• Steffi (8/5): - Die Vermieter waren super hilfsbereit und antworten direkt. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Supermärkte in ein paar Minuten zu erreichen und Restaurants und Cafés ebenfalls. Es ist ziemlich laut da die Wände anscheinend sehr dünn sind. Für uns war das Bett relativ unbequem. Aber das empfindet ja jeder anders

The apartment itself was okay, but I have to mention that the photos are a bit misleading as the place is starting to show some wear and tear and could use a bit of refreshing. On a positive note, the communication with the owner was excellent; all instructions were clear, and any questions I had were answered immediately

• Martina (8/5): We enjoyed our stay and the location very much. - The apartment was clean, well equipped and comfortable. Located in a good location not far from the old town but quiet at night. There was only one issue which meant we couldn’t use the little outside veranda. Someone was cleaning the terraces above and the veranda was flooded with water.

• Simona Pe (6/5): Good location and helpful host, but needs better maintenance. - The host was friendly and always willing to help. The kitchen was well equipped with everything needed, and we received enough towels for our stay. There was also a washing machine available. The apartment has a terrace where you can sit outside and, in the summer, even enjoy your meals there. The location is convenient, within walking distance of the city center, with many supermarkets nearby. On the downside, the cleanliness could be improved. We noticed dust in the apartment, and it seemed that under the sofa bed had not been cleaned for a long time. There was also mold around the street-facing window (on the wall and curtain). The bathroom door does not close, something that previous guests have also mentioned. The sofa bed is quite old and worn, and you can feel the metal underneath, so it would benefit from being replaced. The intercom and the kitchen hood were not working. Additionally, the street-facing windows do not block the noise well, so traffic can be quite loud at night. Overall, the apartment has good potential, but it would benefit from better maintenance and attention to detail.

• Ute (8/5): Tolle Lage, liebevoll Eingerichtet, leider etwas abgewohnt. Das - Perfekte Lage um zu Fuß die Innenstadt zu besuchen. Das Schafzimmer hinten raus und damit bekommt man vom Straßenlärm nichts mit. Die Dusche perfekt. Das Sofa war extrem durch gesessen. Die Badezimmertür lies sich nicht schliessen, es müsste mal wieder das ein oder andere repariert werden.

Mi újra ezt választanánk A nappali zajos, közvetlenül az út mellett van. Minket igazán nem zavart, de aki a csöndre vágyik zavaró lehet. A kád nagyon csúszik, csúszásgátló kellene bele, mert balesetveszélyes.

• Terri (9/5): Convenient modern apartment- safe and pleasant - Apartment was clean, kitchen adequately fitted with essential kitchen ware, good shower and staff were pleasant to communicate with. Liked the proximity walking everywhere. An easy twenty minutes to the beach and six minutes to the centre, historic sites, shopping and restaurants with a few supermarkets on our doorstep. It is a busy street but the bedroom is at the back of the apartment so relatively quiet. Liked having a washing machine for laundry. Felt like a safe pleasant apartment building.

• Kubra (8/5): Gezellig appartement met goede locatie - We verbleven in een gezellig appartement met twee comfortabele slaapkamers, perfect geschikt voor twee personen. De aanwezigheid van een wasmachine was een groot pluspunt, waardoor we makkelijk zelf onze was konden doen. De ligging is ideaal: op slechts 10 minuten van het centrum en met voldoende winkels in de buurt om snel boodschappen te doen. Kortom, een praktische en aangename plek om te verblijven! Wat iets minder praktisch was, is dat het niet altijd eenvoudig bleek om een parkeerplaats te vinden in de buurt. Daarnaast had het appartement wat minder geluidsisolatie, waardoor we af en toe wat geluiden van buiten hoorden.

• John (9/5): Easy check in, small, clean, well equipped modern apartment. - Clean, great location, modern facilities A bit smaller than expected but just fine for a couple. Sewerage smell in front entrance area of building but not inside apartment . It smelt fine.

It was clean on the surface but you could clearly see the curtains had not been washed in a very long time. It was not luxurious or deluxe by any means.
• Lee-kilgariff (9/5): Perfect, comfortable base for a family of 3 - Lovely apartment, very well equipped and comfortable, perfect as a base for exploring Malaga. It felt more like a home than a holiday apartment, with attractive decor. We appreciated the little interior courtyard where you can sit in fresh air and look up at the blue sky. Shower seemed to run out of hot water quite quickly on a couple of occasions but nothing major.

• Hollings (9/5): Nice apartment with good facilities and a short walk to city centre. - Location of property. Clean. Good communication with Homely Malaga. Very Good Wi-Fi. I don't holiday to watch TV, but it had films in English while it rained. Liked that bedrooms were at rear, with a door that separated them from the lounge area. Air conditioners worked perfectly. Lounge area is quite dark in the daytime as it faces directly over a busy narrow one way street with a lot of traffic noise, even late into the evening. It doesn't get direct sunlight. So I suspect photo was taken with all the lights switched on. Me...I'd get rid of the brown wall and brighten it up. A bit picky maybe but I'd improve the size and quality of the towels provided and the sofa/sofa bed is quite low to sit on. Despite these things it's still a very nice apartment and I'd recommend it.

