• Inesa (10/5): Apartments on Orange Street - A clean apartment with all the kitchen utensils. Refrigerator, microwave, toaster, moka pot, hair dryer, iron, washing machine (I saw laundry detergent and fragrance in the drawer), clothes dryer, saucepan, ladle, and two frying pans. Everything is just right. It's clean, comfortable, and pleasant. The smell of oranges wafts in from the street. The bathroom has shampoo, shower gel, and liquid soap. Great location, quiet street. Be mindful of your walking distance to the city center, it's not very close.

Geschirr war nicht ganz sauber, Teetassen sollte weggeschmissen werden. Tisch, Stühle waren voll mit Brotkrummeln von vorherigen Gästen. Gefrierfach vereist. Bett quetscht bei jeden umdrehen. Es bit ein langen eingigen Kopfkissen für beide schlafenden auf dem Bett.

• Monika (6/5): Schöne Unterkunft mit gutem Potential, jedoch mit kleinen Sauberkeits- und Instandhaltungsmängeln. - Ruhige Lage (aber nicht im besten Teil der Stadt) Ca. 20 Gehminuten bis zum Zentrum (Kathedrale) sehr schöne Aussicht, da oberstes Stockwerk Vermieter spricht Englisch Schüsselübergabe und Anreise einfach (Save an der Hauseingangstür) Trockenständer, Bügeleisen, Shampoo, Seife, ausreichend Toilettenpapier, Küchenschwamm und Spülmittel, ... (scheint aber inzwischen Standard zu sein) Der Vermieter ist freundlich und hat eine defekte Lampe sofort ausgetauscht. Das Superior Apartment bietet eine sehr schönen Ausblick, ist grundsätzlich funktional gestaltet und macht zunächst einen sauberen Eindruck. Bei genauerem Hinsehen zeigte sich jedoch, dass es an einigen Stellen etwas mehr Pflege vertragen könnte – unter dem Bett und in den Küchenschränken fanden sich Staubreste und Schmutzränder. Abnutzungsspuren (z. B. ein Loch in der Tagesdecke oder ein lockerer Duschkopf) sind vorhanden. Das Bett besteht aus einem einfachen Metallrahmen mit recht harter, leicht verrutschender Auflage - für kurze Aufenthalte und Alleinreisende okay, aber kein besonderer Komfort. Etwas irritierend war, dass bekannte Mängel vorab nicht kommuniziert wurden: eine gesprungene Fensterscheibe und eine defekte Bedienung der Klimaanlage, die trotz eigener provisorischer Fixierung der Batterien nur unzuverlässig funktionierte (im obersten Stock bei Hitze). Diese Dinge wurden dem Vermieter gemeldet. Ich habe die Wohnung in sauberem Zustand hinterlassen und alle Mängel dokumentiert, um Missverständnisse zu vermeiden. Insgesamt: Eine schöne Unterkunft mit Potenzial – mit etwas mehr Sorgfalt bei Reinigung und Instandhaltung könnte sie problemlos das Niveau der seiner sehr guten Bewertungen erreichen. Hinweis: Bewertung bezieht sich auf das S u p e r i o r A p a r t m e n t ; beim L o f t kann die Situation anders sein.

Même si on nous a dit que ça ne risquait rien, pas rassurant avec un enfant de 3 ans. Les avis disaient idéal en famille, mais nous avons trouvé que pas adapté avec un enfant en bas âge. Grosse difficulté pour se garer si on se déplace en voiture.

• Gouraich (10/5): Loved it - We loved our stay at Apartament Domingo Lizano. The check-in process went smoothly, and the apartment had everything we needed, a fridge, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, and all the necessary kitchen utensils. There was also air conditioning, which made it really comfortable to return to a cool space after spending the day out in the sun. The neighborhood was calm and peaceful, and everything we needed was within walking distance, the historic center, shops, cafes, and public transport. It felt like a perfect base for exploring the city. We’d definitely recommend it and would love to stay here again.

If you want to hire a car check before any car park or place where you can park your car. On the street it is impossible to find even one space . Hire company show me a place where I can leave the car for free 15-17min walk🤦.

Apartment is well equipped, fairly close to the city centre by walking (around 20 mins) Could be a little cleaner. Most of the plates and bowls were dirty and we had to re-wash them. Bed and the sofa bed were not the most comfortable, but did the job for 3 nights.
• A (8/5): This is an appartment when you stay longer in the city. I would come again. - Good communication with the owner. Very clean and a fully equipped appartment. Use bus C2 to the rail and bus station and C1 back. Small Shops and restaurants are nearby . The streets are very narrow and mostly full occupied with cars. Parking is only possible in parking house near by

• Orsolya (2/5): Very poor - We were very unhappy with the cleanliness of the flat. We spotted multiple cockroaches around the flat and there was a constant nauseating smell of sewage in the bathroom. Wouldn't recommend!

• Salcombe1980 (5/5): Convenient location, good price, but more could be done to make it more comfortable - I liked location: 20 minutes walk into town and about 20 minutes to train station and bus station. I liked the air conditioning. It worked really well. I liked the price: it was a very reasonable price. The facilities were not all that comfortable. The toilet didn't flush properly for a lot of the time. I reported it. Apparently you have to keep manipulating the lid to try and get it to work. The fridge was very noisey and in a studio flat, sometimes the noise woke me up. The sofa wasn't very comfortable. The TV signal kept on cutting out. There was no electric kettle: for international people wanting to make a cup of tea, this would have been helpful to have a kettle. The hot water in the shower starts to run out if you used it for more than 5 or 10 minutes.

• Bozimasanovic (9/5): Superb - The host and his colleague Juan, who greeted us at the apartment, were very nice and helpful. The apartment is in a nice residential area, only 20 minutes to the city centre by foot. We enjoyed walking to the city from there, as you are able to see different neighbourhoods and enjoy the city outside the centre. The spot is also very well connected by bus. The apartment itself is nice and cosy. It was clean, and we had all the things we needed, from things in the kitchen to an iron, a blow drier, and so on. The place is on the ground floor, but there are bars on the window so no one can break in. Overall, it was a very nice stay and we would come back. The doors of the building are a bit harder to open, as Juan did point out, but it's not that bad. You only push the dors a bit down, and you'll manage. The only thing I didn't like was related to cleanliness. As mentioned, the apartment was overall clean, but in the kitchen, the cutlery box wasn't that clean, and also, when we arrived, there was a bit of hair in the bathroom sink. Overall, for me, it is more important for a facility to be clean rather than being with brand new modern furniture. As someone who also deals with tourism, no mather the price, the hygiene of the place is the most important thing that should never be sacrificed.
