• J (9/5): A lovely few days in a wonderful apartment - This was a very well located apartment, convenient for all that we needed. The roof terrace was wonderful, a lovely place to sit for breakfast or lunch or a nighttime glass of wine. The view of the cathedral was fantastic. The stairs but we were well aware of this beforehand!

• Zuzana (4/5): Good only for one night stay, otherwise I recommend something better. - Apartment is the center of the Malaga. Close everywhere. Checking, checkout was super easy. Equipment in apartment is old but there was everything you need. Extreme sewer stench throughout the apartment, humidity difficult to ventilate. Smell in apartment, feels like very dirty environment even though apartment was clean. Towels were old and smells.

• Daiva (8/5): Palėpės apartamentai - Vieta nuostabi, pačiame senamiestyje. Iš terasos vaizdas tiesiai į katedros bokštą. Butui jau labai reikalingas remontas 😉. Jei kas turite judėjimo problemų, nepatogu, nes palėpės apartamentai yra viršuje ir į juos pateksite tik labai stačiais laiptais

• Isabelle (7/5): Centralissimo appartamento con diverse stanze - Posizione fantastica, in pieno centro con molti locali vicini, ma nonostante ciò era super silenzioso. La cucina aveva una buona dotazione e c'erano le stanze separate così da permettere di avere la propria privacy e letti abbastanza comodi. Poco luminoso (a differenza di come sembra invece dalle foto). Armadi, comodini e divano stile ikea; purtroppo non c'è ascensore ( ne eravamo consapevoli) e le scale sono belle ripide. Il telecomando della tv era appartenente ad altra tv ( non presente nella casa), meno male i tasti della tv permettevano di cambiare lo stesso dalla stessa.

Apartman se nalazi na 4. katu zgrade bez litfa. Nama osobno nije bio problem, samo naglašavam zbog drugih kojima je bitno da zgrada ima lift.
• Sharon (10/5): - So well located, in the heart of the old town. Easy to find. Comfortable beds , I had the main double, my fireman in other rooms but no complaints from them either. Well equipped kitchen. Nice dining/living area that was nice for us to eat b.fast together, more social space. Good sized bathrooms: 2 showers! Just to let ppl know: there's is a washing machine in a "hidden" panel at the end of the corridor near the bathroom. We dodnt find it until the last night!
• Jana (8/5): - Lokalita je perfektní, přímo v centru, blízko katedrály. Z ulice nebyl slyšet do ložnice hluk. Pokyny k ubytování i k odjezdu byly dobré. Poměr ceny a kvality je OK. S ohledem na hluk z restaurací z ulice (okna nad nimi) a zápach z kuchyní (okna do vnitrobloku) se nedalo větrat. Zařízení není nové a je poškozené, nicméně funkční.

• Siim (9/5): Mõnus peatus suurepärases asukohas - Asukoht oli suurepärane. Võõrustaja tuli meile vastu ja esitles kõiki ruume, kusjuures tegi kohe korda katkise ukselingi. Apartmendid olid mugavad ja hubased. Sobis hästi suuremale seltskonnale. Arvestama peab allkorrusel asuvate restoranide personali lärmakusega. Ühes double-toas oli dušš otse magamistoas ja ainult külma veega. Õnneks oli korteris ka teine vannituba.

Consigliato! - Alloggio tipico del centro storico con ampio soggiorno per i momenti condivisi e camere separate abbastanza spaziose. Il soggiorno affaccia su una via con molti locali ma le finestre hanno protetto dai rumori notturni. Il bagno principale è molto spazioso ed inoltre è a disposizione della camera matrimoniale un secondo angolo con doccia e wc, molto comodo per compagnie numerose! Le camere ed il bagno hanno finestre che affacciano su cavedi da cui arriva un po' di odore di cucina. L'arredamento del soggiorno è un po' trascurato, si potrebbe migliorare con poco, ma il soggiorno è stato molto piacevole.

• Victoria (1/5): Avoid at all costs! Disgusting place, disgusting staff repsonse. - Absolutely nothing. It was horrendous. We stayed the first night because we had to and checked into a new place as soon as we could. It was filthy… everywhere. The apartment was not as advertised on booking.com at all. It was very very noisy within the building all night (the street noise was to be expected obviously) but people were screaming and running up and down the stairs until 4am in the building. The duvet was covered in blood and urine stains, the sofa was so filthy we couldn’t even sit on it, the showers were dirty and so were the towels and linen. Also got ignored by the host when I complained about the state of the property. There are so many other places for the same budget price. Partly my fault for not reading the bad reviews before but still unbelievable that people rent out properties like this. It was absolutely disgusting and made our holiday stressful. Avoid at all costs. Everything. It was repulsive. If you want a nice holiday that’s stress free do not book with this accommodation it’s absolutely vile.

