• Nataša (6/5): No sleeping during nighttime - A lot of space, clean sheets The owner spoke to us as if we were children. He kept repeating instructions about things like taking out the trash ourselves, etc. The apartment is more suitable for young people coming to party. It is located right in the middle of the loudest area, next to a nightclub. It could also be cleaner and better maintained, especially the balcony.

• Tamara (10/5): Skvelá poloha, komunikácia taktiež prebehla v poriadku, dostali sme komplet informacie zrozumiteľne a jasne pred príchod - Skvelá centrálna poloha, výťah je plus. pohodlná posteľ potešila. Poloha je najväčší plus. Ste v úplnom centre a všetko máte okamžite na dosah. T Trochu Rušnejšie počas hlbokej noci ale s tým sa ráta ak bývate v centre, kde je okolo veľa podnikov a barov. Nič čo sa nedá zvládnuť pokiaľ ste sa na to pripravili. Gauč v obývačke by si zaslúžil vytepovať pripadne celkovú výmenu 😏 Chýbalo mi niečo na zubné kefky v kúpeľni.

• Hogan (7/5): Good apartment facilities in good but noisy apartment - The room was very comfortable and had all the necessities for a long stay with cooking and washing facilities. It was very noisy. The doors and windows didn't seal properly but even then may need further work. It is a fabulous location so if noise doesn't worry you it is great.

• Paola Garavelli (7/5): - Appartamento molto bello in posizione strategica in pieno centro. Appartamento molto ben equipaggiato con lavatrice, lavastoviglie, microonde, macchinetta per caffè espresso L'appartamento è assolutamente sprovvisto di tutto. Non abbiamo trovato delle tovagliette, strofinaccio, presine. Non abbiamo trovato detersivo per lavatrice, qualche pastiglia per la lavastoviglie, 3/4 cialde per il caffè, uno Scottex. Solo un piccolo detersivo e spugnetta per i piatti. Sicuramente sarebbe stata un'accoglienza diversa. Si tratta di in investimento di qualche euro, ma che avrebbe fatto la differenza. Abbiamo fatto presente al proprietario, ma ci ha risposto che non forniscono questi articoli. Peccato.

• Ginevra Maria (1/5): Esperienza tremenda! Sporcizia disgustosa e assistenza incommentabile - Niente Abbiamo avuto un’esperienza a dir poco drammatica con questo appartamento. Siamo arrivate verso le 23 e avevamo prenotato tre notti. Una volta entrate abbiamo notato che il pavimento era un po’ sporco e soprattutto in bagno c’erano molti capelli, ma data l’ora abbiamo deciso di sorvolare. Eravamo tre ragazze, un letto matrimoniale era già fatto, il divano letto era ancora da fare. Una volta aperto il divano letto l’amara sorpresa: il materasso era PIENO di chiazze di sangue, sporco, capelli e peli. Inoltre un paio di doghe del divano erano saltate. Da vomito. Abbiamo chiamato il numero dell’appartamento, ci hanno rimandato ad un altro numero e poi un altro ancora senza però risolvere. L’unica cosa che sapevano dirci era che avrebbero mandato qualcuno l’indomani a vedere il da farsi. Siamo state al telefono fino alla una per provare ad ottenere un’altra sistemazione, dopodiché esauste abbiamo deciso di dormire vestite nel matrimoniale. Ovviamente notte insonne per tutte, sia per le dimensioni del letto che non ci accoglievano, sia per il rumore della strada ( gli infissi non sono insonorizzati e sei nel pieno della movida). Abbiamo sollecitato dalle 9 il giorno dopo, hanno mandato un ragazzo a vedere la situazione solo verso le 14 nonostante ci dicessero che qualcuno sarebbe arrivato “ entro 15 minuti, massimo 20 “. Abbiamo quindi perso mezza mattina in casa ad attendere, che voglio dire per una turista non è un granché. Arrivato il ragazzo ( che non parlava inglese!! Menomale la mia amica parlava spagnolo, altrimenti la conversazione sarebbe stata impossibile) ha constatato la situazione e dopo un primo momento in cui ha provato a tamponare chiedendoci se volessimo delle lenzuola per coprirlo, ha passato la mezz’ora successiva parlando in spagnolo con la sua collega.
• Pascal (9/5): - Bel appartement spacieux et très bien équipé. Vraiment trop bruyant, l'appartement est situé à côté d'une boîte de nuit, et il est impossible de dormir sans boules quies. C'est très bruyant jusqu'à minimum 6h00 du matin !!! Le vendredi et samedi c'est pire. Pas du tout adapté si vous voulez dormir à 23h00. Par-contre l'appartement est idéalement situé en plein centre-ville.
• Noreen (1/5): Very Unpleasant and dissappointing. - It was downtown, central. Many problems: Washing machine didn’t work and the host knew this before ww arrived but tried to act as though he thought it was working. There was dried up soap in the spot for the laundry soap. There was no dishwasher or washing machine soap in the unit. There hall lights didn’t turn on at night so we had to use our phone light to find the key hole. We told the host but it was ‘t resolved. The unit was just off the square and across from a reataurant with outdoor seating. There was Loud Music and Loud talking until 4-5am each night. We could not lock the bedroom french doors as the bracket to secure one of the doors, was missing. Our door was basically always open to the loud music and noise all night. We got No Sleep our entire stay.Then there was a water problem our second day that we were notified about.When we returned to the unit we found there was no water pressure. We notified the host but nothing was done to fix it. Therefore, taking a shower and trying to rinse out my long hair was very Difficult! Never would I recommend this to my worst enemy! And it was very Expensive compared to others in the area. Very Disappointed. I messaged the host after we checked out and said I was anticipating his response.. Three days have passed and haven’t heard anything.
• Joyce (7/5): Excellent location, with great restaurants and tapas bars on your doorstep. Cathedral and shops 2 mins from apartment, e - Excellent location, nice building, property was a good size. Had all the relevant amenities. Air conditioning in main area had no remote so unable to use - to be fair we did not report this as we were only there a few days. Just felt in places things were a little tired especially in the bathroom area.
• Alyssa (9/5): The apartment was for the price and location very ideal for a short Malaga trip. - The Location was very central, the apartment was spacious, the bathroom had 2 sinks which was perfect for three people. The owner was always available, which was very helpful. Noice cancelling was surprisingly well. The dishwashing set was of much help. There was a very strong onion like smell which wouldn’t fade even after ventilating our whole trip. The equipment in the kitchen was poorly cleaned. A few pieces of furniture were rusted and therefore unusable. The sofa was very dirty and unsuitable for a third person and there wasn’t a duvet cover.