• Kristi (7/5): This place is ok if you only go there to sleep. - The location was good, the rooms were clean. The interior was tired, worn. It could be seen that the apartment has been used a lot and would need repairs to make it look good. The dishwasher was given 1 tablet, but if 4 people stay for 3 nights and there are few dishes, it is necessary to wash the dishes more than once.

• Lorraine (8/5): INTERESTING - The location and look of the area I did not like. There is a lot of graffi and the pane of glass on the entrance door was boarded up. Not a good impression. The entrance hall had a terrible smell. The flat was comfortable with kitchen items, kettle toaster etc, but took a while to work out. But staff sent me video. The bedroom door shutter was broken which I highlighted, as not comfortable with just the curtain, although is not over looked. There is a park at bottom of the plesant to sit in, but appears to be used by men drinking. There is a supermarket just across the road, you can get water milk etc The bus stop is there cost 1euro 40 But you can walk and visit the old town, Plenty of places to eat coffee drink etc A lovely visit to the Port beautiful walk along the sea front, and lovely gardens to enjoy. The Avenue with beautiful shops is The Calle Larios across from the Port. Finally if you take a bus to there across from Hotel 1 you can pick up the airporter bus. There is a lot of building work going on around Malaga. Was the location. Street was dirty graffi.

• Jessie (10/5): would 100% stay here again. thank you so much! - the flat was lovely, water pressure was the best i’ve ever had abroad, super clean, basics provided, lovely terrace, and a 10-15 minute walk to the centre. check in/out were both super smooth and marina was lovely :) nothing! the sofa bed wasn’t so comfy but that’s to be expected. beyond that, no complaints whatsoever.

The outside terrace - doesn't get any sun but useful for drying clothes/towels. The shower head needed careful handling to keep it up on hook. Small thing: Only 1 pillow on the single bed!

• Viktoriya (5/5): Not bad but can find way cheaper for what it is - Centrally located , AC in the apartment Pictures are misleading in booking , no dishwasher (was on the pictures) . Rather small for the price . For long stay we have asked for the extra linen to which we received the reply that the already left it in the apartment but it was an extra sheet and couple of weirdly looking towels no pillow cases etc so had to wash the sheets and towels ourselves as did not want to argue . Also the bell button looks like light button and every time neighbors mix it up and press it and it rings very loudly (midnight, 2 am ) so woke up startled very regularly which is extremely annoying

• Pravesh (8/5): overall good with little hickup's - Centrally located, walkable distance and close to key areas Instruction to get the keys. the lockbox was across the road it took time to understand and get the keys specially as the flight was delayed and reached middle of the night.
• John (6/5): It did what we required but not much more - basic but clean. secure. aircon was effective. kitchenette was well stocked with utensils. initially there was a problem with a the patio being flooded due to excessive rain the previous two days, but the hosts were very apologetic and got it sorted within a few hours by calling a plumber to unblock the drain. The acted very quickly and then made sure that we were happy. Bed was quite uncomfortable.

• Michał (8/5): A nice place to stay while visiting Malaga - The location is nice, close to the historical centre of Malaga (around 10-15 min walk). There are a couple of supermarkets nearby and some cafeterias. The flat is spacious and equipped with all the commonly used stuff. Having a dishwasher also helps. The hosts were super nice and helpful. The provided directions were clear and understandable. Don't get me wrong, this is by no means the hosts fault, but parking nearby (we had a rented car), is difficult to say the least. Circling around for 25-30 min looking for a free spot was pretty standard for us and we were visiting in March. This applies to the "standard" free of charge parking spots.
• Felipe (9/5): Great stuff and cleanness - The hosts were super responsive and helpful, all information about the stay were prompt answered and always very straight to the point. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The location is good, there’s a supermarket just 3 minutes away and also within 10 minutes you have the best empanadas of the world (El Ombu, please go there!); not too far from the center, you can easily get there by 20 minutes walking. Nothing much to say.

The host met us at arrival and welcomed us to the apartment which was in a great location. It had everything we needed, including a fully stocked kitchen and was only a 10-15 minute walk from the city centre. Nothing.

• Florin (7/5): Good apartment for 3 persons - The location was good, very close to a store and walking distance to the city center. The kitchen was well-equipped, and we found as well coffee, tea, sugar, and salt. The bed in the big bedroom was comfortable. The living room was quite noisy due to the cars which were driving on the road up front. For us, it was not possible to use the living room (which had a sofa) to sleep. So, in reality, the apartment has 3 sleeping slots: two in the double bed in the big bedroom and one in the (creaky) single bed in the small bedroom.
