• JORGE (5/5): Muchos aspectos por mejorar. - El alojamiento es más o menos como sale en las fotos, pero hay aspectos a mejorar. La televisión no funcionaba (se comunicó al personal y no dieron solución… (tres días de estancia incluyendo fin de año y año nuevo sin televisión). Faltaba menaje y vasos para 4 personas que se repuso por parte del personal. Una de las luces no funcionaba, el sofá cama de hundía y el colchón necesita un cambio. Sobrevalorado.

(Hóspede ficou presa no banheiro). Ar-condicionado nao atende todo o espaço. Faltou alguns itens de limpeza, sendo necessário, solicitar ao responsável que nos atendeu. Solicitamos outra acomodação ao booking e não fomos atendidas.

El colchón hundido en el medio. Envié un wapp a Dante y no me respondió. Ni una sola bolsa de residuos para 6 días, solo la que estaba colocada.

• Hanne (7/5): Nær stranden og sentrumskjernen - Sentrumsnær leilighet i 5. etasje. Heis i bygget. Føltes sikkert. Varmepumpe som holdt rommet varmt, og vaskemaskin hvis man trengte. God plass på badet og dusjen var bra. Matvarebutikk like ved, også bakerbutikk. Container for søppel rett utenfor. Utsikt over hustakene. Lite innsikt i leiligheten. WiFi fungerte dårlig. Spesielt om kvelden. Varmtvannet i dusjen gikk fort tom. Lite utvalg av kopper og krus, generelt lite utstyrt kjøkken, men bra med microbølgeovn. Ikke så bred seng, og det var dobbeldyne.
• Darren (9/5): Malaga Marathon Stay - We had a fantastic stay at this apartment in Málaga. The location was absolutely perfect—right in the heart of the city and ideal for attending the Málaga Marathon. Being so central meant everything was within easy walking distance, including the start/finish areas, restaurants, cafés, and shops, which made the whole weekend stress-free and enjoyable. The apartment itself was comfortable, clean, and well set up for our stay. It had everything we needed. The only small drawback was that the sofa bed wasn't overly comfortable, however, sofa beds generally aren't. Overall, this was an excellent base for a marathon weekend in Málaga, and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommended for runners and anyone wanting to be right in the middle of the city. Sofa bed wasn't the most comfortable, but i've stayed in worse. This was the only negative in our opinion, which is a very small issue and not concerning at all

• Inés (7/5): Apartamento que necesita cambios - Está cerca del centro Lamento mucho tener que escribir lo que sigue. Es la primera vez que tengo que hablar en estos términos sobre un lugar en el que me he hospedado, pero realmente nos sentimos que el apartamento no cumplía las expectativas mínimas.. El apartamento tiene muchas posibilidades pero no está nada cuidado. Está bastante deteriorado y con aspecto de algo sucio y de ser un apartamento de estudiantes montado con las sobras de otras viviendas. Los colchones (cama y especialmente el sofá cama) eran muy incómodos y no había ni un solo cojín, faltaban utensilios de cocina, no había cafetera, los cubiertos se encontraban en una bandeja de horno todos mezclados en un armario, no había suficiente menaje para 4 personas, y el microondas estaba realmente sucio. Para colmo, no había servilletas ni cepillo de barrer, ni fregona, ni perdidos de limpieza, ni una alfombra para salir de la ducha, que por cierto, deja escapar el agua porque la puerta tiene un agujero. Como no había fregona, tuvimos que usar una toalla para secar el suelo. Hay más cosas que podría narrar pero creo que ya es suficiente con lo que cuento. Es un apartamento que habría que tener con más cariño. Es una pena porque es un piso con muchas posibilidades, bonito, pero muy mal mantenido. Aunque lamento decirlo, no recomiendo este apartamento en el estado que está actualmente.

Shortages of general kitchen basics We went out and purchased a cleaning spray and cloth in order to keep the spot clean during our 5 days. Also it was cold. End of November and the evenings were chilly and seemingly no heating

• Gino (7/5): Bello...peccato per il materasso - Posizione vicino al centro e ai mezzi pubblici sotto l'appartamento c'è un supermercato rifornito di tutto, la disponibilità dell host,avevamo wi fi che non funzionava il ragazzo è venuto subito a risolvere il problema. C'era bagnoschiuma shampoo spugnetta e detersivo per i piatti ,sale caffè. Frigorifero top 10. Avrei dato un punteggio maggiore, purtroppo quello che ha penalizzato il punteggio è il materasso, si affossava verso il centro era veramente scomodo. Non c'era lo scolapasta Sarebbe bene trovare un canovaccio per asciugare i piatti, scomodo il lavandino senza lo scivolo per far scolare le stoviglie. Nell'appartamento accanto quando aprivano la doccia il rumore dell'acqua era molto fastidioso sembrava di averli in camera da letto.

