• GABRIEL (10/5): IDEAL - El departamento está en un edificio muy tranquilo sin ruidos molestos y en una ubicación ideal, cerca de locales comerciales, plazas, bares y restaurantes. Además Luis y Marcos siempre a predisposición y en contacto permanente desde que reserve el lugar. De seguro regreso!
• Victoria Piriz (3/5): Muchas cosas a mejorar con respecto a la limpieza - Lo mejor del alojamiento es la ubicación, enfrente a la plaza San Martín, ideal para moverte en ómnibus. El alojamiento estaba muy sucio y descuidado, no era lo que esperábamos. Nos quedamos 6 noches, la cortina de la ducha que se supone es blanca estaba llena de hongos, respecto al baño, cada vez que se usa la ducha queda todo el baño empapado porque no tiene separaciones en el suelo. Nos dejaron un repasador en la cocina que era imposible de usar, estaba duro de sucio, los utensilios de cocina tambien estaban sucios, las paredes manchadas. A pesar de quedarnos tantos dias nos dejaron solo 1 rollo de papel higiénico y tuvimos que solicitar que nos cambian por favor las toallas. Otra cosa muy negativa es que se escucha TODO lo que pasa en los otros apto, y están arreglando uno de ellos por lo tanto desde temprano en la mañana ya hay mucho ruido a máquinas, no se descansa bien. Entiendo que es un alojamiento a un buen precio pero lo que estoy pidiendo es una limpieza básica, no que haya olor a perfume.

• Anna (10/5): - El departamento es igual como en las fotos, la ubicación perfecta para explorar la cuidad, todo cerca, Luis fue muy amable, atento y siempre en contacto para resolver cualquier duda
• Melanie (3/5): Poor - It was comfortable and good location-main downtown in Mendoza. First before arriving, I had to called the host several times, he was not even attentive, the day he messaged me was just to arrange the payment. However no instructions from his side, like no interest. The hot water is a tricky part and I had to ask him. The bathroom is everything combined, the toilet and shower together so when you use the toilet everything is wet. The door for the bathroom was not working but gladly we fixed it after 2 days. It can improve if the host pays attention to details so guest can have a better stay.

• Joanna (8/5): Very good - location is great, just by the square park and 5 min. from the high street, kitchen/ dining room separated from bedroom what was nice and a lot of space, super nice owner, easy communication via whatsApp, kitchen fully equipped to cook, downstairs were great empanadas and cakes cafe, many tours can pick you up from this street if you going to winery tours. blue window on the photo must be photoshop as that window is tinted grey with a view on someone's else flat's window 1.5 meters away, it is basically like a court yard window, you cannot see blue sky thru it for sure , drain in the bathroom was a bit higher than the rest of the floor (that's how unfortunately tiles have been put on the floor) what caused flood every time you take shower and it was hard to move that water back to the drain
• Mahatma (9/5): Very good. Location excelent, attencious host and very cosy. The bathroom could be better. - Very well located, cosy and well equiped. The host is very gentile and attencious. The bathroom is a little hard to deal, theres no division between the shower area and the rest of the toillet bowl. Lack of a good light spot in front of the mirrow for girl's make up.
• David (3/5): One of my WORST experiences ever !!! - The apartment's perfect location. 1) No cable channels...ZERO !! 2) Even though on Booking.com we were told that "no prepayment is required"....the owner sent us a message saying if we didn't send him a deposit for 25% of the charge within 72 hours, he would cancel our reservation. 3) We had to pay our balance in CASH. Why? So the owner could avoid an 8% Visa transaction fee! (There's also no tax paper trail that way; Argentina never knows we were there) 4) The bathroom HAD NO SHOWER enclosure, Soapy water just sprayed everywhere, like all around the toilet !!! Our trashcan floated. We were given a MOP to soak-up a RIVER aftee each shower.
