• Monique (2/5): - The best thing is the location but that doesn't compensate for the lack of quality of the apartment. On first sight it looks nice but the apartment has ongoing severe problems with the supply of warm water and the drainage of water in the shower. So we had to shower with almost cold water and one bathroom was not available during two days due to blockage and leakage. The washing machine showed a malfunction and the frying pans were not suitable for induction cooking or cooking at all. The management responded quickly every time (I had almost daily contact) by sending a technician and bringing a new pan but some things can not be fixed because they're too old or too damaged and should therefore be replaced. The management should and could be aware of these defects but so far they refused a serious financial compensation (Only a discount of 25% for my next trip). In fact they're ghosting me.

• Faisal (10/5): Exceptional - I really loved the way everything was nearby and walking distance.
• Martin (7/5): Good - The location is really great, walking distance to center. Parking is very convenient, although the space is very tight a requires some skill to park, especially with larger car. The boiler for hot water was a pain. It was losing the flame multiple times even during showering. Moreover, the lighter was nowhere to be found and we had to go hunting for some matches late in the night.
• Amoulaamy (4/5): Very disappointing experience despite a good location! - The only positive point: The location is great and close to everything. We faced several issues during our stay: 1. Main door stuck: We were locked outside for 1 hour and 30 minutes with no help. The owner or manager was unreachable by phone or WhatsApp. Neighbors refused to assist us in opening the main door. 2. Faulty automatic code system: The apartment door showed a low battery warning all time we need to enter, and there was no backup key. We had to wait 25 minutes before we could finally get inside. 3. Poor communication: Despite multiple calls and messages, there was no quick response or support. We were told the issue was due to Wi-Fi, which is unacceptable. 4. Departure day: The cleaning staff asked us to take the trash with us, even though we had already cleaned the apartment, tidied up, washed the dishes, and left everything in good condition. However, the lack of responsiveness and organization made our stay very stressful. I do not recommend this apartment.

• Julita (10/5): Exceptional - The location is excellent. The apartment itself is very spacious, with a well-equipped kitchen and a comfortable living room. The parking is in the same building. Very convenient! The water pressure in bathrooms was very low at times, especially in the evening.

• Allison (9/5): Clean and comfortable in a really great location, walking distance to the train station. - Central location. Very comfy beds.
• Todd (9/5): Spacious and Great Location - Location, very spacious, nice balcony. Host was very helpful and quick reply with answers to any questions. Full kitchen with coffee available. Washing machine and drying rack. Close to Mama’s pizza which was very good and several bakeries. Having a parking garage was wonderful.
