a AI bot as one of the means of communication that is rather annoying and feels very artificial. Bathroom could use a refresh, it’s clean but there are bits and bobs that need a repair or an upgrade to make it excellent. For example: you can not change a height of shower head at all. And shower doesn’t really works well to hold water in. It leaks through to the bathroom floor. Some toilet roll hanger or shelf would be useful. And a full length mirror, either in a bathroom or in the room would be a very useful addition. For people who like to go to sleep early- you need to remember that the little street echoes a lot and so you might be easily awakened by passing groups of people talking late at night.

• Maiteder (9/5): - todo muy bien esta cerca de todo, en todo el centro de Malaga, hay cafeterias, restaurantes , museos y muchas tiendas alrededor, el departamento tiene todo lo necesario para una estancia agradable
• Telma (6/5): Bien placé mais appartement pas aussi clean que sur les photos.. - L’emplacement L’appartement n’est pas aussi neuf et propre que sur les photos… Ce n’est pas exactement le même appartement que sur les photos, la salle de bain et les toilettes sont très abîmé et sale, et il y a des odeurs qui remonte.. Le lit double n’est pas un lit double c’est 2 lits simple collé horrible pour dormir en couple, surtout que les matelas ne sont pas confortable.

• Vytaute (10/5): comfortable stay, perfect location, value for money - Value for money. Perfect location, easy pick up and leaving of the keys, well equiped and cosy studio. I really liked the stay and would consider to accommodate here next time I come to Malaga. -
• Zhivko (6/5): Pleasant - It is in the center, has an elevator and is a spacious apartment. The bathroom is not very clean, the shower is leaking, the shower doesn't seem to be fixed. The kitchen has no oven and coffee mashine. The area is very noisy at night, the beds are not comfortable and there aren't enough blankets.

• Burján (1/5): This Apartam is good, but worth half the price. - Good location. (Noisy at night) The bed is incredibly uncomfortable. The sofa was spotted. 1-2 cobwebs. The table was crumbly. The elevator door in the house was thrown up. The top of the refrigerator was completely frozen. We were looking for a place with heating, but the small air conditioner here could make 19 degrees, which was cold.

• Natalia (8/5): Very good - Localization, room was big and well equipped with needed things, however if you travelling with friends you need to take into consideration that the second bad is a couch with one cover hence better for a couple 😎😉
• Alexandru (9/5): Cozy place in a quiet part of the historical center - The place is cozy, in a really good location for a tourist - in a quiet part of the historical center. The beach was also nearby. During my stay, I never got to use public transportation or a taxi. The staff is professional, it was really easy to communicate about the arrival and check-in. It has facilities to prepare some quick food - a stove, a microwave, cooking utensils, a fridge. I slept very well in there, the bed is comfortable and also the place can become really dark due to the window covers. The facility could use some minor renovations.
• Sreejithmv (8/5): Excellent location. - Location was right in the center. Facilities were good. It was mentioned while booking that there will be a Washing machine in the apartment but wasn't to be and had to use a paid service outside to get the laundry done. Shower gel kept in the washroom was empty.
• Jordan (3/5): Horrible beds and not as pictures - Location This place is nothing like it is pictured. The layout is the same but the decor and bed was completely different. The bed was two twin cots put together that were extremely uncomfortable. My fiancée complained for the whole time we were in the unit as she couldn’t sleep at night in the bed and was tired as a result during the day. I almost booked a hotel elsewhere just so we could move but she would not let me and decided to stick it out.

• Emma (8/5): A comfortable stay! - Great location, property was very easy to find. The host sent pictures of what the entrance door looks like and communicated very well! A nice comfortable stay! Would be great if there were some cooking supplies like oil, salt, pepper, coffee, tea. The fridge is quite small and the freezer was over frozen. Since there was 4 of us, they could have provided more bedding and better pillows (some pillows were very hard).

• Robert (7/5): Would book again, value for money was ok. - Super Central location, decent WiFi, hot shower, towels were available, bed was good. The place needs a little maintenance, could get a little noisy at night but it was fine.
• Marco (6/5): Pleasant - Location is perfect. It is a nice loft with all equipment. There was a lot broken in the appartment. That was a pitty.
• Alina (7/5): Great location, nice contact person, bathroom needs to be renovated - Awesome but loud location and very nice contact people. Generally it was fine. Clean bed/living room. The bathroom urgently needs a renovation. Shower handle was broken, mould under the shower, water running out uncontrollably while showering and whole building in a renovation mood.
• Robert (6/5): Pleasant - Apartment was in sentrum that is good. The fridge ruins the food, the freezer door is missing. Several things could have been fixed, a loose shelf, bad washing machine. When a tenant rents such an expensive apartment, there could have been toilet paper for at least a week, but otherwise I think the apartment was good
• Frances (8/5): Fabulous location, would definitely stay again. - The location was fantastic and the studio was great and had everything that we needed as a family. The studio was just a little ‘tired’ but could easily be made better. The shower leaked over the bathroom floor very badly, and the shower needed a new hose.
• Andrea (7/5): Good - Very good position in the city center, comfortable self check in at time needed. The apartment is nice but doesn’t receive maintenance. The shower is really bad, water leaks everywhere, other things are in bad shape. They didn’t leave us the towels for all the guests and same for a pillow case that was missing. We had to ask the next day but since we arrived late night we couldn’t use the necessary the first night.

Elevator available in the building. Years of goodness of this apartment has been gone a while time ago ;) Creaking beds.

• Qki (8/5): Great location, value for money, friendly customer support before we arrive. - Very central location, super easy to go around to key locations. Easy access to food, market, shops etc. Facility is bit dated, should have better doors/windows to block some sound. Due to the good location(center of the city) where lots of tourist are passing by. You can hear them very clearly at night especially midnight. I can hear people having a good time at 2:30am. :)
• Sandra (7/5): Lovely, if not exactly spoilt, but let down by the bathroom. - great location, easy access to all the sights, lovely spacious studio, very easy communication, would really recommend it. the bathroom needs a serious overhaul, badly marked and split shower tray, leaking badly. shower head loose,sink vanity unit draws have seen better days and shelf on wall loose. I informed the landlord, who knew about the issues and was prompt to bring work men to look at it again, but they did not resolve the leak as the whole tray/shower/screen needs to be replaced. a real shame as the apartment would other wise have been absolutely perfect.
• Natalie (5/5): Passable - There was no internet for the whole time I was there. I asked about this everyday but nothing was sorted. I was remote working so had to spend money on work spaces in Malaga and was told I would be compensated but now the honest is ignoring me. They were very quick to take payment but not when something goes wrong.
