• Pam (8/5): Lovely apartment that a few small tweaks would improve. - Very secure, sound proofed, (couldn't hear neighbouring tents) comfy beds, great shower, lovely flooring and furnishings. Very comfortable and Plenty of table ware to cook 'at home' if you want. 2 mins walk to great foodmarket. Lovely cafes / shops near by. Easy walk to many more. Plenty of hanging storage. Great communication from management. The advert gave the impression of the apartment having a small balcony with table and chairs. (Main reason we choose this over 3 we considered) NO balcony, we were disappointed. Really bad-pouring kettle! Coffee perculator not comparable with Induction hob. (Worked by placing it into a saucepan to conduct the heat). Nowhere in main bedroom to unpack 'smalls' or set cosmetics or lotions. - these are all small things but given the name and cost need mentioned.

No consiguieron abrirnos el portal a distancia.Dijeron de mandar a alguien y no apareció nadie. Gracias a un vecino pudimos entrar.Después de estar en el portal más de una hora.

• Christine (9/5): - Emplacement et confort de l appartement Nous voyageons souvent a Malaga et privilégions cet appartement. Toutefois durant ce séjour de 7 jours nous avons été surpris de n avoir que 2 rouleaux de papier toilette et uniquement 2 linges de bain ce qui est un peu juste.
• Tone (8/5): - Well equipped flat with everything we needed. Centrally located. Once we learned to master the entrance doors everything went smoothly. Office staff went out of their way to help us. Good idea to make a note of the office phone number as you may need it. Especially loved the hardwood floors and the towel heater in the bathroom. Nothing to dislike.

Huoneisto on siisti, valoisa, viihtyisä ja rauhallinen. Sängyt erittäin mukavat ja huoneiston varustelu riittävä. Ei luxusta, mutta toimivaa. Vaikka emme tavanneet ketään, asiakaspalvelu toimi hienosti ja joku vastasi aina nopeasti kaikkiin kysymyksiin. Talon ala-aulassa päivystävä vahtimestari lisää turvallisuuden tunnetta. Joudun käyttämään rollaattoria ja pyörätuolia. Tätä ajatellen huoneisto on sokkeloinen ja oviaukot ovat kapeita. Ovet myös aukeavat toistensa tielle, joten liikkuminen on hankalaa. Kylpyhuone on melko pieni ja suihkuun on kynnys. Emme toiveistamme huolimatta saaneet yhtään lisäaikaa lähtöpäivänä. Roskien vieminen viimeisenä aamuna tuntui myös turhalta, kun siivooja tuli ovella vastaan (keräyspisteet sijaitsevat vähän kauempana kuten näissä kaupungeissa yleensä)
• Michael (10/5): Our stay was amazing. The place was very clean and was perfect for us. - The location is the best part of this booking. You’re right in the center of the walking only area so it was really nice to go downstairs and be in the thick of it. If you are parking here, it is a little bit of a nightmare. We had a car because we were doing day trips. If you are staying in Malaga then you shouldn’t need a car but if you do drive here, you will want a sedan for sure. The parking has pretty silly spots where you have to reverse several times to get through and not hit the cars in front and to the side of you.

El departamento es amplio, esta muy bien decorado y tiene todo lo necesario para poder cocinar. Cuenta con lavarropa, y te dejan los insumos para el mismo. Excelente lugar, volveriamos sin dudarlo.

• Antonio (9/5): - Su situación y que tuviese parking aunque como en nuestro caso el coche era grande es muy justo para aparcar y si las demás plazas están ocupadas había que ir marcha atrás en rampa en curva. La cuna de la niña y el colchón que era una colchoneta, tuvimos que poner una manta debajo.
• Jelle (9/5): Mooi appartement op mooie plek. - Het appartement ligt mooi in het oude centrum van Malaga. Voor het pand is één van beste churreria's van Malaga en een grote versmarkt op 50 meter. De host reageerde altijd zeer snel op vragen en enkele kleine problemen. De inrichting was modern en comfortabel. Goede supermarkt op een paar honderd meter. Het enige dat wij kunnen bedenken is dat er is de douche geen enkele ophang haak voor handdoeken te vinden was.

