- Irina (5/5): - The location is very convenient, and everything is within walking distance. A good washing machine, everything you need for cooking and cleaning. There is a garbage disposal nearby, and there are containers for sorting garbage. This apartment has virtually no windows- they open onto a wall. Light comes mainly from the ceiling above the bed, which is a frosted transparent ceiling stained with rainwater. The drain in the shower works terribly, and there is a bad smell coming from the toilet. The furniture is quite old, and the sofa is worn out. The carpet needs to be replaced- it is stained, and it is unpleasant to walk on barefoot. It is definitely not worth the money. Its only advantage is its location.
- Elizabeth (4/5): Great location, impossible to sleep due to noise - Good location close to the heart of old town. All amenities in the apartment we needed. Keyless entry. Location was right next to an all night club that played music until 6am. We could literally feel the bed vibrating all night. The "11pm-8am quiet hours" is laughable considering I could not sleep at all on Friday night.
Side note, don't turn on the a/c in the bedroom because it made the room smell like urine. Incredibly perplexing. The smell went away as soon as we turned the a/c off.

- Agata (3/5): Lots of deferred maintenance, needs renovation - Location was very good, walking distance to Malaga attractions The location of the place is very convenient on the edge of old town but the quality of the apartment is below any hotel standard, I would not even give it one star. Furniture is falling apart, cheap ikea dressers barely standing, and completely useless in tiny bedroom, no bedside lights, scuffed up walls, laminate floor lifting in some places. Remote controls for lights and fans are falling open when moved. Cleaning mop and broom in the middle of living area, the dish drainer inside the cabinet is rusted and the cabinet is scuffed inside, armchair that's present on the photos is missing, mismatched not complete dishes, not well maintained property. Skylight of corrugated plastic ceiling with dirt showing above and signs of water leaks in the area. Very dirty scuffed up walls.Part of shower door missing, so water splashes around the bathroom. The "courtyard" was very unpleasant with rusty stains from leaking air conditioning units. The online photos do not show the details so overall they match, but everything is over used and not uodated or replaced as needed. Lots of deferred maintenance and poor quality all over, nothing that can be addressed or repaired with a call to the management company, this place needs a renovation.

- József (8/5): Good location, well equipped, kind host, but without view and fresh air - The apartment's location and equipment are really good, I liked the furnitures and the arranging of the rooms, and it was clean and well-equipped with air conditioners (separate in bedroom and living room), stove and washing machine. The host was really kind and helpful, they sent me maintenance guy instantly after I told them that the drain was blocked, and he fixed it in a few hours. My main (and basically only) problem with the apartment were the windows. The living room windows were opened to a dirty narrow hole between the buildings, with a dirty old boiler and AC outdoor units, and the bedroom had almost the same "quality" view. It was hard to ventilate the apartment, there weren't too much fresh air, and natural light in the rooms. But if you are not in the apartment in the daytime, it doesn't matter that much, it's okay. Because everything else was really nice.
