Domaćin je bio toliko ljubazan, susretljiv, pun razumijevanja, pomagao nam je oko svega, odgovarao je na sva naša pitanja u bilo koje doba dana u roku od 5 minuta. Apartman je čist, uredan, ima sve sto je potrebno. Lokacijama je savršena, blizu svega. Ima siguran parking koji je udaljen od apartmana 2 minute hoda. Preporučam svima. Ako se budem vratila u Malagu, sigurno ću ovdje opet spavati.

• Fabio (9/5): In centro a Malaga - Palazzo nel centro di Malaga, appartemento al piano terra con un’ampia camera da letto e una zona giorno con un letto matrimoniale ed uno singolo. Bagno col bidet (una rarità). Due “vogliamo definirli patii” - che in estate hanno l’unico vantaggio di poter stendere i panni, cosa comunque non da poco per soggiorni di 3/4 giorni. La posizione è ottima, 5 minuti a piedi dal centro della movida di Malaga e 20 minuti sempre a piedi dalla spiaggia. Il garage si trova nella via parallela a 2 minuti a piedi. Essendo al pian terreno è un po’ buio, la lampade potrebbero essere più potenti.

• Ana (10/5): Exceptional - The location of the accommodation was fantastic. Our host Javi gave us detailed instructions for parking in the garage and getting to the accommodation. He allowed us to leave our things early and freshen up. He gave us excellent restaurant recommendations and was available at all times on WhatsApp. The accommodation was very neat, clean, warm and comfortable. Recommendations 10/10.
• Sagnik (8/5): Very good - Javier was very helpful. The apartment is in nice location. Small, cozy and well furnished. There was no dishwasher in the apartment. Also no dryer. There could be bit more light in the living area. The bathroom curtain was broken.
• Anne (9/5): Super stay in very central location. - Excellent location. Welcomed by Javier and given lots of excellent information and links. Smaller than expected. Perfect for two people but 3rd and 4th bed are sofa beds in living area. Very comfortable but left it tight for space.

Our host met us at the garage, took us to the apartment, had information about activities and restaurants in the city. He was very responsive to questions, just the best. A very good value. I'm just not a fan of the twin beds stuck together. Not a big deal. The parking garage is a bit of a challenge but Javier was right there and made it much easier than it might have been.
• Ingridjee (10/5): Perfect stay in Malaga, would book this again - - Perfect location, within minutes of walking you are in the city. - Private parking is perfect, just around the corner of the appartment - The owner is very nice and helpful - The appartement has everything you need. A complete kitchen, an iron, 2 outside area's, a washing machine, good airconditioning. - The bed was a little to hard for us but that is different for everyone. It wasn't a bad matrass or anything like that.

The fact that has a free and safe parking close to the a - Enough room for 3, nice patios, and the main room was ample enough. The kitchen. The pans were not in good shape, they were old. We found a cockroach lurking in the kitchen.

However, I was not aware of the deposit taken at the time of booking, but later on it was quickly explained. Furthermore, the apartment is rather dark, not light, without any window views. • Ruth (7/5): Comfortable with friendly staff and a good location. - Navi was helpful and there when we arrived - he helped us get into the very tight parking spot. The apartment had a useable kitchen with everything you need. The washer was good and there was a patio to hang clothes to dry. WIFI was excellent. All services needed were nearby. The apartment was divided into 4 separate rooms with no flow to them. Very strange - it felt like you were living in little boxes. The kitchen had ants - not overrun but always I had to kill at least 2 dozen when I used the kitchen.

• Holly (8/5): Economical place to stay, close to the action. - Host met me at garage. Showed me to apartment, helped with bags. Sent referrals. Apartment was spacious for one. Phone/Wallet was lost/taken, allowed me late check out to file police report.Close to centro. They could use a light in the hallway when you let yourself into the building at night, it is so dark you cant see to get your apartment unlocked. May just need to change bulb. Could use instructions for the stove, it was a little difficult to use and I could only figure out how to get one burner working.

Communication with Pedro and Javi was exceptional. They were so helpful and couldn't do enough to make our stay perfect. Thank you! The availablity of parking was an added bonus which made our stay even more convenient. We would definitely recommend staying at Plaza Merced. Nothing!
• 88kj (6/5): Thanks due to Xavier who was very helpful and pleasant. Accommodation was satisfactory. - The biggest bug was the car parking! As I had to change plans at short notice I ended up being charged for 4 nights but only actually stayed on 2 nights ! No mercy . See above comment. It was my fault but there was no effort made to understand my need to change.
