Appartement hyper sale à l'arrivée et nous avons effectué le nettoyage nous même car nous avons des bébés en bas âges et impossible de les laisser sur le sol. Javier a été très compréhensible et a tout fait pour nous mettre à l'aise et refaire le ménage le lendemain mais nous l'avions déjà fait. It was quiet and everyone had a nice night’s sleep after traveling all day. We had to walk farther into the downtown area to find anywhere to eat but, it was only a problem because it was raining.

• Silvija (9/5): A perfect stay for exploring the city thanks to the excellent location, with convenient nearby parking—I would definitel - The accommodation was very clean and well laid out. However, I would not recommend staying there with more than seven adults. I slept on the sofa bed, which was perfectly fine for one night, but for a longer stay, comfort might become an issue. The beds were excellent, and the rooms were great—six adults can stay there very comfortably without any problem. The location is outstanding. We were provided with cookies, water, juice, and coffee capsules free of charge, which was a really nice touch. We would definitely come back.

Je vais insister sur ça car il y a des petits détails à revoir et je pense qu il n est pas informé Les literies sont propres et nous avons eu des petites attentions (capsules de café,Jus d orange et de l eau et des petits gâteaux. C est très agréable et nous remercions viennent le propriétaire. Sur les points à améliorer : la situation du canapé qui a une déchirure. Le sèche cheveux avec les traces des différentes personnes qui l ont utilisé..retirer aussi les produits d hygiène laisses par les anciens occupants (dentifrice,brosse à dent d'as les tiroirs de la salle de bain) Nettoyer le filtre de la cafetière.nettoyer les quelques traces des rideaux.et des coussins. Nous précisons que nous sommes maniaques. Et sur le reste ça va. Ce sont des détails simples à améliorer. Peur être aussi mettre un parfum d ambiance .et des couleurs plus chaleureuses mais dans l ensemble ça va et c est un bel emplacement Ce sont de simples détails. Nous avons eu un bon ressenti dans l ensemble. Donc merci .je mets les ohotos afin que le propriétaire puissent les voir .ce n est ne aucun cas le reflet du reste de l appartement.

The apartment was comfortable and had everything needed. Quiet location although it is on a busy road which we didn’t mind at all as we were in a city after all. Everything was perfect

Javier was an incredible host—always responsive, respectful, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. He provided very clear and easy-to-follow instructions for gaining entrance, which made everything smooth and stress-free. The location was perfect, close to everything we needed, and the apartment itself was spotless and very well maintained. Javier also went the extra mile by recommending great restaurants and nearby supermarkets, which really enhanced our experience. We truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend both the apartment and Javier as a host. None

It is necessary to praise the owner and his care for his guests - The apartment has a very attentive and thoughtful owner who truly deserves recognition. Before our arrival, he sent us detailed photo instructions on how to access the apartment, which made everything very easy. The place is beautifully organized and well maintained. He genuinely cares about his guests and is exceptionally responsive — whenever we had a question, he replied quickly with helpful information. If you need a parking place is very near and covered so your car will be cold. Due to the large number of tourists in town, we needed an extra hour at check-out, and he kindly accommodated us without any problem. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and highly recommend this apartment! All was excellent-nothing!

• Nathalie (10/5): Wunderschöner Aufenthalt in Malaga - Die Unterkunft ist sehr zentral gelegen in Malaga. Zu Fuß erreicht man die Einkauspassage in ca. 10 Minuten. Der Ausblick aus dem Schlafzimmer ist sehr schön. Die Wohnung ist bestens ausgestattet. Es ist wirklich alles da, was man braucht. Der Eigentümer war immer sofort erreichbar. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

