Le canapé lit vraiment très très moyen... La propreté de la vaisselle vraiment mauvaise...

• Aidan (3/5): Misleading listing, limited pool access, no sunbeds, noisy building, poor security, unhelpful host - The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and in a good location for exploring Málaga. It had everything we needed for a short stay, except the pool which is what people will book for. If you want a pool, we highly recommend not going for this place. The rooftop pool was not as advertised. Although the listing says it’s “open all year,” it actually has very limited hours (10am–2pm and 4pm–10pm), and there were no sunbeds or deck chairs available because it’s “not summer season.” None of this was mentioned in the property description, which made it very misleading — the pool area was one of the main reasons we booked this apartment. When we raised the issue, the host refused to help or offer any goodwill gesture, saying it wasn’t their responsibility. Very disappointing experience overall.
• Oliver (8/5): - Der Kontakt war freundlich und jederzeit ansprechbar und hilfsbereit. Die Booking App, in der alle Informationen zum Check-in hinterlegt waren, war einfach und intuitiv zu bedienen. Auf Nachfragen via WhatsApp wurde sofort geantwortet. Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr gut für Ausflüge ins Zentrum. Die Wohnung ist nett eingerichtet. Ein Smart TV ist vorhanden, wurde von uns in der Zeit jedoch nicht genutzt. Gutes WLAN ist vorhanden. Die Ausstattung ist teils unpraktisch, da zwar Wasserkocher und Toaster vorhanden sind, jedoch keine Steckdosen in der Küchenzeile verbaut wurden. Man muss die Steckdosen am Boden im Wohnbereich nutzen. Teilweise sind die Abdeckungen der Küchenzeile schief und behinderten das Öffnen der Schubladen. Die Wohnung sehr hellhörig.

• Máté (8/5): Very good - Check-in and check out process: perfect Location: perfect Equipment: perfect Pool: good There is no soundproof, so you can hear your neighbours (singing or laughing in the evening). Since the apartment is next to front door so you can hear the all incoming and outgoing people. You can entry to the apartment with a token, but a lot of cases the token is not perceived by the perceivor so sometimes we waited more minutes to entry. Other guests were in same situation. Sofa bed creaked

Swimming pool on roof top is very clean but cold. Just 18 minutes walk from train station and 20 minutes walk till beach.
• Aine (10/5): A perfect home from home in Málaga - Everything about this stay was easy, helpful staff-very fast at getting back to any messages, we went for the self check in option as we were late but it was more than easy. You get step by step instructions and we were in the apartment in about 2 minutes after getting dropped off. A spacious apartment for us which was a couple with a baby and the couch can be converted too! Spotlessly clean, so close to the main tourist area, supermarket close by, lovely cafes, lovely restaurants, bars. Just a great little gem in Málaga. Nothing, would have stayed longer.

• Clare (8/5): Very good - The apartment was just want we needed for out 4 night stay in the city. It was clean and the location was great. I would stay here again if we were to visit Malaga again. I will also suggest it to friends and family if they are traveling there. If there was two bits of criticism they would be that there is little natural light and it’s missing a socket in the kitchen area for the kettle.

• Brenda (9/5): A surprisingly spacious apartment with a comfortable bed. - The apartment was attractively furnished in a simple, modern style. It was designed in the Spanish style to keep cool in hot weather so felt rather dark. But close to many small plazas with seating to enjoy the sun. There is a branch of Dia supermarket 5 minutes walk away on C. Carretaria with a good selection of fresh bread, vegetables, meat etc. The apartment was a 15-20 minute walk from many major sites of interest but away from the biggest crowds. If arriving on the train from the airport to Alameda Central, the C. Carrateria is a straightforward 25 minute walk to get to the apartment without getting lost in the small streets of the historic centre. Ring the Homely Malaga office 15 minutes before you expect to arrive so they can meet you with the keys. The pool was open only for certain hours.

