• Inés (8/5): - La ubicación y el trato con los propietarios. En la habitación de dos camas las dos sonaban mucho y es muy incómodo dormir con ese sonido. La persiana estaba rota y no bajaba del todo,un inconveniente para quien no le gusta que le despierte la claridad. El segundo dia el cuarto de baño olía a tubería.

• louise (3/5): - Due to the very hot and humid conditions in Malaga at the time of our stay the air conditioning in the kitchen/lounge was the only good thing about the apartment. Where do I start: the apartment was on the second floor which was not in description on booking.com, and made it very difficult and dangerous navigating our luggage up and downs the stairs. The shower head in shower kept falling down and made it difficult to shower, there was no soap holder in shower and shower doors did not shut properly therefore water running on bathroom floor, wall behind shower was water damaged and plaster had a gaping hole from the water. The TV was unpredictable and would stop working whilst watching. The kitchen lacked basic cooking utensils, we had one tea towel available for the 4 weeks we stayed. The second bedroom had an uneven floor and a worse bed and mattress which squeezed everytime you moved. The main bedroom was at the front of the apartment and had no blockout blinds, what they did have served no purpose at all. The night street lights made it impossibly to sleep, and often people in the streets below could be heard screaming, yelling. The window / balcony in kitchen had no shears and therefore no privacy. The curtains they did have were filthy and could do with a good wash. We also had to constantly empty a gallon water bottle which stood in the balcony to accommodate the air con, such an archaic system. The street and surrounding streets were dirty. These are all the things booking.com don’t tell you about.

• Amélie (7/5): Bon rapport emplacement/prix - Très bonne localisation, plein centre, tout est accessible à pied Logement assez vétuste, notamment les équipements (cuisine, salle de bain)
• Ferran (7/5): Bona ubicació. - La ubicació era perfecta. La casa necessita alguns retocs. El parquet esta aixecat, la mampara de la dutxa esta trencada al igual que les portes del balcó. Les tovalloles feien olor a humitat.
• Thierry (9/5): Un pied à terre idéal pour profiter de Malaga avec un service parfait - Communications faciles et parfaites, très agréables. L'appartement est à deux pas d'une place centrale et d"un supermarché, une excellente combiniason, dans une rue calme. Le double vitrage et l'air conditionné fonctionnement parfaitement et la cuisine et la salle de bains sont bien équpées.

• Zoia (8/5): Overall good stay! - Great location, very central. Good soundproofing: no noise from the street. Quite spacious: can easily accommodate 3 guests. The host was responsive and helped me with a small request that I had. Bathroom/kitchen facilities were dated. Kitchen is not good if you want to do a lot of cooking. However, if you only need the fridge and microwave, it’s fine. The blinds were old and looked dangerous to touch. No self checkin.
• Rigo (5/5): Great location, but a bit of a dump. - Great Location! All appliances worked. The place is aged and it shows. Buckling floors, peeling paint, and sewage odor in the bathroom.
• Ronan (9/5): Superb - Nice apartment situated very well near the Plaza de Merced. Spacious and had all the soft furnishings needed. Could benefit from a few new lightbulbs and thicker bedroom curtains, but in all a lovely place for the price.
• Antti (3/5): Andy - Obviously there has been several occasions with water leage for reason or another. Into floors and from the cealing from above. This flat needs badly a full renovation. Of cource the location is excellent.

• Dorokhova (7/5): Good - Location is really perfect. You are in the middle of the center and life,but in a quiet place. Near big supermarket, near all must seen objects. The host was very helpful, we had a leak from roof because of crazy rain which was those days at Malaga and he came to help us despite weather and everything after our call. It is really nice . The apartment was clean but really old. Almost all was not working, like door at shower or wardrobe. Bed was making terrible noise when you just lie down there) so if you not expect smth wow, and more plan to be at the city than inside - recommended.

Tucked just round the corner from the square and all its restaurants, El Pimpi, Larios shopping street, the marina - can't fault it. My daughter and I had the best few days and the apartment was exactly what we needed. Clean and comfortable - the flat had everything needed for a city break

• Muhamad (8/5): Great location, spacious, and good value for money - Spacious and central The flat doesn't have air conditioning in the rooms. Be a bit careful if you struggle with hot days and you're booking this place in the summer.
• Godelieve (8/5): all in all price/quality was very good! - the location was very good! as were the hosts who were very friendly and helpful. No complaints about the beds either. We liked the autenticity of the place, the spacious flat and hallway with comfortable staircases (easy to climb with good railings - no lift available and flat on second floor). Lots of hot water in the shower! at first glance everything looked really well, but... by second glance everything looked rather tired. The doors of the cupboards became unhinged by first touch, drawers weren't working very well,the terrace doors were hard to close... The location was very good and nearby all the tourist interests, but the downpoint was there was a lot of noise at night time from passersby and from trafic.

• Philip (8/5): Nice, spacious well equipped apartment in a good location - Apartment was very spacious and well equipped. Location was good - close to the centre of Malaga's nightlife, and not too far from the beach and other attractions. Would be a good choice of apartment for an extended stay in Malaga. The apartment could do with a bit of maintenance - e.g. shower door doesn't fit properly, water in shower would suddenly go cold unless the hot tap in the wash basin was also left running (to increase the flow through the heater). We couldn't get the TV to work, though it didn't really matter to us. But these small issues didn't spoil our enjoyment of the apartment
