• Krister (8/5): Ren och fin lägenhet med bra läge vid stranden - Läget Fin och Välutrustad lägenhet. Sängen var skön. Allt funkade bra vid incheckningen. Luktade lite avlopp på toaletten. Pytteliten hiss. Skugga på balkongen

• Michał (10/5): Loved it - We had a great stay. The communication with the host was excellent from the very beginning – we felt well taken care of throughout the whole stay. Contactless check in. The price was very reasonable for the quality and location offered. 15 min to the old town, 30 sec to the beach, 5 min to the port. The location is fantastic, practically right on the beach. There are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, so you can easily choose whatever you feel like. The area also felt very safe. The apartment itself is a nice two-room flat, very comfortable and well equipped. Everything we needed was there. Highly recommended. Nothing

Piękny widok z balkonu na morze. Wygodne łóżka i dobre wyposażenie mieszkania. Słabo wygłuszone ściany, sądzę, że mieszkanie za ścianą również było wynajmowane i kilka dni do późna było bardzo głośno, co w podróżach z dziećmi jest uciążliwe.

• Deirdre (10/5): Best location for beach and city - ideal for a short break - This apartment is in the perfect location. Across the road from the beach - a 20 minute pleasant walk into the city centre - two supermarkets almost next door, - a 10 minute walk to the stop for the Airport Bus A- right beside the Lighthouse with the view of the cruise terminal and the yacht moorings with restuarants to suit every taste. Check in was very straightforward and the agency kept in touch by Whats App. Would definitely recommend - AC and WIFI excellent. We had everything we needed but it would be nice if beach towels were provided - we bought some in the shop next door but would have preferred to have them supplied.

• Serena (1/5): Very poor value for money - Clear instructions and prompt replies from the staff. The flat is located in a very modest building, with weathered, peeling paint and rusting metal. We passed in front of a door which was locked with what looked like a huge bike lock - not something that contributed to make us feel safe. The flat itself was smelly, the walls had several stains and the terrace was rusty and unsafe for young children. The building in front is in very poor conditions, definitely not a good view. We had booked the flat for 5 nights (and paid everything in advance at the end of February, 900 EUR) but we left immediately as we stepped in. My main criticism is the very poor value for money. I choose this flat also because of its (rather high) price in comparison to others. I could see that it was not big but - based on its price - I was expecting a modern flat in a well-kept building. It is in front of La Malagueta and location seems to be the only justification to such a high price (high for what you get - don’t forget it was the beginning of March, so not high season). As I mentioned, we did not spend a single night there and rushed to a hotel with private beach and plenty of services (gym, kids club…) for the SAME price (unbelievable). On a final note, we were also unimpressed with the surroundings. I am sure La Malagueta is really nice during the summer, but when we were there at the beginning of March the area was deserted and the beach playground one can see in the photos (also a reason for us to choose the flat) non-accessible.

• Christopher (10/5): Exceptional - Ideally located by the beach with a 15 min stroll to the old town. Multiple supermarkets next to the property. Extremely comfortable bed,. The apartment was spotlessly clean and well equipped kitchen.

Almost everything had to be bought (toilet paper, garbage bag) One of the air conditioners did not work upon arrival, then the other started to drip. We did not meet the host, the hospitality is impersonal.