The flat is on the ground floor, just next to the main entrance and there was a lot of noise when people were passing by. Also, there was not enough hot water to take a shower for 2 people. TV wasn't working and I couldn't practice my Spanish

The location is close to the city centre, and the street is not as busy and loud as some of the other reviews say. Our baby slept unbothered The bathroom could be improved a bit, the light was making a strange noise when turned on and we saw a couple of small cockroaches but giving the old buildings that could happen anywhere in Malaga

• Linda (5/5): OK but would not return - Reasonably priced. Had use of roof top pool if required. No welcome pack - a carton of milk, as a minimum would have been good. An interior apartment on ground floor, which meant we had to keep blinds closed to stop people seeing in. Felt like we were in a cell.
• Bianca (5/5): Many cockroaches - The check-in was quick and easy, the girl welcoming us was very friendly and nice. Apartment has everything you may need. We were worried about the internet as the rating was very low, however it worked perfectly (we worked remotely for 3 days including video-calls at the same time), no lag whatsoever. Location is very good, close to shops, Center etc. I read people complaining about noise - it’s not so bad. Yes you can hear every single person going in or out of the building, as well as cars passing by, but with the windows closed, it’s okay. We slept ok in this regard. There are two reasons why I give a low rating: -many cockroaches: we killed in total 11 cockroaches during our 8 nights stay, I think the apartment/building is infested. They usually got out during the night/evening, every time we went to the bathroom after a long period there were one or two on the floor moving. On one day we killed one in the kitchen as well. The first day I said I won’t give a low rating just because of one or two cockroaches, but then it happened every single night.. it was not pleasant at all, especially since bedroom is near the bathroom. -noooo light at all, believe me, at all. In the photos it looks nice (which the apartment is!), but there is no light in the apartment. It’s situated on a narrow street with the building across the street very close, you cannot tell if it’s day or night. It gives a weird feeling, if you’re booking for a vacation, I suggest skipping it since it will not give you a “holiday feeling” at all unfortunately.

• Karen (4/5): Disappointing - The place was ver clean and staff were very nice. The apartment was right by the front door so lots of noise and you cannot sleep even if you tried . I would recommend ear plugs to sleep. Constant banging of the building door and traffic

Apartment needs a bit of renovation: toilet seat was broken, one light abowe the bed didnt work. Pool is far away from the apartment, full of people, no place to stay there. For us not usefull at all.

• Karen (10/5): An unforgettable weekend. - Property super-clean, host very quick to communicate, comfortable and enjoyable stay in Malaga in perfect location. Although it was in the centre of town it was very quiet. I was a little disappointed about the swimming pool size.

The use of a washing machine was also a bonus! The ground floor apartment caught a lot of noise from the stairs nearby and neighbors above, and the floor wasn't very clean.
• Inese (7/5): Good - Nice apartment, good location (in the centre, near beaches), responsive and friendly staff, good swimming pool (especially for the kids) Thin walls, the apartment is located in the first floor (near the street) so in the night we heard a lot of noises in the street. Due to the same reason (location in the first floor) there was also not so much light in apartment.

• Iris (8/5): Very good - The location was great. So was the fact there was an undergrount parking. The apartment itself is large, with lots of storage available. So one can come with 1-2 kids for a long stay. The kitchen contained almost everything needed (though there is no outlet located in a reasonable place if you want to use an electric kettle/toaster etc). A bit too noisy. The apartment is located on the ground floor, right next to the patio and the main door of the building. Each time anybody opened the main door, it sounded like if they try to open the apartment's door. We could also hear people talking outside, or walking in the apartment above.
• Juras (7/5): Good location, pretty comfortable, but overrated - Situated in the old town, close to restaurants. Clean and simple interior with a comfortable bed and other furniture. The "private" pool is shared by the whole appartment complex, located on the roof (4 floors of stairs). Furthermore it is very small and shallow, with no seating around, so you will be sunbathing on concrete. The appartment is located on the ground floor inside a complex and there is barely any light reaching the windows so it is dark in the morning and you never see the sun. Sound isolation is bad, we had to use earplugs to get proper sleep.

• Sarah (8/5): Well equipped, clean and well located apartment, with added bonus of a small pool. - Great location - easy to walk round the old town. Very clean and well equipped for self catering. Handy having a roof top pool to cool off in. Bit noisy as the room was in a courtyard and the insulation isn't great, so you can hear people passing and plumbing noises. Nothing ear plugs couldn't sort out! Shame the pool didn't have any chairs to sit on around it.

The staff are all very friendly, the owner Marga and the girl who gave the Keys. - no sunbed at the swimming pool. - the walls are thin so when people take the shower or speak you can hear not the best when they came back late during the night. As a suggestion, 1 tall mirror is missing.
