• Ebenenezer (10/5): very amazing - The place is very comfortable and makes you feel like living in your own house. very suitable for a family vacation and will definitely come back. Courier services to the place should be improved since the courier companies don't have the access code to the main gate, but later FOUND way round it.

• Keisha (5/5): Not coming back - The staff was great and that I was allowed to check in early, but it was a fee. It was so hot at night in the apartment and also it was nothing like the last time I visited. I had my family with me, and most were my kids. They were complaining about being hot while we were there. We had to put the ceiling fans on plus the air. It dust on my fan. My husband was mad. My kids were still hot. I don't think I will be coming back again. I wasn't pleased. The pool was out of order. I wish someone would have informed me on that. When we had to hear it from the nice staff that we had to go to another resort to swim.

• Jean (9/5): Superb - It was spacious and homey. If the minor things I mentioned in the negative comments were in place, it would have been a 10. The master bedroom bed had a broken frame in the middle, so the bed sagged. My mother is handicapped so the bathroom had no hand grips for her to use. We had to go out and buy stuff for her to use. The main bathroom had so much hair in the drain that wasn't cleaned out it backed up the water going down the drain. The 2 twin beds were rickety. Also, we got to gate for the condo and never received the gate code. Thank goodness someone answered the phone and gave us the code to get in.

• Mahadeo (10/5): Safe clean comfortable vacation place. Would definitely return. - Was able to prepare meals as a full kitchen with all utensils was provided. Clean, spacious, comfortable, safe environment, easy access to supermarket and shopping, comfortable beds etc, adequate supply of bath towels and pool towels. There was nothing to not like.
• Abidemi (7/5): The prompt availability of Casiola staff on the property to help was upsetting. - Location was reserved and luxurious. Close to a supermarket Casiola had no staff on ground at the resort. We needed help to get the air condition working again and there was no landline in the condo to reach them, we had to walk down to the club house and ask managers of the other properties in the resort to help dial their number and wait another 2 hours before the repair team came. They also did not leave extra bedsheets and pillow cases to replace whenever we wash the ones there. So there is no bedsheet to lie down and sleep on while washing and drying.