• Irmgard (10/5): Schönes Appartement in idealer Lage - Gute und komfortable Einrichtung. Die Lage ist ideal, Sehenswürdigkeiten, Geschäfte, Restaurants, alles ist zu Fuß bequem zu erreichen. Verwaltung antwortet sofort auf Anfragen, wir konnten schon vor der Zeit ins Apartment und auch später raus, Taxi wurde auch organisiert, alles klappte vorzüglich. Verschiedene Kapseln für Kaffeemaschine sowie Waschmaschinen- und Geschirrspülmaschinen-Tabs gab es auch. Badezimmertür quitscht beim Öffnen, außerdem wären Handtuchhalter praktisch, das vorhandene kleine Gestell und elektr. Handtuchwärmer reichen nicht aus bei den riesigen Badetüchern. 1 oder 2 Flaschen Wasser sowie etwas Salz und Pfeffer für die Gäste wäre angenehm.

• Alicja (10/5): Cichy apartament w samym centrum - Wróciłabym do tego apartamentu. Łatwe wejście, bezkontaktowe, można przyjechać późno (u nas po 21:00). Warto jednak zaznaczyć, że trzeba mieć w telefonie sprawny internet, gdyż pierwsze wejście wymaga odczytania kodu ze strony internetowej apartamentu. Poza tym, przede wszystkim: cicho! Mam bardzo lekki sen, a tutaj spałam jak dziecko. Jest to wyjątkowe, gdyż apartament znajduje się w ścisłym centrum. To ogromny plus, można wskoczyć szybko do mieszkania, coś zostawić i iść dalej. Samo mieszkanie miało jakąś taką pozytywną energię, naprawdę wypoczywałyśmy tam. Wszystkie łóżka bardzo wygodne i ciche. Niczego w apartamencie nie brakuje. Wystrój bardzo oryginalny i gustowny. Obsługa, to bot plus człowiek, ale wszystko bez problemu, na pewno sympatycznie. Kaucja płatna osobno 150 euro, zwrócona na kolejny dzień bez problemu. Bardzo dziękujemy za tak świetny pobyt! • Sheena (10/5): Geweldig appartement, schoon en ruim. En geweldige locatie! - De host kwam zelf langs om sleutels te brengen en een toelichting te geven. Dat was erg fijn. Indien we vragen hadden, was ze ook 24/7 bereikbaar en erg behulpzaam met het toebrengen van artikelen of een taxi regelen. Het huisje was mooi ruim en schoon. Makkelijk te bereiken via een lift en midden in het centrum.

• Debby (10/5): Perfect appartement van alle gemakken voorzien - Perfecte locatie, midden in het bruisende centrum (naast de markthal), wat binnenin het appartement totaal niet hoorbaar was. Zeer net appartement van alle gemakken voorzien. Heerlijke bedden en douche, super communicatie met de eigenaren. Misschien een tip om ook een fles water klaar te zetten wanneer de gasten arriveren, aangezien water uit de kraan drinken niet echt aan te raden is. Wij kwamen laat aan en hadden dat op prijs gesteld. Maar dat was dan ook het enige wat aan te merken is op dit heerlijke verblijf.

Sehr schön eingerichtet. Sehr nette und super schnelle Kommunikation. Einfach von vorne bis hinten suuuuuuuper . Wir kommen bestimmt wieder . Alles super . Nichts zu beanstanden .
• Les (8/5): Good but room for improvement - Location central yet quiet and well appointed would definitely stay here again and will be for a week at end of October They use bots to contact you for everything and security wise a little over the top .Did a tour from Malaga to Sevilla to Cordoba to Granada and back to Malaga staying in similar apartments throughout and didn't have so much contact from any of them as we did from this apartment kept telling me i hadnt filled the form out correctly when the real reason is the security deposit they want no other apartment throughout my tour asked for security deposit for kjHowever once in Apartment it was nice but would not say luxury and the electricity cuts out a lot and had to call them but again a robot at first and then someone instructed us how to reset but it did same thing all 4 days we were there .

