• Regis (9/5): Amazing host and amazing apartment, problems were manageable and miniscule - The apartment was clean and homely. Right in the dead centre of Malaga, the price i paid is insanely good. Javier ( The Host) was so helpful and answered any questions i had during my trip. An unexpected positive would be that i felt super secure due to the security of the location The shower had to be "Recharged" every so often as the hot water didn't last very long, so we had to let it be in between our group having showers.
• Yvonne (10/5): - The apartment was well situated, comfortable, clean and well equipped. The bedroom was a separate room which is always better and the kitchen, whilst small, had a good working surface and everything you require. The bathroom had a window and plenty of room for your toiletries It was a second floor without a lift although the stairs were easy to climb.

• Heike (6/5): wichtig, zu wissen - - zweckmäßige und wie beschriebene Ferienwohnung - sehr geignet für Leute, die das Nachtleben der Altstadt genießen möchten - leider über 42 Stufen erreichbar (kein Lift) - alle Fenster zeigen auf Innenhöfe eines sehr hellhörigen Wohnkomplexes - Ferienwohnung liegt zwar in einer ruhigen Nebenstraße, aber trotzdem kann man die Geräuschkulisse der sehr schönen und quirligen Altstadt besonders an den Wochenenden in der Nacht wahrnehmen, was ein Schlafen bei offenem Fenster unmöglich macht - in der Wohnung direkt unter der Ferienwohnung wohnt eine in den Nachmittags-und Abendstunden (bis weit nach 22 Uhr) sehr laute Familie, die vom Vermieter als sehr unhöflich bezeichnet wird, sodass man sich nicht getraut, dort um Ruhe zu bitten (wir haben deshalb unseren Aufenthalt 4 Tage früher als geplant beendet)

• Sharon (6/5): - We liked the closeness to the centre. Apartment was very noisy from the apartment above. Not a place to stay if your looking peace and quiet. Struggled to get the apartment warm via the heating system. Couldn't get tv to work. Finally put it down to the remote control needing new batteries. Bathroom needs a bit of work doing to the ceiling and the vanity unit but shower really good and plenty of hot water.

• Yassir (6/5): Prima als je veel de hort op gaat, niet zozeer voor herhaling vatbaar - Super centraal gelegen, alles was erg makkelijk te bereiken en er was een fijn bed. Redelijke faciliteiten in het appartement en best wel ruim voor 2 personen. Check-in was telefonisch en chaotisch. Er werd een code doorgegeven via de telefoon. Deur ging steeds niet open en het systeem leek erg verouderd. Je moest altijd een sleutel hebben voor de stroom dus je kon eigenlijk nooit individueel de deur uit. Badkamer zat bij aankomst onder de haren en de TV werkte niet. Het appartement is gelegen in een gedeeld complex met vaste bewoners die elke dag tot diep in de nacht aan het schreeuwen waren. Ook was er maar 1 handdoek per persoon voor 2 nachten. Bij de check-out moest je de sleutels binnen laten, terwijl je beneden nog de sleutels nodig had voor 2 deuren om überhaupt het complex uit te komen, beetje onhandig.
• Miguel (5/5): Un alojamiento insatisfactorio por la sensación de dejadez antes los inconvenientes aparecidos - La limpieza y ubicacion La TV no funcionaba y en toda una semana no fueron capaces de solucionar el problema ni de cambiar por otra TV.. ante mi solicitud de toallas nuevas alegaron que para estancias cortas no cambian toallas… pase 7 días y 7 noches y sinceramente no se cuanto tiempo es una estancia larga o corta o cuantas veces suelen ducharse los huéspedes que alojan… pero para mi gusto deberían de haber hecho al mínimo un cambio de toallas.

• Annika (8/5): Perfekter city trip - Super zentral, unkomplizierte Abwicklung, netter Gastgeber - gut erreichbar! Danke dafür. Die Wohnung ist zu 2. oder 3. ideal zu 4. ist es etwas beengt. Einziger Kritikpunkt die Handtücher waren zu wenig (2 große und 2 kleine) - genau wie Toilettenpapier
• Eimear (6/5): - This is located in a great central area just off the main square. It felt safe to walk around at night. The host was very helpful and checked us in remotely. The bed was comfy and good air conditioning and shower. The property is much darker than the photos and a bit worn. It was very loud upstairs and in the communal courtyard. There were many earwigs in the hallway. None in the apartment though thankfully. You have to take two flights of stairs up which is a lot with luggage so just be aware.

• Jana (9/5): - Veľmi sa mi páčila lokalita, zariadenie, komunikácia s majiteľom. Ubytovanie je bez výhľadu na ulicu a ťažko sa vetrá. Taktiež ulička, na ktorej sa ubytovanie nachádza, je tichšia a sedávali v blízkosti asi 10 - 20 metrov od vchodu 2 bezdomovci.

• Loubana (6/5): - Je n’ai pas du tout apprécié le manque de ponctualité du responsable de l’établissement, qui m’a laissé attendre plus d’une heure avant de m’envoyer le code d’accès à l’appartement. De plus, le bruit des voisins la nuit a fortement perturbé mon séjour.

• Graham (6/5): The apartment was clean but tired. The property entrance was old and dirty looking. It is in the middle of a large pedes - The central position. No personal presence of host. He was at the property, but all communication was by phone. He did not answer me when I asked for a plug for the kitchen sink to be able to wash up and only one hand towel between two people in the bathroom and one shower towel each for four nights stay.
• Diana (10/5): We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this property to anyone. - The host was really good at communicating, the check-in was really smooth. The property was very nicely laid out and clean, it had everything one may need on vacation. Four people could sleep comfortably. Beautiful courtyard with a fountain before entering the building. Top location in the old city center. Some of the neighbors were quite loud some of the days.

• Jan (9/5): Superb - Great location, right in the historic centre. Good value for money. The apartment is quite dark and depending on the neighbours, can be noisy.

• Taila (6/5): I will not return - The location was great, and the place is very much like the pictures, but a bit older. So, all in the pictures look brighter and newer. The shower had great pressure. We were teleworking, and the table was sufficient big for 2 to comfortably work there. There is no elevator, and the key to entering the apartment is extremely tricky (very difficult to open). Very irresponsible behavior: We paid the late check-in and arrived into the informed hour interval, around 1.00 am. Even though we had a terrible 1 hour calling the host and nobody responded (more than 50 calls and some messages). We had to give up and look for a hotel close by to at least have where to sleep. More than 1 hour later, the host called me, apologized, and at least returned the costs we had in this extra night in a hotel. We could only do the check-in in the day after, during lunch time (during our break from work). This was a very inconvenient situation that created a lot of stress to us!
• Kostić (8/5): Very good - The apartment is in the very center of Malaga in a quiet street. It is very clean, tidy. The host is available for negotiation. The bed in the living room is very uncomfortable. so much so that your spine hurts after sleeping. the apartment is smaller and I would not recommend it for 4 people.
