• Terje Stene (7/5): - Kun 1 håndkle for 7 dager. Toalett papir kun for noen dager. Etterlyste flere håndkle og toalettpapir, ble lovet at det skulle bli levert, men det kom aldri.

• URENA (7/5): CONFORTABLE!!!!! - Le complexe est situé tout près d’une gare ferroviaire, d’une gare routière et de 3 centres commerciaux Je n’aime pas les poêles noir abîmé, les casseroles en inox et les cocottes en inox car i j’ai fait de cuire mal mais je préfère les poêles en pierres !! Et je suis déçu de me doucher pas assez de l’eau chaude

• Vanonckelen (9/5): - Excellent location, close to the railway station. easily accessible for a paerson with reduced mobility and very comfortable. There were no blankets on the bed, nor could we find them anywhere, no information on recycling waste and the citrus juice machine was not working.
• Shahla (5/5): Vi var i det hele taget skuffede over at poolen var ikke ren og hygiejnisk klar til svømning. Og ret frustreret over at - Fri adgang til wifi, Tv streamer Vaskemaskine Opvaskemaskine Rigtig god beliggenhed Poolen : Vi lejede lejligheden først og fremmet pga. poolen, da vores lille søn på 7 år og min datter på 13 elsker at svømme. Men desværre var poolen meget beskidt, fuld af fugleklatter. Fugleklatter var både indeni vandet og rund omkring poolen. Badeværelse : Den ene badeværelses dørlås var i stykke, så vi ikke kunne låse døren under toiletbesøget. Min søn gik i bad lige den første dag så var der vand over alt i badeværelset og Vandet begyndte at dryppede oppefra taget. Så vi seks personer kunne kun bade i et badeværelse . Og det var ret frusterende. Vi var virkelig sur og utilfredse under hele opholdet pga både badeværelset og poolen. Vi skrev til dem omkring fejlen på badeværelset men ingen respons. Ingen service, intet kontakt med receptionen eller værten. Vil ikke anbefale det til andre .

• Tim (8/5): - It’s very centrally based next to the main train and bus station with a shopping mall contains a large supermarket and a variety of other outlets. It was quiet late evening. It had a large balcony with table and chairs The pool was closed for the winter. The mattress in the main bedroom was very soft.

Отличная коммуникация черезе whatsapp. Кондиционер есть, но он не для каждой комнаты что оказалось несколько странным. В общем все прошло неплохо. Отличне месторасположение. Инструкция была крайне непонятной, было тяжело найти все. Последовательность напрочь отсуствовала. Это набор текста с разным шрифтом. как будето человек "вспоминает разрозненные факты" о чем-то. Слава богу они оказали отличный сервис по получению информации. Так же форма заполнения информации о постояльце крайне усложена. Зачем из нать дату выдачи паспорта? или же зачем знать адрес проживания? это все может быть фейком. никто не проверяет это. Так же не было ничего для готовки. Даже соли не было. Уверен что огромное количество гостей оставляют что-то, но все это забирают и нужно покупать все. даже соль!

• Pawel (8/5): - We had a great stay! The apartment was spacious and located in a great area — close to cafes, shops, and just a 15-minute walk to the beach. It had everything we needed, including a fully equipped kitchen and a super nice terrace, perfect for relaxing. The rooftop pool was a fantastic bonus where you can chill out and enjoy the sun. The hosts were very kind and helpful — the lady speaks English, which made communication easy. One small downside was the cleanliness — upon arrival, it was clear that the apartment and terrace hadn't been cleaned 100%. Also, the fridge door doesn’t close properly, which might need some attention. These are minor details and didn’t affect our overall experience, but some guests might find them important.

• Jennifer (7/5): This is a good location for transport as near train station and bus station. - This was a good location for us as central for the bus and train station. We did not have a car so transport was important as we were using this as a base to go to other places. The location outside is noisy and not salubrious but inside the apartment was quiet, spacious and nice. I booked through booking.com but Letmalaga were the agents. This is not something I would do again. I would not use Letmalaga again. Paper work was left to the last minute and was stressful having to complete the contract whilst on holiday in Spain and on occasions not having WiFi. I had to sign documents with threats of if not completed within 24 hours the let would be cancelled. Not knowing if I would be able to get in to the apartment was also a worry but fortunately someone was coming out of the building so we were able to enter the main building front door and use the key code for the front apartment door, enter and then get the keys. I didn’t like the uncertainty of this. The dishwasher didn’t work and there was not enough crockery or cutlery to fill a dishwasher. Outside on the terrace was noisy. The swimming pool was not available until June but the apartment was still advertised with a pool which is misleading.
• Breege (7/5): Lovely Apartment but very disappointed that there was no access to the Pool Terrace. - The Apartment was spacious, clean, close to bus, train, restaurants, bars, shops. The property is rented as a Central Premium Pool Terrace BUT we did not have access to the pool terrace! (Which was why we booked it) and the temperature was in the early 20s. The Apartment Terrace only had the sun up until 2.30pm whereas the Pool Terrace would have it all day. Very disappointing.

The location is spot on-close to the historic centre, great restaurants, and just a short walk to the beach. The apartment was spotless, beautifully decorated, and super cosy for a winter stay. The highlight for me was the terrace with a pool—not quite swimming weather in winter, but perfect for soaking up the afternoon sun with a coffee. Such a great spot to relax!

Good service from the agent via wattsapp. Our first time entry, we arrived late and were unable to get in without key. No Internet so could not call the agent. Had to go to a local restaurant and ask them to call to let us in. There should be instructions on how to use facilities like the air conditioning and hot water.
• Jayne (8/5): Great week exploring a fabulous city. Malaga has so much to offer. - Fabulous apartment, really good location. Spacious and really comfortable beds. Great air conditioning. Getting in to the apartment wasn’t the easiest. On arrival several homeless people sleeping opposite the apartment was slightly concerning. Although never caused us any bother. The apartment could really do with some basic items , a couple of tea bags, some milk on arrival. Most places I stay have this.
