• Marta (8/5): Great Location, Responsive Team - The apartment's location in the historic center of Málaga is truly excellent — everything is within easy reach, and there's a lovely little coffee shop right around the corner, which was a great bonus. Communication with the rental company was smooth and hassle-free. What particularly impressed us was their proactiveness: when we noticed an unpleasant smell from the pipes (understandable in an older building), they responded immediately and sent someone to help. Unfortunately the smell remained. The beds and sofa were very comfortable. In the spirit of transparency, a few things worth knowing before you book: the apartment's windows face small interior courtyards rather than the street, which means the space gets limited natural light. Additionally, one of the neighboring apartments has an air conditioning unit in the courtyard that can be somewhat noisy when running. Neither was a dealbreaker, but good to be aware of. Lastly, for those traveling in a group, we would have appreciated an additional mirror somewhere outside the bathroom.

• Julie (9/5): - The location is perfect for seeing all of the sights in Málaga.It is tucked down an alley so it's very quiet at night. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. We used the washer more than once and it worked well. There were a couple of things that needed immediate attention when we got to the apartment around 9pm, but we got an immediate response from the host and everything was taken care of right away. The apartment is large for Malaga which was great, but all of the windows were frosted (for privacy I would assume). There was no view to speak of, but it would be nice to be able to see outside to assess the weather. Etc.
• Annelies (8/5): - Vriendelijke ontvangst op kantoor voor de incheck. Opslagmogelijkheid voor koffers. Appartement weliswaar aan een drukke straat maar eenmaal binnen geen hinder van verkeersgeluiden. Best groot voor 2 personen, compleet uitgerust en met heel redelijke bedden. Kortom: prima!

• Walter (3/5): Malaga fein, Apartment sehr ungemütlich wegen der Kälte. - Gute Lage im Zentrum, Küchenausstattung ausreichend. Altes Gebäude mit sehr hohen Räumen. Apartment war sehr sauber. Keine Heizung, kein Strahler und mit der Klimaanlage war es auch nicht möglich zu wärmen. Bei einer Aussentemperatur von 5-6Grad C benötigt man einen Heizstrahler. Alle Bilder an den Wänden waren entfernt und man sagte uns das Apartment wird renoviert. In der Dusche kam das Wasser tröpfchenweise und konstant aus der Wand. Das Schlafzimmer ist in der Länge so klein das man nur mit Mühe und vielen Verrenkungen es auf die andere Bettseite schafft.

The bed was very comfy, great location and kitchen facilities. It was hard to locate the exact door on the first night - maybe better signage for this is needed.

Lo único malo es el callejón donde se encuentra que había gente borracha y durmiendo en la callejón, en uno de los lados había mucho olor a orina. Lo de buscar la llave también es bastante molesto xq no es cerca.

A rua do apartamenro é segura, mas encontra-se frequentada por mendidos a dormir e a diambular pela mesma. Localizaçao longe da praia. No periodo que lá estive havia obras no piso de baixo ebno edificio ao lado, o que estivemos sujeitos a barulho e sujidade logo pela manhã.

• Daniela (10/5): Exceptional - Love everything, really confortable space for groups. Very clean and excellent location very close to the center. The customer experience was very easy by WhatsApp, they responded super fast All the rooms seemed to have noise-isolating windows except for one, which faced an inner courtyard and where the neighbors could be heard quite a bit. However, it wasn’t much of a bother since they didn’t make noise at night, which was what really mattered.
• Mary (8/5): Quiet, spacious and good location. - Very quiet overlooking internal courtyard but well-positioned for an excellent supermarket, bakery and tea/coffee shop opposite. Minutes to a bus stop, historic sites nearby and easy walk to the beach. The space gets dusty but the apartment could benefit from a vacuum cleaner or even a brush to go with the dustpan to keep it fresh; we were there for a week.

Even though there are windows all of them are towards the small inner “garden” so it’s almost as not having them. Not a big problem for traveling as we didn’t spend a lot of time in the apartment anyway
• Nitesh (9/5): Lovely spacious modern apartment and wonderful staff - It was a lovely modern apartment with all the necessary amenities. The rooms were spacious and very comfortable. The location was great - a quiet neighbourhood just a short walk from the centre. The best part was the staff who were just wonderful. They gave us all the necessary information in a timely manner on WhatsApp, and always responded to our queries promptly and with the typical Málaga warmth and politeness. They even offered to keep our luggage in their office until our evening departure. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this place.

