• Wendy (5/5): Apartment was ok if only the host could keep up on the management of the property. - Location was good More facilities earlier check in and later check out. No working kettle told to use a pan to boil water even though previous guests had informed the host. No patio furniture. Cleanliness in the bathroom could be improved.
• Julia (9/5): - The apartment was really lovely, clean and had a great view, the only small things that we would suggest are to add a big mirror somewhere because the one in the bathroom is too high up and we were unable to see ourselves fully and curtains or blinds in the terrace Windows would be great for more privacy

• Valentina (9/5): Un appartement très charmant. L’hôte était aussi très gentil. - L’emplacement était très bien, proche du centre ville. La terrasse était vraiment géniale. La tuyauterie de la salle de bain est abîmée et il n’y avait qu’un tout petit étendoir.

• Arielle (8/5): - La rue où est situé le logement est charmante et très dépaysante. Le logement est sobre et bien arrangé. La literie est confortable. Logement fait pour 2 et pour qq nuits. Plutôt bien situé et accès facilement au centre. Malaga est une ville particulière qui surprend au début. Mais au bout de qq jours on l'a trouvé agréable. Il ne faut pas hésiter à prendre un bus et aller se promener sur la côte, quelques jolis villes à découvrir. Il manquait de quoi s asseoir sur la terrasse. La cuisine située au rdc est vraiment petite. Il faut petit déjeuner debout ou aller à l étage. Mais elle a le mérite d exister. L hébergeur ne communique pas plus que ça et un peu froid. Pas de conseil sur la ville.

• Zoe (7/5): Great location but property needs some TLC. - Good location, 10 mins from centre. Easy self check-in. Bathroom has mould on the shower and could do with a good clean and freshen up. Outdoor area needs a lick of paint and some new furniture. Lack of privacy means neighbours can see into the property, especially the elderly man in the apartment opposite. Kitchen is tiny.
• Alex (8/5): Very good - Very clean/,modern apartment. Location good. 10 min walk from main centre. No privacy within the apartment. Needs blinds! Bathroom extremely small/narrow. Would benefit from a full length mirror . Outside furniture in need of attention.
• Keith (4/5): Good location but the flat is not ideal for us - Location is good - a few restaurants, bus stops and supermarkets near by 1) The flat seems to be smaller than it claimed 2) No curtain in the patio door and the window next to it - Lack of privacy (neighbor can see half of the bed) and make the room too bright and hot to sleep in the early morning 3) The outdoor furniture is old and uncomfortable and a lack of shade cover (e.g. umbrella or sun sail) on the roof meant we can't utilize the roof properly and forfeited the main reason we picked this flat. 4) No proper dining table to allow you to dine in comfortably. End up eating on your lap or a low coffee table 5) Lack of flat surfaces & storage to put our belongings - so we have to live largely from our suitcase for 5 nights stay 6) Small kitchen with very basic utensils, even more cramped that the photos so - only allow to cook very basic food

• Damian (1/5): We highly do not recommend this place, it is cramped and uncomfortable and Ricardo should not have any contact with gues - Location is Ok. The rented apartment turned out to be very small with a kitchen in which it was difficult to make even coffee. The given size of the apartment is false because it includes the area of the terrace, which is impossible to live on, but a washing machine is located there. However, the worst part of our stay was the host Ricardo. First, he sent us an e-mail with information and then changed the content of these provisions via whatsapp. For example, in the e-mail it was written that the host would meet us on site and Ricardo forced us to self check-in and send a photo of our ids. Throughout our stay he was texting us, we felt cornered and harassed. Ricardo wrote to us even after we left. We highly do not recommend this place, it is cramped and uncomfortable and Ricardo should not have any contact with guests because he spoils the whole stay.

• Ela (10/5): The best apartment we had in Spain - It was the best experience in Spain. Perfect location, perfect communication, perfect cleanliness, self-check-in system. The best we've had. Stylish, neat, and what a terrace with wonderful lighting, where we could enjoy morning brunches!!! Ricardo arranged for us a taxi to pick us up after our overnight flight, and gave us great recommendations on what to see in town and the best places to eat. We are going to return to Málaga in a month's time and will definitely choose this apartment. Don't hesitate. It is unreal to get this kind of service at this price. The biggest and best recommendations. Thank you, Ricardo, for your helpfulness and kindness. Everything exceeded our expectations. We recommend 200 percent!!!