• Silva (1/5): Disappointed of the lack of responsibility from the management! - The location The property was extremely disappointing. There were not enough towels, and the apartment faces the interior of the building, making it both noisy and very dark. Most importantly, I still have not received an invoice for my payment. It has now been 46 days, and despite repeated promises from the owner/manager, Jorge, nothing has been provided. This lack of basic documentation is unacceptable and raises serious concerns about the property’s professionalism and transparency.

Posizione estremamente comoda e tattica, l’appart - Posizione super comoda, distante 5 minuti dal centro a piedi e 10 circa dalla spiaggia di Malagueta. Accogliente, non mancava nulla. In verità ci è piaciuto tutto, forse un’oca nota dolente l’appartamento non è proprio fronte sole, per cui era un po’ buio durante la giornata. Ma essendo state quasi sempre fuori, non era diciamo una cosa importante.

The apartment itself is quite new and in good condition. We’ve been happy since moving in and feel that it’s a nice place to live. What we didn’t like was that the flat was quite noisy — we could hear sounds from the street very clearly, and also from the neighbours, who were sometimes quite loud. One of the sofas was not comfortable for sleeping, although the main bed was good.

Jestem b - Super lokalizacja, czysto, przestronnie, bardzo wygodne łóżko. Mieszkanie jest przy bardzo ruchliwej ulicy, ale akurat nam to nie przeszkadzało. Przy zamkniętych oknach jest ok.

• V_Laci (9/5): Kényelmes szállás, barátságos fogadtatással, remek helyen, jó áron, apró javítandókkal - A szállás kiváló elhelyezkedésű: közel van a sétálóutcákhoz, látnivalókhoz, éttermekhez és a buszmegállókhoz, mégis csendes. A strand is könnyen elérhető, kb. 15 perc sétára található. A szoba tiszta az ágy kényelmes volt, a konyha jól felszerelt, a Wi-Fi gyorsan működött. A bejelentkezés gördülékenyen ment, a személyzet barátságos és segítőkész volt. Ár-érték arányban abszolút megérte! A zuhanyzó lefolyója sajnos lassan eresztette le a vizet, ami kicsit kényelmetlenné tette a használatát. A tusfürdő állaga szokatlan volt, nem tűnt frissnek. A törölközőt és a WC-papírt nem cserélték automatikusan, csak kérésre, ami nem mindenki számára ideális.

• Luis (5/5): Decepción - La localización del apartamento Muy deteriorado, el sofá cama con un colchón insufrible, había hormigas, la nevera no cortaba nunca el motor, el enchufe del baño se salia de su sitio, si ponías la lavadora y la tostadora a la vez saltaba la luz.... Una pena porque si tuviera un mínimo de mantenimiento estaría muy bien, fue una decepción.

Certaine personnes parlaient du bruit sonores mais nous n’avons pas eux de soucis par rapport - Il y avait de tout même si avoir des linges en plus aurait été sympathique. Il manquais aussi une paire de ciseaux peut-être. Mais le principal était là. Ce qui était un peu plus désagréable c’est le papier toilette. Avoir un stock aurait été super mais sincèrement rien de dramatique. Les draps du lit sentaient propres cependant il y avait des tâches sûrement qui ne partent pas.

• Raquel (8/5): Calidad - Precio elevada - Bien ubicado y funcional. Demasiado “caro” para lo que se ofrece pero no personalmente con el alojamiento, básicamente la zona está encarecida por el turismo (mi viaje es familiar ya que soy de allí)

Il personale è molto cordiale e la pulizia ottima Il divano-letto è composto da gomma piuma ed è molto fino, inoltre la parte della testa tende verso il basso. Il condizionatore è funzionante ma il telecomando ha bisogno di nuove pile. Infine mancavano tavolo e sedie e gli strumenti essenziali per la pulizia.

Luis, il ragazzo del check-in, é stato super gentile e disponibilissimo in qualsiasi momento - Un appartamento ottimo per due persone e completo di asciugamani, stoviglie e lavatrice. A 5 min a piedi dal centro di Malaga quindi posizione perfetta per chi non ha molta voglia di camminare. Unica pecca é che non sono presenti balconi