• Max (4/5): Ondanks de geweldige locatie in de binnenstad, was het appartement niet zoals het beschreven werd. - De locatie in het centrum Om gebruik te maken van het tweede douche/toilet moest je door het eerste douche/toilet. Niet fijn als iemand gebruik maakt van het eerste toilet. De foto op de site was van een ander appartement en niet van dat van ons. Er stond een 4-persoons eettafel met vier stoelen terwijl het een zespersoons appartement betrof. Een kapstok in de gang zou fijn zijn. Omschrijving "uitzicht op de stad" en "uitzicht op de binnenplaats" erg overdreven.

• Carlos (10/5): Fin de semana en pleno centro de Málaga - El alojamiento se encuentra en pleno centro de Málaga, el edificio es completamente de apartamentos vacacionales y no disponen de ascensor. El apartamento era amplio y limpio, e imagino que con alguna reparación reciente porque olía a pintura. Muy cómodo para 4 personas, pero algo pequeño para los hasta 6 que indica como capacidad del mismo. Muy buena calidad precio y ubicación inmejorable. Por poner un pero, no había ascensor para llegar a la tercera planta. En caso de haber alguien con movilidad reducida sería bastante difícil el acceso a las diferentes plantas.

• Christian (4/5): Abgesehen von diesem Apartment ist Malaga toll und einem Aufenthalt von mehreren Tagen wert! - Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr gut. Das Apartment ist (auch angesichts des stattlichen Preises) doch sehr enttäuschend und entspricht überhaupt nicht den durch die Fotos, die nicht den tatsächlichen Zustand abbilden und wahrscheinlich schon vor etlichen Jahren entstanden sind, geweckten Erwartungen (fast alle Möbel, Duschen, Wohnungsecken sind angeschlagen). Es gab nur zwei Außenfenster bzw. -türen mit schmalem Austritt (kein Balkon), alle anderen Zimmer sind ohne Fenster (zwei) oder (Bad und ein Schlafzimmer) Fenster zu einem Innenschacht (kein Hof!, einer ist komplett von einem Aufzugschacht ausgefüllt); eines der beiden angekündigten Bäder ist eine WC- und Duschecke als Teil eines Schlafzimmers. In der Küche ist das Kochgeschirr okay, wahrscheinlich weil da niemand kochen möchte (eng, klein, kein Fenster), das sonstige Geschirr sehr sparsam. Von unten (Restaurant im Gebäude) dringen Gerüche und Geräusche (zum Teil die ganze Nacht über) in die Wohnung.

• Cristina (10/5): Excelente - Lo mejor del apartamento es, sin duda, la fantástica ubicación, en una bocacalle de Larios. Es un bloque de pisos antiguos, que están renovados. A pesar de que apenas entramos, nos encantó todo. No puedo valorar los electrodomésticos ni el menaje con que está equipado porque sólo entramos a dormir y asearnos. El baño del pasillo es muy grande y el otro está integrado en la habitación principal. Es un segundo piso sin ascensor, lo que hace incómodo subir con maletas, pero todo lo demás lo compensa. Ángel fue muy amable y nos atendió a todo lo que preguntamos El apartamento está genial, pero por poner alguna pega, hay muy mal olor en el piso, como a humedad o a bajante, sobre todo en una de las habitaciones pequeñas, que no tiene ventilación. Cuando ya llevas un rato dentro no se nota tanto, pero sí es molesto al entrar. Nada que no se solucione con buenos ambientadores 😜

There were two toilets , twos showers one basin basically in one room. There was a sliding door separating a toilet and showers but did not offer much privacy. Ok for a family but not really suitable for a group of friends. We only used it one person at a time.
• Joginder (9/5): Excellent location and good value for money. Would highly recommend. - Excellent location near all the main shops and lots of bars and restaurants nearby. Also a lovely view overlooking the cathedral. Very spacious apartment and lots of room with an excellent outside space. Also has 2 shower rooms and large bedrooms. It is little outdated and one of the showers leaks water but overall is good value for money. Apartment is on the top floor so lots of stairs.
• Ronald (9/5): - Het dakterras. Geen.
• isabel (7/5): - Ubicación No funcionó el aire caliente. Mantel, edredón y manta sucia. Sofá muy sucio
• Yvonne (7/5): Amazing location - very friendly hosts - Fantastic location right next to shops and bars. Just off Calle Larios - Main Street. Beds were comfy - lovely and clean - good facilities. Hosts were very helpful on arrival. Right by the cathedral. Quite a hike up the stairs if past the second floor as no lift.
• Maicol (9/5): - Appartamento pulito e completo di tutto il necessario. Check-in e check-out a distanza praticissimo. Posizione stupenda, in centro, a due passi dalla Metro !
• Laura (8/5): Muy bien! - La situación es maravillosa, las vistas de la terraza para desayunar, y que los dormitorios y los baños estaban cuidados. El menaje de cocina tuvimos que lavar todo lo que usamos antes de usarlo, sin excepción. Poco cuidado este aspecto!
