• dania (8/5): Malaga è una fantastica città a misura d'uomo! - L'appartamento è dislocato vicino al centro di Malaga a 5 minuti dal mercato di Atarazanas, camere luminose, con finestre molto ampie due camere con doppio bagno. Il proprietario è accorso subito per risolvere una problematica legata al boiler nonostante fosse domenica, ed è stata apprezzata la tempistica di risoluzione, per il disagio che sfortunatamente si è verificato. L'appartamento era pulito, fornito di dispenser con bagnoschiuma, shampo, asciugacapelli, biancheria da bagno. Come miglioramenti, consiglio zanzariere, si evitano insetti, e le terribili zanzare.

Sin embargo, hay algunas cosas que mejoraría para darle la máxima puntuación: a) La calefación funciona bien, pero no hizo calor en el piso (temperatura templada), y esto en diciembre es un problema, b) Las duchas son pequeñas (muy pequeñas), y sale el agua bien pero sin presión, y donde se sujeta la ducha estaba "medio-roto", aunque funcionaba. El apartamento está bien, pero es un 7 sobre 10. Las camas super-comodas, un 10. El anfitrion super atento en todo momento, la ubicación un 10. • Joan (9/5): - A lovely apartament, very secure and safe. If u like to walk, location was perfect, very central, so close to the Old Town, the promonade & beach. As expected you will have a bit of street noise.

• Paul (10/5): Voor herhaling vatbaar! - Goeie ligging. Vlakbij het centrum en de metro. Was zeer schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien! Fijn 2 badkamers. Woning was goed koel te houden. Sfeervol ingericht.

Walking distance to the beach and city center. Check in process was easy and host was approachable. Kitchen was stalked with vessels and cutlery. The apartment is located on the first floor and there are often disturbances of street level noise. The apartment was a bit dirty and the blankets were very dirty and had stains on them. The shower area common bathroom outside is very very small is it hard to bathe in.

• Pam (8/5): Great location - really easy to walk to the main attractions, bars & restaurants. Safe area. - The location is spot on. You can walk into Centro Historico in 10 minutes, ditto the port and beach area. It's 5 minutes walk from the train station. It felt very safe at night and it's a pretty cool area to stay in - look out for all the art work on nearby buildings. Great restaurants and bars nearby as well as in the Centre - highly recommend a little place right by the train station called Tasca Laska. The beds were comfortable and the air con worked really well. The apartment is a lovely space for 3 sharing. Not at all easy to get access to the apartment as the code only worked with internet access which we didn't have on arrival. The apartment is poorly insulated so outside noise is unavoidable at night. There's a motorbike parking area right below the bedroom too. I used ear plugs and it wasn't too bad. The TV didn't work and we tried several times before giving up. Like other reviewers, we agree that the cleaning wasn't up to standard and the apartment needs a little TLC - big dirty marks on the wall of bedroom 2 (whatever do guests get up to!), broken wardrobe door in main bedroom, surface cleaning only, worn looking towels. Would be a great idea to put a little toiletry unit high up on the shower wall as it's difficult to bend down for shower gel etc in such a tight space.

• Antoine (6/5): Pleasant - Great location, and super close to Malaga Centro. The appartement was clean and beautiful. Super service for check-in and check-out. there was people outside right under the window every night screaming and talking from 8pm-10pm to 2am. The 10 days I was there I sleep 1 good night. Towels were so used that they were leaving white linen on the skin and they smelled . missing some stuff in the kitchen to clean also.

• Richard (10/5): An extremely pleasurable stay in a very comfortable apartment. - Outstanding location close to all facilities, within easy walking distance to centre and harbour with great restaurants and bars. Extremely comfortable rooms and great apartment layout. Very friendly greeting on arrival The only issue was that the shower in the second bathroom was a quite small and took a little getting used to.

• Ulrike (10/5): Fanatic place, lovely neighborhood slightly off centre but super central - Fantastic space for 3-4 people with 2 bathrooms. Well placed. Isabella the host is an amazing communicator, met us on side for keys handover and apartment walk around. Additional to the tips of locations they had ready for all guests, she shared some extra options for quick dinners and bars in the direct proximity. We loved having her as a pint of contact. Unfortunately and out of control of our host, the shop diagonally below the apartment went through a renovation which had heavy duty work noise starting between 7:30-9:00 each morning and lasting all morning (afternoons we weren't there to notice). Not a negativ on the place just an unfortunate coincidence. Minor minus: The twin room was a bit small for 2 people, their luggages and clothes stayed in the living room instead.
• Howard (8/5): Excellent location with a good layout and facilities. - Excellent location. Very close to Old Town, harbour, station for commuter train, station for Metro, supermarket, plus very good restaurants and bars. Apartment building has been refurbished with a large clean stairwell and hallway. Apartment is well laid out, with corridor to bedrooms separated by a door in the hallway and a large living room area. Washing machine, dishwasher, iron and little ironing board were useful as we stayed for quite a while. Shower cubicles are fine to use but on the smaller side. Some kitchen items were broken and old, but they were replaced promptly when I requested new items. Kitchen is fine for simple cooking, but there is not much work surface to prepare food for more complete meals. Apartment was quite dusty when we arrived, but it may have been empty over the Christmas period. It can be a bit noisy at night with people walking home (it is a pretty quiet side street during the day though).
• Judith (10/5): This is one of the best apartments I’ve stayed in . - This is a lovely apartment, on the first floor so no need to use the lift. The location is perfect. Very comfortable beds, no problems at all. Izzy who met us was great, really friendly and helpful. I would love to stay here again. Nothing!

• Gerald (9/5): Amazing city break pad - Great location (both for the downtown area and transport) and nice size apartment. Management is responsive and very friendly - easy check in and out.
• Beata (9/5): Good location - Great location, close to main attractions, train and bus stations, restaurants and the beach. Bright and comfy apartament. You should notice that one should take their own tea, coffee, salt and pepper, and toileters (only soap availabe).
• Dora (8/5): Very good - Comfy and spacious apartment, with cozy beds and nice common room. The location was great for reaching the old town center and the closest beach on foot (10-15 min) It was very noisy even with the windows closed and the wooden blinds shut, not the neighbours but from the outside. At night you can hear people talking and walking outside on the pavement (the apartment was on the first floor), so if you have small children maybe be aware of that. The TVs weren't smart so only local channels, no netflix or other internet channels.