• Mike (10/5): Very nice, spacious, and well located apartment, with everything you can possibly need during your stay - Communication - the owner was very helpful, always happy to provide recommendations and always on hand to answer any questions. Check in - the process was very easy. Done through WhatsApp. We were given the code to the lock by the door where the key was. There were also additional keys at the apartment in case more people needed them. We only used one because we went everywhere together but it’s a good option to have the extra keys. The location - the location is amazing. Very close to centro historico. Very close to many supermarkets. 20min walk to the beach. 25 minute walk to the main train station. 5 minutes to the nearest supermarket and around 10 minutes to a very large supermarket. Getting to and from the airport was also easy but we used Bolt. One thing to note, the apartment is right next to a busy street so if you’re sensitive to noise, bring some earplugs. It didn’t bother us at all, especially that pretty much everywhere in Spain we stayed there’s always street noises, but some people might be bothered by it so better come prepared. The apartment - this was without a doubt the best equipped apartment we have ever stayed in. There is literally everything you can possibly need. Cutlery, plates, mugs, kettle, pod coffee machine with pods, sugar. Complimentary milk and juice in the fridge. Frying pans, kitchen cloths. If you decide to cook while you’re there, the apartment has everything you will need. There’s washing machine and a dryer, with washing powder and fabric conditioner. There’s an iron, hairdryer. Extra duvets and blankets if you need them. There was even shower gel, shampoo, and hand wash in the bathroom. We came with our own, because we’re used to always needing them wherever we go, so it was a pleasant surprise that the host thought of this, too. The only thing missing (or maybe we just didn’t find it) was a chopping board. There’s three double bedrooms and a spacious living room with dining area and a dining table.

I think if they were it would have made a big difference. However the owner had an alternative apartment available that we were able to move to in a quieter location in town. Javier was extremely helpful and lovely to deal with.

We only booked for one night because we had an early flight, and wanted somewhere that was close to the airport but also close to downtown so we could see the Christmas light show. The apartment is about a 15 minute drive to the airport, and a 5-10 minute walk to the old town. Also ample room for 5 people, good facilities for a longer a stay, and very easy checkin process. This was actually our second time staying here, and we will stay again. Highly recommend. We like everything.

Nice welcome drinks in the fridge. Very comfortable with 3 bedrooms which is great for families. Amazing value for price Public parking is available only 50m from aparrtment at only 15 eur per day. The road that starts a small street and passes by the apartment is also the same road that continues to Granada in a straight line. This way going from this apartment to Granada is super easy. Owner was very helpful and totally responsive to requests, questions... Nothing really. We couldn't park close to entrance on arrival, I suggest future guests turn right 10m before entrance, stop there to leave bags etc. and then continue to parking. Apartment owner can arrange payable parking for small cars, bigger cars can park at Las Delicias parking only 50m away so easy parking either way

Unfortunately we could only spend one night there, we would have liked to have stayed there longer. Everything was very good.

Perfect, walkable, safe location. It was nice to have a washer AND dryer! Super comfy beds, pillows and linens. Helpful and accommodating host made certain everything was just right. Easy checkin even though our flight was delayed and we arrived after midnight. Good WiFi. TV even included a few US channels.

The host prepared generous paper towels. The washer is a good size one. We didn’t use the dryer but were happy that it was there. Very easy to walk to major sightseeing places. It was quite noisy in the night. The traffic outside seemed endless.

It is relatively close to the beach. He arranged for garage parking for us, which was very good (the parking was paid).

• Tracy (9/5): Modern clean apartment - Nice touch by Javier (owner) to provide a mini welcome tea (juice,milk, coffee and a roll of chocolate biscuits). The washer and dryer came in most handy. Kitchen is definitely functional and there were ample dish washing tablets. Most apartment only provides 1 per day. Apartment is accessible to the Alcazaba (about 15-20min walk) and city Centre (about 15 min walk). Lack of onsite parking although there is a basement parking garage and garage parking keys were there in the apartment. We had to park in an open air parking area which is about 100m walk away (costs about 28 euros for 2 night) and it can be tiring to drag the luggages if you have to handle young children and many suitcases.
