• Helena (9/5): Ett utmärkt boende. Nära till centrum och relativt nära till strand. - Utmärkt läge. Bra information från värden. Det mesta fanns som vi behövde. Låset på dörren var svårt att hantera. Vore bra med en dammsugare för att få upp sanden som man drog in. Sopborsten saknade skaft. Bättre knivar att skära med. Skulle finnas något att hänga upp blöta handdukar och badkläder. Svårt att få dem att torka.
• Vera (10/5): Lapsen kanssa Malagassa - Huoneisto oli todella siisti ja hyvin varustettu. Tila oli sisustettu hyvin ja huoneisto oli tilava kahden oleskella. Keittiössä oli liesi, mikro, erillinen uuni, jääkaappi pakastin sekä pesukone. Kylpyhuoneessa oli hyvä suihku, WC pönttö ja lavuaari. Huoneistossa on hyvää kaappi tilaa vaatteille. Sijainti on loistava, lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä bussiyhteyksistä sekä Playa del Malaguetasta. Lapsen kanssa matkustaessa puistoja on joka puolella huoneistoa. Aiomme todellakin palata Malagaan ja tähän huoneistoon. Öisin kadulta kuului aika paljon ääniä, mutta se on ymmärrettävää.

• Marie (7/5): - Location The place looks like a totally run down version of what you see on the photos. The kitchen was extremely badly equipped (no bowls, no cutting board, the mocca pot was literally unusable and rusty). The curtains fell to our head on day 4. The cupboard door was broken. The terrace and the leader felt very unsafe and it looked completely different. Totally different view. Overall not worth the money at all. It seems that the owner does not take care of the apartment. Big disappointment.

• Bente (6/5): Charmerende lejlighed, pænt med udstyr, velfungerende. - Det ligger tæt på centrum Hele kvarteret fik ny kloakering, så støv og byggestøj fra 8-18. Man kunne ikke åbne vindue/balkondør uden at hele lejligheden blev fuld af byggestøv. Lejligheden bliver annonceret med en tagterrasse, men den er svært tilgængelig ad en lille hønsestige op til en lille taglem.
• Javier (6/5): Regular - La ubicación se olía en el edificio desde q entrabas por la puerta a humedad y en el ascensor aunq eso no es problema del propietario,el barrio es marginal pero estás en el centro ,la terraza no es accesible es un horror subir ahí,al estar en el centro es imposible aparcar nosotros lo metimos a un parking q había al lado carísimo..
• Maria (7/5): Good - Great communication with the host. We loved the location, a very interesting barrio with great bars, it feels more local and less touristy. Good bed and great shower. Rooftop terrace is the highlight, we enjoyed it very much. Fantastic view and very peaceful. The flat is a little run down and needs a bit of care and attention. Saying that, it was perfect for our short trip. Access to the roof top won’t be suitable for everyone but it wasn’t a problem for us.

• Eva (8/5): Would stay there again easily. - The flat is located close to the path to the beach, the supermarket is just around the corner and the shops and restaurants are nearby too. The area is full of murals and has a local vibe. The flat itself is fine, a bit wornout but with all amenities you might need (incl. iron, clothes hanger etc. The stairs to the roof terrace are a bit wobbly and it’s a bit complicated to bring stuff upstairs to enjoy the terrace seating (plates, glassese…you need a hand to hold yourself in the ‘ladder’; I do not recommend this to people with mobility issues, otherwise it’s fine)

• Murray (7/5): Lovely stay but not perfect. Would still recommend to friends and couples visiting - Well presented. Good facilities. Clean and tidy. Good host. Liked the location to access centre of town. The bathroom is a bit dated. The aircon is not very effective. We waited around for a few minutes to be let in the property initially. The neighbourhood has some dodgy people around at times.
• Ieva (8/5): Very good - Lovely apartment, everything worked (washing machine, hot water, appliances, etc), was quiet, enjoyed the terrace with a nice view, everything you need is a walking distance away. Owner was always available, but we did not have any issues. We enjoyed our stay. Not much not to like, the place definitely needs some visual refreshing (as pictures seemed taken long time ago and it is not as neat anymore). But that did not bother us, everything was working and price/performance it was a good stay.

• David (8/5): We enjoyed our 10 day stay very much - we explored the area - by bus travelling up to the mountains - the location was very good ... just a few streets away from the busy areas and grocery shops nearby We had not realised it was the busiest week of the year (Holy Week) and really enjoyed witnessing all the celebrations and how well it was organised. We had a couple of issues within the flat which were quickly rectified by the owner who was on hand at all times
• Pauline (7/5): For us it was the perfect location for a city break. - The ladder to the roof was not safe and wobbled about as one stood on it. The exit to the roof (that had a table and chairs on top) was dangerous and would never pass a tourist licence inspection. I think you should not advertise this apartment as having an outdoor space. You should lock up the stairs. Or replace it with better equipment and charge a little more for the apartment. I hope you have a Public liability insurance policy? My teenage grandchildren would have caused damage trying to use this exit. For older couples like us it was a death trap. Apart from that your apartment is value for money.

• Anonymous (5/5): Good location, nice terrace, communication with host is swift but good. Expect from the the apartment that it is worn ou - a few good things to mention: -very close to plaza Merced, historical centre, but relatively quiet; -apartment size is good enough for 2 people; -apartment has basic amenities such as microwave, stove, fridge, hairdryer, etc. -there is a nice terrace on the roof to enjoy dinner; -there is no problem with privacy which is mentioned in other reviews, across the window is a park that doesn’t really interfere with privacy; -host let us check-in before the official check-in time. the bad things: -we are not needy travellers, but the apartment was rather worn out, do not expect the same as in pictures. There was a general feeling of disappointment; -there is a slight smell of mould which is due to moisture; -large window and roof door to terrace is badly insulated and leaks water when it rains and therefore, it can get cold in the nights; -there is a lot of broken stuff such as: shower door is falling out and is hard to close the door to toilet, broken flower pots on terrace, flimsy chairs. It is not meant to insult the host, because there was no problem with his service directly, but rather that the apartment needs a lot of work and it must be mentioned!
• Michael (5/5): Passable - Close to central Malaga. While the location of the apartment is convenient to get to the city centre, it is also rather sketchy and loud at night. I had several uncomfortable experiences. Bathroom door can’t close. Very sparse kitchen. Noisy fridge right next to the bed. Bring earplugs!
• Gert (10/5): Exceptional - I enjoyed my stay in this Apartment very much.The terrace could need a little more love, but for me everything was fine. The chair and the fence on the terrace were broken, but aside from that everything was good.

• Saffron (9/5): Great location. Quiet apartment. - Good location, round the corner from Plaza Merced, but very quiet. Great. Not enough hanging wardrobe space. Not really a big deal, obviously, but we stayed for 12 days so had a lot of clothes.
