(8/5): como lo habiamos pensado - el apartamento era adecuado y estaba bien equipado,la ubicación muy buena esta a 10, 20 m de cualquier sitio andado y si no,hay paradas de autobus o taxis (siempre hay taxis en las paradas) a esa misma distancia por decir algo. vendria bien alguna silla mas comoda para estar sentado. esto no ha sido ningún problema porque no hemos parado casi en el apartamento

• Jan (9/5): Aanrader! - Goede accommodatie, compleet uitgerust met grote koel/vries combinatie, afwasmachine en wasmachine. Fijne badkamer met bad! Klein balkon met zitje uitkijkend op de straat. Centrale ligging in de oude binnenstad alles binnen een kwartiertje lopen bereikbaar. De afzuigkap in de keuken functioneerde niet.

• Karolína (9/5): Skvělé. - Naprosto perfektní lokalita, v centru města, vše dostupné, supermarket za rohem, v okolí spoustu kaváren, restaurací a barů. Carlos je velmi milý a příjemný hostitel. Zařízení bytu nebylo úplně perfektní, ale užívání to zásadně nevadilo.

Había cucarachas, limpieza muy justita, falta de mantenimiento (la campana extractora y la cadena del wc estaban rotas), menaje de cocina escaso (no había ninguna sartén, solo cacerolas), el aire acondicionado tiraba poco, el colchón extremadamente incomodo. La insonorización del piso tampoco es muy buena y con esas ventanas se oye todo lo de la calle. Le hicimos saber al dueño varios de estos problemas pero no se hizo nada al respecto, a pesar de que comentó que lo iba a solucionar.
• Bahar (5/5): Despite the great central location, the apartment had limited amenities, cleanliness - A positive point was the location — it was truly in the city center with easy access to restaurants. There was no extra garbage bag. The kitchen facilities were very minimal and limited. The toiletries were extremely basic — there was no body wash, only a very small amount of hand soap, and no laundry detergent. The dishwashing liquid was also very limited, and I eventually had to add water to be able to use it. The apartment was not completely clean, and there were no cleaning supplies available, so during the 12-day stay I couldn’t clean it myself either. The apartment was very cold and there was no proper heating. The air conditioning practically didn’t work and did not heat the place. The hot water runs out after about 5 minutes when taking a shower.

Das Appartment hat ein Problem mit Kakerlaken.Deshalb wurde scheinbar auch vor dem Bezug extrem mit einem Insektizid gearbeitet und auch ein Moskitostecker instaliert.Dadurch musste man die Fenster immer offen halten um Atmen zu können. Da die Stadt aber sehr laut ist fällt dann das Schlafen recht schwer.Hat man den Moskitostecker entfernt wurde man in der Nacht gestochen. Die Wohnung ist in die Jahre gekommen und bräuchte eine Renovierung. Die Putzutensilien waren so vergammelt,dass ich lieber nicht sauber gemacht habe.

• Patrizia (6/5): Soggiorno piacevole per la vicinanza al centro - La posizione Abbiamo trovato degli indumenti intimi in un cassetto. Mancava la luce vicino al letto e la lampada sul tavolo per mangiare non funzionava. C'era l'aria condizionata, ma dovevamo svuotare la bottiglia di condensazione dell'acqua tutti i giorni, altrimenti si allagava l'entrata.

• Björn (10/5): - Fint boende, centralt beläget, välstädat och välutrustat. Så centralt belägna boenden riskerar att bli känsliga för ljuden från staden, men det var väl ljudisolerat och ac:n gjorde att man kunde ha fönstren stängda på natten. Värden svarade snabbt och när vi bad om något fick vi hjälp snabbt. Rekommenderas! Toppenboende överlag! Kanske sängen kunde varit lite större och bekvämare, och utsikten från balkongen är ganska begränsad, men för det billiga priset är det egentligen ingenting att klaga på.

• Toivonen (7/5): Value for money was great and would recommend to short stays in the center. - It was a great accommodation to stay for a week. The location was nice and it was a good size for two people. Good value for money and great customer service. There was very few necessities in the kitchen. It was quite noisy all the time mostly coming from the neighbours and street. It was very cold the entire time in the apartment as well.

• Lynsey (9/5): Superb - Location, location, location. You couldn't ask for a better area to stay. Everything was within walking distance, including the train station, restaurants and supermarkets. As well as all the tourist attractions. We found it fairly easy to find using Google Maps. Communication with Carlos was excellent. He was super friendly and very kindly let us leave our bags before our room was ready. Instructions on how to get the keys were simple. The room was small but very adequate for what we needed. We found the bed comfy and the aircon was very much appreciated!We did wonder with it being so far from the bed if heat during the night would be a problem but it worked really well - just remember to empty the bottle at the bathroom window!! It was lovely having the balconies and the sun hit them around 5pm at this time of year which was lovely!! The room had an iron, ironing board and clothes airer which was great for using after washing clothes, very much appreciated the washing machine!! Bedding and towels were provided as well as a hairdryer. There's plenty of places to hang up clothes. There was some left over washing up liquid etc but no laundry detergent so I guess it just depends on what the previous guests leave but to buy these things is easy and cheap so we didn't mind. Plenty of crockery etc. We've already decided we want to come back next year! There wasn't anything we didn't like but it would have been good to have a proper dust pan and brush and maybe instructions on emptying the water bottle for the aircon. Nothing major and we quickly worked it out!

• Serafino (3/5): cockroaches in the apartment and the stairs of the building - the location and late self-check in. the only unpleasant event, but relevant, was the presence of two large cockroaches, noticed at night on the second day of the accomodation, which did not let us sleep a wink and ruined the trip (we had to do things in the morning that we could not do because we were tired). I asked for a partial compensation that the owner did not accept. I attach photographic evidence.

• Alla (9/5): Superb - I loved the studio, it’s very light and airy - with an amazing view of the street. it’s also large, and has a good kitchen and living area. The bed is great and comfortable, and the balconies are great to enjoy. The studio was clean and tidy, and had a coffee machine :) The location is fantastic and very central (get earplugs, as people go out in centre till late :) The studio has a good sound proofing, which helps. The host is lovely and helpful too! Thank you :)

• Roberts (8/5): We enjoyed our stay, especially the kitchen and location was really good and close to all sightseeing spots. - Close to city center, quiet neighborhood, nice balcony to enjoy morning coffee. Several different shops nearby. There was some dust and only 1 toilet paper roll for a week. The bed wasn’t the best, the supporting leg kept bending.
