In case the check in is after 22:00 guests will have to pay 30 euros in cash on the arrival for late night check in. After 00:00 guests will wave to pay 50 euros in cash for early morning check in.
The client is informed that the property will exercise the right of admission in the event of a bachelor or birthday party, or various parties, and that it will have to be approved by the property because it is conditioned, that in the event of a bachelor party, or party that is agreed to celebrate, the total payment of the reservation, complete, plus the €500 deposit, it is established that they will be in cash upon arrival at the property in the delivery of keys. -If more than 6 people come, or more than 3 days of reservation, the establishment may choose to charge a deposit of 200 euros.
- If the group to be accommodated, is a bachelor party, the deposit is set at 500 euros to be paid in cash on arrival, and will be returned in the same way at 12:30 pm on departure, after checking the property.
-From 300 euros booking price, the property, may choose to ask for payment in cash on arrival on delivery of keys, and parking.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

El alojamiento está en una zona perfecto para disfrutar Malaga. Para el uso que le ibamos a dar estaba perfecto

- Tatjana (7/5): Amazing location, good for large groups, not for couples - The location is perfect! The host (Javi) was really friendly with many helpful suggestions. He sent instructions before our arrival and met us close to the property and helped us carry our luggage. The car park is some 15-20min walk away from the property so not too bad although it would have been better if it was closer. The property is very basic, it felt like a hostel. Decorations, bedding, towels... everything was on the cheap side. It is suitable for large groups (it has a total of 10 beds!) but not for couple or small groups. I travelled with a friend and we chose 2 it because it had 2 bedrooms and parking. One room had 4 beds and an on-suite bathroom. The other room was basically a corridor with 2 beds. There was no way to blackout that second room as the door between it and the kitchen is made of glass and kitchen has a large skylight. The second bathroom we discovered only on the second day. It is tiny, with a sliding door but has a nice shower. One thing that should be definitely added is a full length mirror and more wall mirrors to make it more practical if there will be 10 people staying at the property.
