• BELEN (1/5): Pésimo y desatendida - La ubicación La irresponsabilidad del personal, envíe un mensaje antes de llegar y me confirmaron por escrito q la petición q había hecho estaba confirmada, cuando llegué no sólo no lo habían verificado si no que llamé por teléfono y a fecha de salida del apartamento nadie se puso en contacto después de dejar mensaje de la urgencia q me suponía resolverlo ya que por eso lo había requerido q lo verificasen

• Tine (6/5): - God beliggenhed, nemt at følge instrukser til at få nøglerne til lejligheden, dejligt med den private terrasse. Dejligt, at der var lagt lidt kaffe og te, som vi kunne benytte. Jeg har boet i lejligheden 3 gange nu, og overvejer at leje den igen, når jeg til efteråret skal til Malaga igen. Men der er nogle ting, som jeg håber, at I vil få forbedret: 1. Lejligheden er ekstremt kold. Der er varme-anlæg på 1. salen, men den kan ikke varme nok til at varmen trænger ned i resten af lejligheden, og der er ikke forbindelse mellem den og de øvrige rum i lejligheden, selvom der er ventilationskanaler i stuen og soveværelset. Kan det ikke blive ordnet - måske bare stille en varmeblæser til rådighed, som kan varme lejligheden lidt op om morgenen? 2. Dørhåndtaget til terrassen er i stykker. Jeg skulle bruge mange kræfter for at åbne og lukke døren, og var bange for, at håndtaget skulle falde af. Det må I meget gerne se på. 3. På badeværelset er holderen til bruseren blevet løs, så bruseren glider ned.

• Josip (6/5): - Excellent location and size of the apartment The complexity of collecting keys for the apartment. The bathroom needs renovation, better ventilation and heating option. The upper air conditioner unit, which is an inverter and should have a heating option, only cools. When you turn on the air conditioner and the washing machine at the same time, the main switch trips and the power goes out.

• Maria Paz (7/5): - La ubicación es perfecta. La falta de aislamiento, las ventanas no se quedan cerradas del todo y no aíslan del ruido, sobre todo. La mampara de la ducha, al no ser entera, hace que sea imposible darte una ducha sin mojar medio suelo del baño. Las almohadas, incómodas.
• y (7/5): Place was as described, not perfect but good value and nicely located - good facilities, nice big refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher and even washing machine for your clothes. bed matras was hard which was to my preference. contact person (Marcos) was quick to respond to messages and questions. too many doors / gates to open before you are inside, hot water runs out quite quickly, so you can't take long showers, also the bedroom upstairs has no curtains in front of the glass on the door to the outside which can be scary

• Věra (10/5): - Ubytování byli v centru města, všude blízko V ubytování byly schody do mezonetové ložnice a ty byly velmi nebezpečné. Neměly zábradlí a byly úzké. Toto bylo za mě velké minus.

• Daniel (8/5): Buen alojamiento con un personal muy dispuesto - La ubicación muy buena , el apto muy cómodo y la gente con la que tratamos muy correcta y siempre dispuesta Es difícil el check-in solo por la pagina y a veces en ruta es difícil lograrlo. No lo pagas por booking sino por una cuenta que te piden ellos y todavía un depósito al llegar. Desp que nos pidieron todo eso y que te multan por una cantidad de cosas . Encontramos ropa de baño usada , una lata de cerveza a medio tomar en el baño y la luz del baño no funcionaba. Lo solucionó el personal al día siguiente sin problemas

• Artsiom (9/5): Superb - The apartment is within walking distance of the city center, and the photos on Booking don’t reflect the actual size of the apartment — it’s more spacious than it appears. The room has air conditioning and all the necessary amenities. Many thanks to Marcos, who was helpful with any questions that came up. Perhaps it’s normal for the Spanish mentality, but after midnight, you could hear neighbors throwing parties.
• Huy (10/5): It was a great choice - The location was perfect, it’s right next to the old town. Great distance to any touristic points. The staff (Adriana) was helpful, guiding us from before check-in until check-out. They even asked if everything was fine during our stay and whether we needed something. The 2 separate bedrooms are great and comfortable. The beds were firm and comfortable not like a sofa bed in some home-stays.
• Ula (5/5): Passable - Location was awesome - the apartment is located just in the middle of centro historico. Staff (Elena was our supervisor) was super friendly and helpful. The place was clean, but the sheets were wet due to the humidity. We received only two small shower gels and 3 rolls of toilet paper. No one to showed up to clean the apartment or change the towels for 5 days. One bedroom was dark, there were some paints & old pillows stored in the closet. The logistics to get the keys is cumbersome, you need to go to another apartment to get them from the locker.