• Rebecca (10/5): We had a wonderful stay. - Very central. Good sized kitchen, separate living room with table & chairs, desk, settee and tv. Two bedrooms one with twin beds and one double. Bathroom with shower. Kitchen was equipped with absolutely everything you could want. It would be very useful if you had any children with you as you could sort food for them. I left my Apple AirPods behind and they went above and beyond to make sure I got them back. My door code was extended so I could re-enter and retrieve them. Having to sort my own luggage storage. Having said that I was given advice on how and where to do this.

The bathroom door was broken and would not close (this was the only bathroom / toilet in the apartment). This should have been fixed (so it could at least close) before our arrival.

• Agostina (9/5): - Top location in town, right in the middle of Malaga center. But where many apartments downtown can feel worn down, smelly and very noisy, none of that happens here. The flat has been remodeled with expensive fittings, and everything feels upscale, luxurious and new. Elevator, parking and AC in every room. Great showers and kitchen amenities for cooking. Spotless cleaning. Beautiful terrace overlooking Malaga downtown. The twin beds make noise and are not that comfortable. Would be fine in another apartment but they dont match the luxury feel of this one. There were lots of cleaning supplies (detergents, trash bags, etc) and toilette paper. But we could not find essentials like shampoo/conditioner or handwash.

• Helen (8/5): Fantastic base for a mini break - The location of the apartment is brilliant. Very safe and secure. We caught the train from the airport and it was a 10-15 min walk to the apartment. It's in a great spot, easy to walk to the main street in Malaga but in a quiet area we were not affected by any late night noise. It was about 20 min stroll through the centre to the beach. A fantastic base for exploring the city and with everything a 10-15 min walk away it was ideal. The beds were really comfortable and the air conditioning was very welcome during the siesta. The only thing that was a bit of a shame was the towels were very old - for an apartment which has luxury in the title the towels are far from luxury. All the rest of the linen was pristine, clean and comfortable - such a shame that the towels were not of the same standard. Also, the shower gel dispenser in the shower was empty when we arrived so hadn't been checked when the changeover had done. Luckily we'd brought our own.

There is lack of basic equipment in the bathroom. It's nice apartment on the first sight, on the second sight you will see what needs to be repaired. Overall experience is good.

• Jill (10/5): Best place to stay in Malaga? - Loved the iconic building, the convenient location, the interesting and comfortable furnishings, the two well fitted bathrooms, the corner balcony and the amazing views! The hosts were very kind and helpful. It was a very minor nuisance having to dispose of our rubbish in public bins at the end of our stay. The bed was very comfortable but we prefer mattress protectors that don’t create so much heat!

Lacked mirrors. No side plates etc. My filters included a balcony. The provider (a business) has multiple properties, and so, multiple photos. We did not know which we woukd get. We ended up with no balcony.. Provider said I could have opted to see photos of the available apartment but that was certainly not clear to me when booking

