• Demian (6/5): Para corta estancia y cercanía a los parques está bien - La ubicación es muy buena está cerca de los parques, shopping y accesible para llegar rápido a varios sitios La falta de limpieza, cajones llenos de grasa, del fregadero salieron cucarachas, en los cajones debajo del fregadero había escrementos de algún animal que no quisimos descubrir y no lo abríamos había demasiado polvo en rieles repisas armarios, las ventanas mejor no abrirlas , las literas las camas de arriba no llevaban doble sábana y el mobiliario de baños cocina bastante dañados, los utensilios de cocina para preparar comida es bastante justo

• Leandro (6/5): - Localização e o atendimento do proprietário. O apartamento estava limpo apenas onde enxergava. Embaixo da geladeira, fogão, máquinas, tudo muito sujo.
• Alexandra (1/5): - The windows were broken, very old, dirty and couldn't be opened. The heating was also very old and very loud. The blankets had a very strong smell. There were insects in the kitchen and the bathroom. The loggia looked like a cage. We didn't feel comfortable at all.

• Madalynn (5/5): Convenient, but at what cost? - The location had good proximity to the airport and other attractions. The condo included the amenities pictured. It was nice having the space to spread out among two rooms and two bathrooms. There is a gated entrance for the property which made it feel more secure. The property could definitely use a deep clean. The base boards were extremely dirty and the floors didn’t feel clean. The beds were very hard and uncomfortable for sleeping. The cherry on top was the upstairs neighbors being incredibly loud into the early hours of the morning. The last night we stayed there we weren’t able to get any sleep before our 7:30 AM flight. Like a previous guest explained, most of the noise came from a child running back and forth across the apartment, as well as furniture being moved around. It’s hard to have a good stay when you aren’t getting any sleep. We also found that many things in the unit were “landlord specials”, such as many of the light switches being super glued on.

• Vivian (1/5): Unit needed cleaning and general maintenance, Complex showed widespread neglect and disrepair. - Convenient location for Universal Studios and other Orlando attractions. In-unit washer and dryer were appreciated. Booking was for seven nights, vacated after three due to unacceptable conditions. The unit needed cleaning and general maintenance - dripping faucets, laundry door wouldn't stay closed, hot/cold water reversed in secondary bathroom shower. More critical, the complex showed significant neglect and disrepair throughout with boarded windows, broken blinds, sheet-covered windows, and trash scattered throughout the grounds—including a shopping cart filled with boxes and garbage. The owner disclosed the day before charging the reservation that the unit directly behind his, visible from the dining/living area, was being evicted due to neglect. While this was portrayed as an isolated issue, similar conditions were prevalent throughout the property. There was a general feeling of not being safe outside, especially after dark.

• Cody (8/5): Spacious apartment, but could use some touch ups. - The apartment was spacious. The full kitchen came in handy during breakfast and snack time. The two bathrooms came in handy and the kids loved the bunk beds. The gated entrance and security was a nice thing too. The washer and dryer helped a lot after beach days. The themed rooms and arcade game were a nice addition and having a tv in every room was nice come relaxation time. There were no fans in any room to help circulate air and the master bedroom didn’t get as cool as the rest of the house. Not a huge deal, but a small inconvenience. The biggest issue was no fault of the owner, but the upstairs neighbor. I don’t know if it was the floors being thin or just a heavy footed kid, but we had to listen to a child or children run from one side of their apartment to the other over and over until after midnight some nights. Them dragging things across the floor sounded like it was right next to you and would drown out the tv. The main bed wasn’t comfortable and felt like it had lumps or boards on both sides that you could feel when rolling over. The couch bed wasn’t comfortable about as comfy as a couch bed can be, which isn’t very.

• Kathy (10/5): Pleasant stay and good location - This is our second time using a Centauri Vacation Rental and we were very pleased. The place was comfortable and easy to access. The location is perfect for what we needed and the host is very helpful. We especially liked the video game! Definitely recommend.

• Atul (9/5): A cozy quiet stay in a nice neighborhood with access to main attractions. - The room was cozy, clean and the antique vibe was nice. instructions were clear. there was a nice coffee making setup and a kitchen with essentials. The bathroom room door could not be locked by design. When we share the room with friends or colleagues this is a problem. The stairs are steep if people have big luggage to be lifted up to the room.

