• Maura (10/5): Exceptional apartment in an ideal location. - Beautiful apartment, spotlessly clean and well equipped. The location is amazing. So central and convenient. Nacho made the check in and check out so easy & was available throughout our stay. Nothing! Everything was perfect.
• 35c1cbe0708670e1ead1e9fe34e3ca42 (10/5): - Die Wohnung liegt mitten im arabischen Viertel, befindet sich aber dennoch in einer ruhigen Nebenstraße. Alles ist bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Da es in der Umgebung kaum Parkmöglichkeiten gibt, haben wir unseren Mietwagen in einer Tiefgarage abgestellt. Die Wohnung selbst war sauber und gut geeignet für Familien, auch mit zwei bereits älteren Kindern. Der Check-in verlief reibungslos und unkompliziert. Insgesamt können wir die Unterkunft definitiv weiterempfehlen.

• Paweł (10/5): - Wygodne, szerokie łóżko, przestronne i jasne pomieszczenia z pięknym widokiem na Alcazabę, bardzo pomocny kominek (byliśmy w lutym i ratował sytuację pogodową), kompletne wyposażenie kuchni i i jadalni, winda (apartament jest na 3 piętrze) To nie są żadne zarzuty, że coś mi się nie podobało - tylko wskazówki dla gospodarza - przydała by się druga para kluczy do pokoju, w łazience jest tylko deszczownica - można by pomyśleć o wymianie na deszczownicę + prysznic.
• Avril (8/5): Loved staying in Malaga old town and would happily use this apartment again. - Fantastic location. Opposite Alcazaba entrance so very central. Light and airy property. Well stocked. Comfortable bed. Easy access to third floor via lift. Secure locked gate at entrance . Reading other reviews of this property we were well aware of the great location and this is what sold it to us. DIrections were given by text and gate opened automatically for us at entrance. You have to wait for the text to tell you what to do next. The apartment hall is shared with an office but this wasn’t a problem for us. As mentioned before the neighbour above clomps about in noisy shoes a lot and this can be a bit annoying late at night. We also found the shower a problem as the door seal has not been fixed and if not careful, large puddles collect on the floor. Being so central there was some night time noise at times.

• Lisa (9/5): For what we paid it was excellent value and would highly recommend. - Apartment is in a great location and spacious clean with great decor. Perfect for a couple. Would definitely use again. As in previews reviews noisy neighbour above but not the whole time and the bathroom had nasty sewer smell on arrival after toilet use. No point complaining as nothing owners can do about them I suspect. Lacked a tea towel to dry crockery.

• Luca Piai (5/5): - Buona la posizione molto centrale (ci sono rumori dalla via sottostante ma prevedibili ed accettabili), la dotazione di ascensore e dotazione di lava/asciuga. Ambienti scarsamente puliti, specialmente il bagno. Dotazione di asciugamani per 2 persone (eravamo in 3), di cui alcuni poco puliti (è bastato lavarli per togliere la macchia), lo stesso per le lenzuola. Porta della doccia che perde acqua dal bordo inferiore. Split dell'aria condizionata molto sporco e pieno di muffa. In relazione al prezzo pagato e diversamente da quanto rappresentato in foto le condizioni di pulizia e decoro generale erano molto scadenti. Divani macchiati, carta da parati staccata in più punti, in sintesi situazione decadente.

• Seamus (8/5): Fab apartment in great location - Fantastic location and bright spacious apartment. Host showed very good communication by whatsapp. Comfortable bed. Coffee machine was broken and unfortunately couldnt be fixed for our stay but should be sorted for the next guest. Host tried to get the correct part but it didn't fit. Street noise (late night revellers) could be heard from the bedroom, but that comes with such a central location
• ANDREA (10/5): For a romantic holiday. - Large, comfortable flat, with everything one needs for a romantic holiday. In the best part of the city, half way between the historical city centre and the beach. 3rd floor with a traditional lift for 2 people and luggage. It is nice to sit near the large windows with a cup of tea and enjoy the view of the Museum of Malaga. Perfect for couples. At night the street can be very noisy due to rubbish and recycling bin collection + road cleaning. Double glazing and air conditioning (that we did not use) should help to minimise the discomfort.

• Eva (10/5): Perfektné - Perfektné ! Výhodná poloha priamo v centre. Všetky zaujímavé miesta sú v pešej vzdialenosti. Byt je veľmi pekný, čistý, dostatočne priestranný. Vybavenie je tiež veľmi dobré, k dispozícii bol slnečník na pláž, hriankovač, práčka, kávovar, mikrovlnka, toaletné aj čistiace potreby. Proces ubytovania bol veľmi jednoduchý a komunikácia s majiteľom tiež veľmi dobrá. Toto ubytovanie určite odporúčame.

The check in was easy and Nacho was easily contactable and helpful. I could not fault the apartment, location or host. We will return. The tenant upstairs with the heavy step and high healed shoes.