• Chantal (8/5): Fantastic location for an enjoyable stay in Malaga - Location cannot get any better! Nice and spacious apartment. Having a parking inside the building was a plus and entry with key pad at apartment is convenient. Quality of the linen and especially towels - needs to be replaced and upgraded. Also more than 2 capsules of coffee will be appreciated.
• Om (10/5): Fantastic Stay! - Lovely apartment that is soundproofed and has excellent facilities. The shower is great and the beds are comfy. AC & and a nice lounge room.....I would highly recommend this accomodation! I have no negative feedback to offer.
• Bernice (5/5): Not Worth All The Hassle - We stayed in the flat with the balcony. It's a very attractive flat in the centre of all the action. It was clean and the balcony had a nice view. When I had problems the staff were quick to respond and they were helpful with booking taxis. Such a shame that there are so many problems with it as you will see in my comments about what I didn't like. First and foremost I had nothing but trouble with the deposit. They took more than they should have. Then they said I hadn't paid it. Then they agreed I'd paid it when I showed them proof from my bank. Then when I got home, it took days of wrangling with them to get the deposit back. So you have been warned. When we arrived we couldn't get into the flat using any of the codes they gave us and when someone came to let us in the first thing we saw was a pile of dirty towels from the last occupants waiting to be taken away. The sheets on the double bed are too small. The pillows under the covers are very stained. There were only 3 mugs for a 4 person flat - luckily there were only 2 of us. We used the very effective air con and were sent a warning not to set it below 22 degrees - so, Big Brother is watching you remotely. They said this was to not cause electrical problems but I think it was actually a money saving exercise. The flat was incredibly noisy - despite the double glazing and shutters I could only sleep with ear plugs as there is noise outside until the very early hours of the morning and then it starts up again very early at the start of the next day. Even my husband found it hard to sleep and he usually sleeps through everything.

• Oleg (9/5): We had a great stay - The apartment is modern and beautiful. It is very centrally located and well equipped. The terrace was amazing with a great view. Soundproofing in the smaller bedroom was pretty bad. No one could sleep there because of the outside noise (it is a very central location). Soundproofing is much better in the other bedroom and living room
• Claudia (4/5): Despite the good location just too many annoying issues. - Great location and spacious rooms The main door code didn’t work so we could not enter the building first. Then „our“ apartment was already taken by a different party. Property itself was not very clean with ants here and there. Furthermore dish washer didn’t work and sink was leaking. All in all just too many things that were not as expected.

• Dorota (9/5): New apartment located in very centre of Malaga - That apartment is located in very center of lively Malaga city, next to main attractions and entertainment/shopping centers. For travellers the location is very convenient for accessing metro / railway stations enabling access to Andalusian attractions outside Malaga. Rooms are located in new residential building on 4th floor available by lift (and second spare, available via centrally placed stairway). The apartment is protected by either digital codelocks and standard keys, which is quite convenient for the guests. Neighbourhood is shared by locals as well as by other tourists. The apartment is new, same as new is the building it is located in. Equipment is new and fit for purpose. As always, I would like to highlight the washing machine advantage of this place! There is good contact with host (by booking.com chat). You can find all kind of amenities in the kitchen, which is always appreciated. Following should be taken into account: - the bathroom to be fitted with shelves or small closet on empty wall opposite shower cabin, - despite codelocks, additional key set would be helpful and may be provided as standard, - pillows in general demand proper washing as they are covered by layers of stains, - in general, house keeping might be improved (we found soap cartridge empty).

• Yash (10/5): I rate it a 12/10 - Our stay at Malaga Centre Flat Luxury was nothing short of exceptional! Located in the heart of the city, the apartments offered the best location for exploring all that Malaga has to offer. We were within walking distance of many attractions, restaurants, and shops, which made our visit incredibly convenient and enjoyable. The apartments themselves were superbly clean and featured modern amenities that made our stay comfortable and relaxing. Each room was spacious, with comfortable beds that ensured a good night's sleep. The contemporary decor and thoughtful design added to the overall pleasant ambiance. However, the absolute highlight of our stay was our host, Irene. She went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, especially during a bit of a medical emergency we encountered. Her prompt assistance and caring attitude were truly commendable. Additionally, Irene was incredibly helpful with arranging taxis for us, making it easy to get around the city without any hassle. Overall, Malaga Apartments provided an outstanding experience with its prime location, immaculate cleanliness, modern amenities, spacious and comfortable rooms, and the exceptional service from Irene. We highly recommend this venue for anyone looking to enjoy a perfect stay in Malaga!