• Dudu (8/5): Nice fair stay in Orlando's most convenient location! - The location was near most places we would go visit in Orlando making it very convenient. The apartment was exactly like the photos posted here. The host kept in contact to make everything as easy as possible. I didn't quite like the community where the property is in, although I had no problems in there whatsoever. As I said, I would stay there again if I was going to Orlando.
• Steven (1/5): Would not stay there at all. - NOTHING! This property looked great on the pictures. But when we walked in it smelt like Cat Dander , there was roaches in the bathroom & the floors were not cleaned. Both my kids have severe allergies and already were starting to cough.! I contacted the owner & just stated that's it's hot and that shouldn't be surprised there are roaches. & stated no animals in the home previously but obviously if my kids start having an allergic reaction there's something wrong. The location is in the ghetto which I read in the reviews but all you heard was loud music and the parking lot was even dirty. We didn't even stay at the property and walked out 30 min later.

• Jasmin (7/5): Good - Parking was always available. First floor easy access. Spacious unit. Comfortable beds. Not enough extras in the kitchen. Only the bare basics were provided. Make sure to bring your own seasonings and coffee. I found several roaches in the kitchen cabinets. Found a few dead roaches on the floor. Need to provide extra bedding and blankets. Bathrooms need some TLC, shower faucet was loose with peeling caulking, knobs for shower are tricky and do not function as intended. Accessing the front gate instructions were not clear.

• Steve (9/5): Great accommodations for families. - The apartment itself was very spacious and very nicely decorated and equipped. I so appreciated the supply of coffee, sugar, creamer and spices. The toiletries in the bathrooms were nice. Great location for access to theme parks and activities. The owner was awesome in his communication. More than adequate parking. The neighborhood did not match the property description and I was surprised by the discrepancy but wouldn’t know how to describe that. The chlorox smell and residue was so strong. I would highly recommend switching to non-toxic cleaning products.

• Sehar (7/5): Good apartment - Spacious, clean, well equipped, close to Universal. Bernard is a wonderful host. He answered all our questions, provided timely information and stayed in touch. Price was very decent for being close to Universal (15 minutes without and 20 minutes with traffic). High quality wifi and comfortable furniture. Apartment building is a little run down (though once you are inside it is fine). Neighbor is noisy and loud music comes on at random times. Especially noisy on weekends.

• Mrs.drew (8/5): Nice quiet place but surrounding is "" - The apartment itself was very nice. The owner keeps it clean and neat. Very spacious for my family of five. The area is quiet and peaceful. I would recommend it to others that I know wouldn't have a problem with the area. The view in the back yard was nothing to look at. Someone's furniture was thrown everywhere. I know it was out of the owners control but a warning would have been nice.

HAD TO USE OUR OWN!!! THE AREA IS VERY SCARY AND DANGEROUS .. THE TENANTS ABOVE US WAS FIGHTING WENT INTO THE STREETS!! GARBAGE IN FRONT OF APARTMENT AND BACK!! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO STAY AT THIS RUN DOWN HORRIBLE PLACE..!!!! NOTHING! DIRTY THE PLACED SMELLED LIKE URINE! THE ONE WORKING BED HARD AND DIRTY!!! MY 80 YEAR OLD MOTHER AND 75 YEAR OLD AUNT HAD TO SLEEP ON THE FLOOR WITH THEIR COATS!!!NO WIFI INTERNET AS THEY CLAIMED!! THE AREA WHERE APARTMENT IS LOCATED IS DANGEROUS, SKETCHY AND RUN DOWN!!! • Thao (9/5): It was a nice condo. warm and cozy, beds comfortable. Host very nice. Some small stuffs will make me feel more like home - The host very nice, kind and helpful and checking on us to make sure we are get in and comfortable with the area and the condo. They provided most utilities and materials needed such as: coffees, sugars, creamer, coffee machine, detergent, dish washer liquid, cups, glassware, plates, utensils, towel paper, trash bags, shampoo, conditioner, bar soap, toilet paper, towels. Needs utensils ( more folks, scissor) Needs new towels( too old and bad shaped- wear and tear) One light bulb is burned out. Needs a broom and or sweeping available for the kitchen. in case of water leaking, the floor towel( one in the main bathroom and in the kitchen area) is the plus. The dryer may need couple cycles to dry.
• Matt (6/5): we felt unsafe unpacking our belongings upon arrival and that anxiety remained each time we returned to the apartment ev - it had a kitchen and new washing machine and dryer, fridge was good, were spartan was close to universal, water pressure and heat was good musty smell on arrival didn’t go away despite using a can of air spray, the rugs in each bedroom kept shedding as you walked on them, the oven was not clean, mould on shower curtain in main bath, light switches that don’t work, only two metal forks in the kitchen. left over groceries in cupboard, sofas in tv room were badly stained and we covered them with blankets off the bunks to be able to sit on them. Housing estate apartment is located in is filled with broken down cars, driveways have potholes, rubbish strewn around and security entry gate is open 24/7
