• natalia (1/5): nunca mas - La ubicacion del apartamento, lo demas terrible. Sucio, el bote sifónico roto, te duchabas y el agua salia por todas partes, el aseo encharcado, la minicocina enana, no pequeña, enana, la terraza desconchada el suelo, el edredón de la cama sucio..en fin..no repito. Lo unico bueno, la ubicación.
• J_G_P. (10/5): - Perfecto. Es la segunda vez que vamos a este apartamento de los mejores que he estado. Vista increíbles a pie de playa. Todo perfecto. Volveremos. Todo genia me encanta todol. Por poner una crítica constructiva la ducha está atascada y se sale el agua. Hay que ducharse poco a poco para que no se salga el agua. Los muebles y puerta del baño se está deteriorando por el agua.

• Barbi (8/5): Amazing view - The apartment is situated right on the beach with several restaurants nearby. The view was amazing from the balcony. The apartment could use a little renovation and a new bed.

Could improve general aesthetics and key location. - Perfect location Good price Accessing the keys to the apartment was quite awkward, given that they were in a different location. It consumed a lot of time, late at night, post-arrival. It also cost more on taxi fare. Finding the keys themselves was, unfortunately, not straightforward; despite having a location on Google Maps. The facilities themselves could be maintained to a higher standard aesthetically-speaking. Things like rust in the bathroom and on the balcony, damaged plaster on the balcony ceiling, light fixtures not working, a very creaky sofa bed, and torn curtains in the living room reduced first impressions.
• Maryna (10/5): Exceptional - First line, beach nearby, personal kitchen, everything is great One day before our arrival, we reported that there were no keys, and we had to pick them up almost at the other end of this city, this is generally a very huge minus, for this minus is a big minus.
• Iris (8/5): GOOD LOCATION FOR A PERFECT RELAXING HOLIDAY - The location was perfect & the view from the apartment really amazing. The studio was well equipped with everything one could want. Plenty of mirrors, cupboards, lighting and even loads of coat hangers. The studio apartment was very clean and the double bed very comfortable. Lovely swimming pool which I enjoyed most days and the area surrounding the apartment is very quiet and clean (no litter), no disco's or night clubs, just some good restaurants, in particular, a good Indian restaurant across the road. I have had a very quiet, relaxing holiday and that's what I needed.

• Pamela (6/5): Best view, but disappointing stay - Incredible view. Even in December, the weather is nice and sunny, and you get to have the best view in Mijas. The apartment has a shared pool and elevator, which is helpful and a plus. If you're there by car, you can get quickly to Marbella or Málaga within 30 minutes. Mijas is very calm, so you'll be glad to find a handful of restaurants, grocery stores, a gym, and even a bus line close by. The apartment wasn't very clean when I arrived. Bed sheets, duvet, and pillows had stains and smelled dusty. I brought everything to the laundry at 2km distance. The walls are super thin, so you can hear all your noisy neighbors shout at each other when you're tired and go to bed. The shower drain was blocked/slow, and since it doesn't have a step or cabindoor to block the water from leaving the bathroom, the whole entrance was flooded when showering for more than 5 minutes. I had to buy products to improve the draining tube to avoid flooding the apartment every time I showered. But this damages wooden surfaces in that area dramatically. If you're there without a car, the connection by bus takes you 2 hours to Malaga and 1 hour to Marbella. Besides a few restaurants, there's not much around in Mijas. It was kind of expensive to get from Málaga Airport to Marbella to pick up the keys and then drive back by taxi because the building is somewhere else in Mijas. It cost me 75€ to drive around for the keys. If you're not renting/bringing a car, it's kind of expensive. For what it turned out to be in the end, I'm not really happy, but the view improved the overall stay..
• Rodions (9/5): Superb - Private entrance from the beach. Pool for residents. Amazing view. Public transport super near.
• Derek (7/5): nice place to stay quiet and relaxing but you had to travel by taxi to get any attractions - lovely view, clean peaceful and relaxing bed, no clean pillows, sun lounge’s old not in good condition and broken not close to any attractions