• Sharon (10/5): Perfect! - When we arrived to discover our original booking was cancelled, we were offered this substitute in a similar (excellent) location and it turned out to be even better. A newly-refurbished and well-equipped apartment with subtle colours and tasteful decoration. All that and it cost about £50 less for the three nights we stayed. We loved it! All we didn't like was leaving!
• Leslie (10/5): This is the best apartment we’ve stayed in Malaga, we’ll be renting this one on our return. We were taken aback by the l - Excellent location in the heart of Malaga. Apartment was very spacious with excellent facilities, separate bedroom and bathroom. Easy access to apartment and lift to floor. Highly recommended. TV could have been better but that is being pedantic.

• Karl (6/5): Beautiful apartment & great location - disappointing customer service. - The location was fabulous and the apartment very nicely appointed. Sites, restaurants, great shopping was within 10 minutes of this apartment and there were tall, sound proof windows for reduced noice, and very high ceilings. The initial impression was very favorable about the location and the apartment itself. It appeared to be recently renovated and was nicely set up and spacious, the furniture was clean and comfy. The apartment itself was great - but, the customer service was poor (they had ZERO interest in responding to our communication), basic items were missing and clothes washing machine did not work. We were there 4 night/5 days and after we reached out to them about what was missing and not working, they ignored us completely after the first day. The unit was missing basic supplies: no kitchen towels for drying dishes in the kitchen, no kitchen paper towels, not enough dishwashing liquid (2 tables spoons is not enough for 5 days), no hand soap in the bathroom (after we asked for soap, they insisted they had left some for us even though they hadn't), There were no kitchen knives for cooking (only butter knives), the stove light doesn't work, the light over the counter is completely missing a light bulb, there were no basic amenities for cooking (no oil, no salt, no pepper, etc. we bought and then left items for the next guest). There was very little water pressure in the shower, which made it difficult to shower. We secured this unit so we would have the ability to wash clothes, but the clothes washing machine did not work at all (it turned on, but the water was not connected), there was no drying rack (which we would have needed IF the clothes washer had been working). We reached out to them a couple of times, but they completely ignored our messages after the first day. The day after we reached out to them, I saw their cleaning service in the morning and held the door open for them as they came in (they have about 7 units in the building we stayed in) - and again, they made NO effort to address any of our concerns. Such a pity, someone paid a ton of money to renovate a beautiful apartment- but their property management company doesn't care about their guests or their needs. We are disappointed as what should have been a wonderful stayed was tainted by people who don't care and were rude by not responding to our email outreach.

• Nikolina (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is at the perfect location, right at the centre so for going around the city we didn't need to use public transportation which is a plus. The apartment was clean and the beds very comfortable. Windows are sound proof so even being at a busy spot, we coudn't hear any outside noise despite being in a busy street. (Bear in mind I'm a light sleeper!) The bathroom is very spacious. Aircon in both the living room and bedroom kept everything at a comfortable temperature during the hot days. Everything is as shown on the pictures. The check in process was very easy and we recived all the needed info via whatsapp. I would reccomend choosing this accomodation for exploring Malaga!

The location is excellent - very central with all the best bars, restaurants and attractions only a few minutes walk. The company was also very helpful in sending instructions on how to access the apartment well in advance of us arriving No complaints whatsoever.
• World_to_travel (9/5): Great centrally located apartment! - Truly nice apartment, well located in heart of downtown, 3rd floor, super quality windows for noise isolation, working well even during very busy days over Christmas and New Year eve. Spacious, modern apartment, with all you need even for longer stay, new elevator, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, cooking, small traditional style balcony. Enjoyed a lot. Superior communication from owner over WhatsApp, well managed process. Only as FYI for other quests - in case you need to use car often, bit more tricky from garage and distant, but east to get used to it. But do not expect to carry much stuff around.
• Mireya (6/5): The location was excellent but the overall service was subpar. - An excellent location! Basics were not provided as they typically are for apartment vacation rentals such as coffee packs, salt, sugar. We were a family of three and stayed for two weeks; we did not have sufficient dishwashing fluid, toilet paper, or immediate access to the washer to launder our towels & clothes as the one in our apartment was broken. We were not provided with garbage bags so we used grocery bags we received from our shopping then were instructed to walk around a few blocks to throw our garbage out.
• Daniel (8/5): Would definitely stay there again if i go back to Malaga - You can’t beat the location. It’s in the centre of all the nightlife, restaurants and shops are outside your door. The bedroom was a good size and comfortable. The staff is easy to be reached on whatsapp and available to give you info. Consider you are surrounded by restaurants and bars, which doesn’t make it the quietest stay. But i don’t mind it All good

The host promptly arranged for a handyman to come over and fix it the very next day. They were always available to answer my questions on WhatsApp. I highly recommend this place! Nothing