• Michael (8/5): Location, location, location - The location is perfect, apartment was clean, and it is nicer than it looks in the photos. We didn't quite realise how good the location was going to be. Tours run past the building, you can see the museum and fortress from your windows (directly across the street), and the location is so good that people will stare at you with envy when you unlock the door (yes really). Everywhere you want to go is walking distance. The shower needs to be fixed - the shower base is flat and water runs into the living room if on full pressure. Run the shower at half pressure and you'll be fine. The check in process is also a bit tricky and would benefit from specifying a location for Uber drivers to go to as they can't drive there directly.

If it wasn’t for this it would be a 10

The property itself was light and clean and very well appointed. This was also excellent value for money. Access was easy and the agent was extremely helpful. Nothing - everything was just as expected and the apartment more than met our expectations.

We liked the photo album in the bottom cupboard about Malaga's past and present. The bathroom has a laminate floor, so you need to be careful and protect the floor from water.

• Marina (10/5): Modern and comfortable apartment in the city center - Everything. Very nice and well equipped apartment in the centre of Malaga. Modern and comfortable. Comfortable bed, very efficient AC and new kitchen. Recommended. I didn't understood, before arriving, that the apartment was not reachable by car (not even just stopping by in the street) becuase it is the pedestrian area. So it was a bit complicated to get there as we were with big suitcases, a small kid, and in a rented car. By mistake Googlemaps directed us in a forbidden street, so I hope we will not receive a fine. Overall, however, we managed to get there and the person who welcome us was collaborative in helping us. Also, to my taste there are bit too many white ornaments in the living room, but it is really not a problem :)
• Gary (9/5): Really great base for a short city break. - Great location for the main attractions, next door to the Alcazaba and Gibralfaro. Walking distance to harbour and beach and Cathedral. Local shops and cafe directly opposite. Free wi-fi Apartment well equipped if you want to use it's facilities and has air-conditioning. Nothing that we needed.
• Matej (6/5): Pleasant - There are two aspects of rating this accommodation - day and night DAY - very nice and comfy flat in a total central location of the city. That is super cool and useful. NIGHT - the fun starts at the night. Especially due to the location, there is a lot of noise coming from outside, which would not be the worst thing. Above this flat there is apparently a Godzilla in high heels living, 'cause constantly for hours and hours before you go to bed and while you try to fall asleep, she (he? someone?) is walking around and the noise is just unendurable. I know this is not the hosts' fault, however I am rating here the overall comfort... To sum up, out of 4 nights we had a bad sleep for 3 nights (we are super sleep sensitive and not even ear plugs made the difference here). At least something - the bed is comfy. (one night there was some sort of emergency, 'cause in the middle of the nights some guys started to dig in one of the channel entrance... again, nothing you can do about it) Rating day: 9, rating night: 2 ... average 6 ... also not optimal is the smell from the toilets (tubes), but this won't bother you so much. In addition, the host was super nice, that's why I am feeling sorry to rate with 6 overall, however the NO GOs were just too strong... All in one, if you want to be super central located and you don't care about your sleep so much, then go for it, the location is perfect and you will be happy. night comfort and noise, smell at toilette - all described above....

• Sue (9/5): Spacious, comfortable apartment with good facilities - It is a spacious comfortable apartment. The host agreed for us to leave luggage until the room was ready which was kind of him. There is a lift, kitchen facilities, a washing machine and dryer all of which were useful. There was some noise from the street on a Saturday night and the tenant upstairs was quite noisy.

Would have been nice to include a few more coffee pods. As the coffee machine takes specific coffee pods we felt like we spent a bit of time walking around to purchase more.

Initially we were not aware that it was a self check-in facility. Coming from oversees our mobile was not yet set up properly to communicate which caused some confusion.

Just one thing the conditioners need proper maintenance. Especially when it‘s supreme hot outside. It took a long time to cool the Apartment.

• Marina (7/5): Noisy and impractical - Good location. Washing machine was useful. Nice crockery set. Few capsules for coffee machine, mineral water in the refrigerator. Very noisy, even with windows closed, day and night. Constant smell from facilities, though not that strong, and no ventilation there. No soap (for me it's a first time ever!) and also no shower gel. The extra walls in facilities are very doubtful, reminds of a public toilet. The sofa is dirty and sat out, not comfortable to watch TV. No kitchen towel, used a bath one. In general, the flat is too crowded with furniture, mainly impractical. My husband bumped into the lamp at the entrance each time we entered. Re the way we received the keys, for me it was too much of communication. Key lock would have been much more convenient.

• Sandra (8/5): good - Location, setup, spacious, well decorated, has a safe, overall really good. bathroom: shower floor needs a good clean and disinfect (corners very dirty), wc seat moves and makes noises; dump smell. Booked because it had a sofa bed but this was in such poor old condition (nice as a sofa tho) that it was impossible to sleep on it. Had to take its mattress to the floor but it was very thin and it felt more than firm :(