It’s not that I disliked anything but arriving in late and following the instructions to gain access to the apartment did not work. It took us about 1 hour later to get in after ringing the emergency number. It would be no harm to put a clear number 3 over the door and when we finally got into the building we searched for apartment number 5 but again no number 5 over the door. We took a chance by putting in the code and then gained access

Plus we had to walk another 10 minutes with our luggage in pedestrian only zone. This would have been impossible to find had we not had a SIM card and google maps. 1. Keys should be at location 2. • Dominic (1/5): Bad - We have been informed that we will be charged 89 euro from our booking deposit for a broken toilet seat. This is extremely disappointing. The toilet seat was giving us trouble from the start before it finally came off. We immediately reported the incident to management ( the so called support service that ignored calls over the 3 nights relating to a lack of bowls, toiletpaper, and washing detergent) . I can only assume that the 200 deposit is a scam , an excuse for extorting money off tourists on a trumped up damage claim. I'd very very wary about dealing with Caleta Homes in future. See above. The outdoor seating area is a joke. A table 2 chairs and artificial grass in a utility area with a skylight.
• Tjasa (9/5): Superb - Exellent Equipment, the kitchen has everything you need, super comfy bed, beautiful decorated, great location There were only two things that bothered: - there should be a sleeping sofa, but when we wanted too „extend“ the sofa, we found out there was just storage room under there, so our daughter couldn’t sleep comfortable there :( - there was almost no good daylight because the windows where located too the inside of the building, but this bothered much, because we were around all the time and not home during the day.

• Brian (5/5): Great city, good location , mediocre accomodation - Location was very good. In the heart of the old town near lots of good restaurants and tapas bars. Very lively but felt safe and friendly. Key pick up was very poor and not at all customer focused. First impressions of the apartment were good but not much thought was given to the practicalities of daily living. “ ultra modern plumbing and gadgets didn’t work properly, shortage of hanging space, window blinds didnt afford privacy etc.

• Muhammed (9/5): Nice space in the centre of Malaga - Nice layout, space was small, but the clever use of it didn't make it seem too small. The staff were very quick to respond to any of our queries and provide us with what we needed. Good space and very close to the lively city. Also very quiet inside, although outside there was lots going on inside it was quiet. Walking distance to all the attractions, museums, beaches, gardens and the beautiful port. Grocery stores within 2 mins walking distance. For the price it was I thought there would be some complimentary water, tea and biscuits ect. Maybe just because I've become used to those from stays elsewhere.
• Jeremy (1/5): Avoid - no soap, uncomfortable and terrible customer service - Only the location Many things. No soap, one roll of toilet paper, broken lift which made carrying heavy suitcases to the apartment all the harder, extremely uncomfortable pillows and, worst of all, shockingly poor service. Only responded to my WhatsApp text (their preferred method of communication) after 24 hours. Avoid, avoid, avoid.

• Miriam (10/5): We would come back at any time! - We had a great stay in the flat and in Málaga! The flat was super equipped, the staff very friendly and easy to reach. Communication was also possible in English. The flat was cleaned after one week. The air conditioning worked well. The location is great and yet the flat is very quiet. You can get to the centre quickly and there even is a supermarket right outside the door. We would come back at any time!

The location is not in the centre which is misleading from advertised. The above flat had noisy drilling sound from 8am to 6pm week day and 10.15pm on Saturday, asking 200 euros deposit before I get key and no list of existing damage. lack of basics in the kitchen as provided by another company in our previous flat near the port, no washing cloth, no washing gel, no cooking oil, no salt, no sugar, no tea or coffee...warning notes every where., one for 60 euros fine if towel is taken to the beach. our previous flat provided a beach towel.

• Jingjing (9/5): the staff are super nice, I even got a gift from them for my birthday, the place is well organized, and the location is - the location is perfect, everything is downstairs, but it’s quiet in the evening. it looks someone always smoking in the garden every morning, we can feel the smoke in the room although the windows are closed.

I would have appreciated some basics like coffee, tea, sugar, salt, clothes washing powder & dishwasher tabs. Otherwise, the kitchen was well equipped and the bathroom had nice soap and shampoo. We also ran out of toilet paper and there were no tissues. These aren't expectations but as tired traveller the little things can make a stay more pleasant.

The shower Screen on the Bath appeared to be stuck, we didn’t dare try too hard to move it, in case it broke, so made stepping into the Bath to take a shower a little awkward

But the worst was, that the apt had no daylight and we felt locked in. The bed linen was synthetic. if you don‘t mind that, it is a great location.

• Gerard (1/5): Awful experience!! - The location was decent. That is the only positive thing to say. The stay overall was extremely disappointing. The pictures were nothing like what the apartment (if you could call it that) offered online. The letting agents didn’t even bother to meet us you have to travel across the city to their office and then to the apartment which I thought was very unprofessional. Overall the apartment was basically a hallway, one bedroom which was small and a bathroom. There was no natural light. The letting agents offered no remedy when I voiced my complaints, only excuses. I would urge anyone to strongly reconsider before staying here as you.
